That's what I thought, but I was trapped! I didn't think escaping at first because it was very cool to be in control of myself while I was sleeping, but as soon as I tried to get out I couldn't! And after that I don't know what happened, I guess I fell asleep...

I have never been in the Astral plane. However this one time, after use the rope technique, I ended up in a room I couldn't get out of, was it a lucid dream, or is it a common problem?

Hmm, I've never been into the atral plane, but I had also imagined this would have been possible. (To increase your awareness in the physical world, that's what I mean.)
