dont eat anything for at least 6 hours before u go to bed dont drink any cofee
or tea and try to projcect  ,vibrations and defferent angles of perception can be acheived much quiqer and easyer ,for me at least try eat and see maybe its general rule or thing.

this morning i had my very first conscious obe (using visualization )but it was strange maybe thats why im not so exited about it, as soon i buzzed out i shot up to the ceiling uncontrolably went thru it and then thru maybe 6 or seven more ceilings (my house has only 2 floors)each room i went thru was exactly the same as the one below it (empty)i couldnt stop ,i tryed to shout stop cuz i read that u should shout out wat u want if u cant control wats hapening but my voise was mufled and i couldnt stop so i felt for my body returned .can someone explain what happend to me??? arent u supose to be barly able to fly when u first project and here i am shootin real fast upwards against my will.

as amazing as the astral and higher realms sound how can u be shure thats the afterlife?abnormal poeple can project too ,are they abnormal in the afterlife too since their brains r a copy of their phisical ones,maybe its just a transicinal(purification) for a later justice (heaven hell)(assuming u dont bebieve reancarnation)

a refreshing way to look at it is that all these people with low spiritual levels    whom r in power ,r in power only in the physical way, they have no power over peoples hearts like profets and good people do and thats where it realy counts and where it is REALY power.
