how do i post a pic?

  Can some one please help me. I still haven't had a OBE. Can some one give me a few more tips that might help?!?

I might post a pic of me later  but it seems like everyone else on here is a lot older than me and i don't wanna feel weird and all . I'm 14

Hey to all ! I'm not quiet new here anymore but i never got the chance to introduce myself. I come in peace by the way .   :peace:

I was laying on my back trying to have an OBE when i just kept seeing green and then it turned into a green bat. It started flapping it's wings very slow at first and then it speeded up faster and started moving all around . It freaked me out so i opened my eyes as quickly as i could and got up. I think that i was about to have an OBE but i stopped it before i did. Has anyone else had this experience before? :wall:

Is it better to have music or not? If so then what kind of music?  

Is it better to astral travel with the lights on or off? :shifty:

Can You have a OBE while your drunk?

I think that you have to believe . Just because it can't be proved doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. And i don't see why you can't continue just because no one has proved anything.

Can you have an OBE laying on your stomach

I was just trying to go to sleep which i think now that it allowed me to feel relaxed and that that's why it happened but i didn't feel vibrations or anything. It was like it just happened and that i was there.

I was in school one day and lay-ed my head down to sleep. But after like 30 min. I thought i was dreaming that i was standing at the front of the room looking down at everyone. But i saw myself with my head down . I also heard what everyone was talking about which i guess scared me and put myself back in my physical body and i got up and started talking to my friends about what i heard. And they just looked at me like I was crazy and asked me how i knew what they was talking about when i was asleep. Does that mean that i astral traveled? :blackeye:

I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO! IT SEEMS LIKE I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING! I WANT TO DO THIS BUT IT'S JUST SO HARD FOR ME. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?  :question:    :question:  I'M WILLING TO TRY  :exclamation:
