This morning i had my first lucid dream []

it was kool !!!
for the first part of the dream i wasnt lucid but when i realised i was dreaming i started repeating to myself "I will leave this dream and go astral"

It didnt take long to work and soon the dream faded away and my vision was replaced with something else (its hard to explain but I'll have a go):
it was blue sky with a fair bit of cumulus cloud (fluffy white clouds) and they were rushing towards me so that it appeared i was moving forward through a tunnel.
The centre of the tunnel (in the distance) was also the pupil of a large eye that was faintly imposed over the rest of the image.

I felt as though i could have gone astral if i had of continued to concentrate but then i opened my eyes for some reason.

It was an overall satisfying experience that has encouraged me heaps to keep trying even though i didnt go into the astral realm or beyond.

I was wondering  if it is possible to make yourself invisible using chi (energy, i dont really know what to call it).
I dont mean really physically invisible, it could be like a telepathic suggestion to any other humans or beings to just ignore you.
Does anyone have any experience with this or read anything about it.
Feel free to post any useful links that you have.

My grandmother was fairly recently diagnosed with cancer and treated but it has since spread. i am going to send her the NEW document in the hopes that maybe this will help her.  I was wondering if anyone knows of anything else that might help?

Could someone please explain to me what focus 27 and focus 23 are.  i don't understand.  Maybe you could give me some links.

Actually i did mean the real time zone.  I have been refering to it simply as "going astral" without necessarily meaning the astral realm.

I have been to the real time zone consciously (meaning i can remember it) once before but only for a very short time.

I have yet to properly try TK but i have always been interested in this.
I used to have naive little fantasies about having large groups of ppl being able to use TK for everyday things.

i think once i am able to do TK that i will continue to try and move larger and heavier things.

Follower of the Khuli, what you are describing is communism.  And yes i agree with you, if this system was genuinely worked upon by everyone then it would be beautiful system.  The closest we have come to this is socialism.  This is where everyone is equal except that there is a political party that remains with absolute power.  Basically like a dictatorship like you have said.

Although it is a beautiful concept, i think there is too much greed in the world at the moment.
Perhaps if buddhist philosophy was embraced by all the major powers throughout the world then we would come closer to this utopian society.

this is what i found there on Invisibility:

The two other people we were with said they emerged from the coffee shop minutes later, and did not see us. Instead, they reported seeing two men seated at the very bench we were sitting on! While it's true that we wanted a few minutes alone to talk, it was startling to hear we'd become invisible -- replaced by a reality in which a couple of men were seated in our spots.

I once read a book that said it was possible to go so far as to possess(sp?) someone and even had a method to do so.

The title was something like "Astral Travel: Your guide to out of body experiences".  It was quite a good book actually.

One of the books on astral projection that i have read talked about getting to the level of being able to seperate at any time and place. for eg.  on a bus etc.
Perhaps being able to do this would qualify you for "GrandMaster".

i sometimes get light blue almost aqua rings that start as a dot in the middle and expand outwards.

I have read a book that said that it is very possible to "posses" (as the book referred to it)  someone's body.  It was called "Astral Travel: Your guide to secrets of out of body experiences".  It was written by Yvonne Frost.

It even had techniques on how to do it but always seemed to assume that you wouldnt do any harm to this person.  It also referred to body switching as "possesion" but seemed to be making fun of it as in "Oh No im a big bad possesor"[]

i think there is an astral magic ebook on the main astral pulse site.
that should help with manifesting more money in your life.

If you have failed continuously at all the major business ventures in your life than maybe you have an inner belief that you can't succeed in those type of things.  I would suggest Anthony Robbin's Personal Power course as the only thing i know of that would help you to find that out.

It seems that this is what i must have done on my first (and so far only) concious astral travelling.I had been to an overnight LAN party.  The next day i went to sleep at about 1 in the afternoon.  I was still playing counter strike in my head exept i was one of the participants in the game. next thing i knew i was floating upward above my body.  Then i realised what was happening and I got overexcited about it and it stopped.

i too have had this problem.  Although i get an almost uncontrollable urge to move my body.  This feeling seems to come from my chest. Although i dont know if im explaining it very well.
