I'm not sure how to put this. It has to do with Alchem.'s reply to Eddenwiggin about magic. We read much on magic and then preform it on ourselves such as the LBRP. Did anyone think to realize that the info giving to us is a spell done to other people.

A few  years ago I should have been struck by lightening. It was storming outside and i was by the window. I seen the lightening come in through the window and came to my chest area. It stopped or atleast appeared to have stopped. I was not effected by it. No pain no electricity feeling shock of any kind.
Does anyone have an explaination of this. I can come up with a few but would rather not tell I would like some suggestions first.

Hi, I figured I would take sometime to explain something's to you. Understand what I say I might not use the right terminology and what I feel I use my term as to what I sense in my own definition. Where I might call what I feel as stinging sensation one might call it a burning sensation. This causes a problem with clarification.
I want to start with the mind games. The mind game is just a psychological mind game played with you. It's based on your needs and dislikes. Understand that this can go in many directions. John used this one you in a positive way when he was painting your house after a time he turned it to the opposite. He uses your good against you and the dislikes as a way to get to you. Other words what you don't like he places in front of you, it's like saying take it whether you like it or not. It takes the good you have and want in your life so you don't have it. You have your opinions and perspective and they have the opposite and they are trying to show you the opposite also it's a part of their perspective they are showing you. I say this because in order to attack someone they must have a perspective. They may claim to be free flowing and changing their views but they don't.
Proof is 1. They believe they have a right to attack people, they prove that by attacking people.
2. They only change their perspective which isn't really their perspective it just the opposite perspective you have at the time. If I make myself so negative I then make my attacker positive. If I'm positive I then make my attacker negative.
The point behind all this is just a mind game. It's a way to toil with your mind. It's a game of, manipulation of mind thought's. It has no real purpose but to torment you. It will go until you start to wonder if anything you have done in life is right. you wonder if there is anything good or worthy, right, I could go on with many words. You start asking what is wrong with me. You need to realize that there is nothing wrong with you, it's not you it's the other person they are an abuser.
I have to say I had experienced with this in an abusive relationship before. Everything started out fine, the person then starts to change, actually back to the normal self which is aggressive but to an over extreme on the negative side. You wonder what you have done to make this person react this way. You will also be told that's it's your fault for the actions and words that has happened. It's a part of their personality, attitude, disposition they need to change. As time goes by the incidences get worse and you keep getting told that it's you, all you, you are the reason. It's part of your personality to accept this, call it your weakness. After you have taken in enough of the blame you come to see hey wait a minute it's not really me it's you. This is where the reversal starts to take place. Where you start to fight back. Understand when I say fighting it doesn't mean physical or psychological. It's hard in our situation because we can't just walk away from these people and just end it as other ways of abuse can be ended. Attackers are people who can take no for an answer. They don't understand the mean of no for them just for you and other people. The are the taker's of the word. All of victims a few aspects that are the same. One is a giver, sensitive just to name a few.
Understand that psychological attacks are on several levels. We do this verbal when we disagree. What need to be understood is what we are doing being fair to each other.
Right now I can said to be an attacker because I'm writing what other's believe doesn't exist. I have another awareness they haven't learned let. It's not a perspective it's an awareness. A perspective is just a belief if something can happen or the cause of the happening. There are many people that argue their perspective from the awareness they have obtain but to reach another level of awareness they also learned what wasn't possible has just became possible.
I also want to say that our physical expression is also a form of attack. We use this also to express like or dislike of things.
Then we have the psychic attacks, I use this as a term for attacks used from mind to mind. It's needs to be understood that you can be attacked in your mind without your realization of it occurring. This can be done in meditation. I have read that you can come into contact with negativity if your not aware of what or who you are speaking with.
Meditation is a form of trap to say. I say this because when you meditate you communicate with something, someone (I leave this open for interpretation). When you mediate it becomes a philosophical game. Which can become tricky. There are many double standards to all this. Someone may tell you what is right for you but it very well may not be. They can also tell you what is good for you. Don't take what I say as all negative. Many thought's are flowing to me and to fast to be able to keep up with each thought.
One key to attacks is to keep you in your mind and not to live your life. I experience most of my time in my head. These isn't a good thing to do. You will lose your emotions due to this not just from being attacked and the attacker not letting you feel your emotions.
I do this because it serves me a purpose. One I have been in my mind most my life which is a hard habit to break. I would have to say it comes with the ability and I need to learn to turn if off. I also do it because I need to understand things about myself not just myself but I haven't found the information I have received. It's lock up in my mind. Part of my being is here for this exact purpose to stop what is being done to us through attacks. Each one of us attack people without realizing what extent we are attack people to. Through attacking other people we can also harm ourselves. I was given some information as a child which has to do with power's of the mind. This came through a voice in my head. I never developed it to the extent I should have not just because of the attack I'm going through now. They gave this information to me because who I am and because they don't want it to be used to attack people.
When I was a child I could look into people. I was no more then 7 and I know a handicapped person. He had downsydrome. I knew people made fun of him. I looked into him. I saw more then what people could see. He has the same consciousness we have. He knew people made fun of him. They have the same mental consciousness we do they just can't express it as we do. Most of it has to do with the physical body and the expression of the physical body and not the mind.
I also want to say there is another type of attack. This is an energy attacker. I have had much experience with this but don't know the correct terminology to use. This is the manipulation of energy. I won't go through this I'm still learning the aspects of it and have to redefine my terminology of my experience and knowledge for a better understanding.

I have found one key to my problem. I went searching for the information I posted in another thread and come across some information that was giving to me.

your head is NOT your dreams...his door is open, and that is why he is able to
affect you...you are seeing what he wants for you, not what you want for
yourself. You are seeing what is inside his head, not yours. Dream what you
want for yourself, and what you want for this motherfu---- (grey evil grin). I
share this with you because I am just beginning to awaken to some of my own
ability and have been under attack for the past week...others have sensed my
awakening and have come after me seeking to hurt me and / or use it for their
own purposes. I have had a black magician (who is just annoying and weak), a
grey magician (who actually poses a threat), and some psi-vampires bothering me
and I am not afraid. I also realize that by sharing this with you I potentially
open myself to attack from this person...and I don't give a sh-- because what is
being done to you is not right in my eyes...so if i get attacked, so be it I
will fight that fight if I have to. Don't give up because you can fight back!

I was going to say is that this guy has his 'door' open, and is capable of
projecting himself into you because of that. These terrible things that you are
seeing in your head are NOT your thoughts, they are his.

I realize that my heart chakra is wide open. I was told before I have a big whole in front of me this whole is my heart chakra. It's blown wide open. My attacker told me that if i want to read for people I needed to have a bigger heart chakra, it was his mind game. I know people better then they know theirselves. I was also told that my attacker wanted my power it's through my heart.

I know he has connected to my heart chakra, he has also connected to my feet and my waist area. I seen him do it. He told me and another that I was binded. I would tend to think this is from cords. The image is a woman bound this cords.

1. When you stand over running water, which I will say cold water what does it do? Does it open or close your feet chakras? There is a reason for asking this question, I'll post it when I get back information.

I went to Nita's website and found that your energy signature has a pitch, and tone to it.  How do you change your pitch or tone. I posted before that my attacker had me hear balls in my head and also I get frequency from this person. I would assume that he had me match his pitch or tone and that is why we can communicate nonverbally.

Schumann Waves
Schumann waves are naturally occurring, beneficial electromagnetic waves that oscillate between the Earth and certain layers of the atmosphere. They were first identified in 1952 by Professor W.O. I come across the thread what are negs after I decided to make this post. I will try to make myself clear so their is no confusion on my words and meanings.
The question what is negs. We all have a different meaning for negs. What it means for us. You read many books or that talk about negative energy. Just what is negative energy?
Demons, well what are demons? We are told they are spirits.
What are Aliens, are they physical or spiritual?

Here are some conclusions I have come up with.

The brain emits gamma rays, it's proven through science, it's a wave of energy. Negs feed off energy which your brain is emitting. But negs is just another term for energy. A neg is a thoughtform that is feed by you and your attacker. Your attacker feeds you a negative situation and makes you live it over and over. It is also a form of exchange in energy. Your attacker makes you feel negative whether fearful or anxiety, etc. The attacker then feels an over whelming feeling within himself( herself used interchangable due to the situation) Of ecstacy. They derive pleasure  from someone else's pain. You will find examples of this in the Kama Sutra also in M&S practices. Devil in the Flesh also takes about M&S practices. It's all based on the pleasure from pain.
I have stated else where about bacteria being the lowest level demon.Demons would have to have an energy to them just as negs would. We are bred on the existance of the devil being spiritual beings which is still a form of energy that has a mind concept. This concept or consiousness is to make people suffer. We are told that the Devil exist in Hell and is locked up their with the demons. If we are not Holy when we die we go to Hell and burn. Take another look at it. If the devil is lock up how is he here and his demons? Where does the existance of demons come in through attacks.
Aliens are considered demons. It's derived from the bible. People are either having psychic attacker or they are being abducted by aliens.
I'm not saying there are no aliens or demons in the universe. What I'm saying is the appearance of most if not all abduction, negs and attacks are coming from the mind of another person.
Here is the explaination for it. I read several stories based on abduction and they all appear to have one thing in common it had something to do with the metaphysics. Whether astrolgy, psychic people, and the occult. One girl posted here story that her grandfather was into black magic and her intiation intailed her getting her hip broke.
They have the appearance of being taking somewhere and having test performed on them. If you read articles from channels with aliens they where the ones to create us. Why would they need to do experiements on us for they are the intelligent ones. Reason being is they don't. They already know.
Let's look at an attack. People are stuck with probes. Many have talked about the heart which that is where the heart chakra is. They are attacking these people through it. There are stories that aliens don't have a heart chakra that's why they don't feel what we do. There is also evidence that most pyschics have a high level of potassium in there body. This is why they are attacking the heart area. I read they same with other gland.
Remember the story Jack the Ripper. It was suppose to be based on an occult theory of why the killings where happening. Woman automatically have a stronger psychic ability due to the womb (Carlos Castanenda). The person wanted the power from these woman, that's why they where sexually active which produces the hormone. They are the exleir of life and power. You might find that's why men attack woman and vice versa.
Throguh our dreams we experience images that aren't reality. Through dreams we can be attacked. Core images or thought forms are place in us with has no physical basis to it. It neither happened nor did happen. Although the feeling you feel may just have. What is mean by this, you have an alien experience that you are on a table. What you really feel is you lying in bed. You are then giving mental images of your surrounds of a space ship and aliens. Then comes the probing. You feel tubes going down your nose or being stuck with needles. You are being attacked through those chakras. My attacker send me a scarab beetle and sent it in my heart chakras. I would assume this is how he got the cord to come to me. It went into my chakra and down. This in an alien experience would be the talk about having the aliens appear to have done something to the heart. My attacker also likes to give me what would be alien rectal exams through my root chakra. Not only that he likes to play incubus or succumbus. I have also gotten my fair share of itchy places, especially in the private area. I get mental images sent to my third eyes from my attacker, he has even tormented my childrens dreams. When you are in this state an attacker can enter and cause you visualization as would be the aliens scenery placed by an attacker. I have experienced on several occassions where my attacker has sent strong emotions and thoughts to do harm. This would be considered at type of demonic attack or possession or possibly an attempt to possess by a demon but it's really my attacker.  Another time I had possession of me occur which causes me to do and say something not of me. This would beconsidered demonic possession but yet it was still from my attacker. My attacker is an intelligent person which demons of a higher level are found to be. We as human are of higher intelligence then anything on our planet, this would make humans a higher demon then anything else that exists here.
Demon as a mind concept, is given two meanings. One when you are acting in sin the demon comes to attack you for your sin. The second is the demon is sent the good to destroy them. Demon is a state of the mind. The demon can come from you or from another person. A demon can also be looked as an angel.
You have the seven deadly sins, which is all based on guilt. What attacker are great on playing upon. If I want more then I have then I'm greedy. I have heard this many places. I don't have much there is nothing wrong with me wanting more. I'm not asking to be rich like movie stars or singers. I want to live confortable. That's not greed.
Negs, demons, aliens and attacks are all based on psychology. The hierarchy of needs by Maslow. Attacks keep you from Self-Actualization. Most of the world's concepts are based on the false interpration of the world placed upon us by all our ancesters due to the magical pyschological practioners to control one to believe that prejudice and higher humans have the right to control and dicate us. It's based on the premise that we are inferior to others and don't deserve the same as other due to race, religion, etc. and royal blood.
it's all to enslave us to the values of higher ups to keep them living the live they choose. I'm sure that some have heard that the aliens are hear to control us as slaves. Well they are right look at who they slaves are. Not only can the higher up in the physical but also in the magical, spiritual world also. The spiritual world don't need us. It has everything at it's fingertips. It's based on energy and light. What is needed is here in the physical world. here is where things are created and destroyed. The spiritual world is used to make one's life better even at the price of one worse.
It goes back to the pleasure and pain principle. My attacker seek his pleasure by my pain. here is where duality comes into focus and also what others call perspective. What bring one's pleasure might bring the other pain. You can also reverse the circumstance and do what was don't to you then you will also find the same situation. Still pleasure and pain. Here an example i'll use S&M as an example becauses it's the clearest example. You are beating by your partner. The person expeeriences pleasure from beating you but you feel pain. Reverse it and you beat the partner but the partner likes the beating so the partner feels the pleasure and you feel guilt for your action so you feel pain.
It's the false statement of it's a matter of perspectivefor people to believe what is happening is right. It's a false justification placed in our minds to exact what happens in the world. I have taking enough psychology classes, done enough research and experienced enough in life to know the false psychological bull that's been fed to people for years. You have Carl jung and Sigmond Freud two top occultist that has dealt into the mind giving false info to justify the means of magic placed upon you. We are fed that humans have free will that is given by God just to have it taken away from an occultist.
When I use the term occultist I use it as a form of negativity practiced in the form of verbal, writing or magical.
Any religion is the occult. It's all based on rituals, and praying to Gods. They bible is based on summoning Gods, angels, demons, and Lords. I use the Gods because to me it hasn't been proven that each person that wrote a portion of the bible talked or summoned the same God or spiritual being. Hi, everyone. It's been awhile since I been here. Some of you may know me, my story is posted here. Last time I posted it was a healing story but the story isn't quite true I'm not fully healed. I'm but to give some information to those still and are searching for help along with information with what is happening to them. From my long seaching I've found out that most of what is happening to us is beening done through our chakras and aura. This is the basis for most of the problem. I have learned that someone can engulf, overshadow, your aura. I'm sure there are many terms used for this. My attacker told me he preauratized me, this is a word he uses. This can be used for good or evil intentions. I believe this was done when my attacker dragged my aura twice. I also know this can be done when you are not in the presence of the person covering your aura. I had one person want to do this and charge me to protect me but also said they would control my life. The attacks consist of a draing of energy. People being attacked must build up there energy. I went to see a reiki healer when they told me my aura was larger after the session I had more energy. One of the things to do is build your energy. Most people here can tell you how to build your Qi, chi, prana. Basically they are the same from my understanding. Tai Chi is one way of doning it, you can also try yoga. Most of us here are dwelling on the problem don't, people here will tell you not to. This won't disappear over night, dwelling on it won't make it go away. I spend most of my time searching the occult and other topics. Don't do this because I do.
I have about 5 psychic self-defense books. I'm going through these books again. I will be posting much info from these books. I know you feel helpless and want to do something. Some may have tried magic and it hasn't helped for them or seen other people for help and still haven't been able to stop the problem. Here are some physical suggestions for you. Go to your library and get a book on Acupressure or Shiatus( not sure on spelling). You will find that there are point in the book that align with chakras. Not the main chakras you find in books. I believe Robert has it posted somewhere on his sight about the many tertiary chakras. Once you realize that if you chakras are blocked or clogged this stops energy from flowing and you end up with physical systems. This will help you get some exercise and build up your energy also. When I get through the acupressure book I will post more on it. Let me make the suggestion of not worrying about been free of this problem just yet. I have been attacked for over 5 years now, some have experienced an attack longer then I have. Hopefully we can all present a plan for other's to start out with on there road to recovery.

My Healing
I went to see a mystic today. After 5 years of being attacked my a person my experience is almost over. It was very over whelming. Steve the mystic , which channels Archangel Michael, told me what was going to be done before we got started. He told me cords attached to me where going to be disconnected from this life time and past life times. Implants that where of an alien origins was also to be removed. Once I was cleared my family was also to be cleared. Archangel Michael was called in plus other angels to help. There was much difficultly removing implants. He placed many in my charkas. I had one hiding in my head and I felt the pop in my head when the alien implant exploded. Steve told me that it would take a couple of weeks to dissolve. The counsel was there, they went into a brief session and Steve wasn't able to contact them. The session was about the person attacking me. This person has and other lifetimes attacked people. The attack is partly due karma from another life time, me being a victim to him by his black magic and incest. I found out I had 3 lives in Atlantis. I was a healer there working for the light. Steve also shared a life with him from the Atlantis where Steve was with the Sons Of God and my attacker was with the Baal. They have been keeping an eye on my attacker and his activities. There was more going on then what was realized.
I was told that I have more power than my attacker. He had been draining me alone with the four negative entities. He uses power and techniques from other dimension.
The most wonderful part of the experience was God presence was there. He talked to Steve and God thank me. When Steve went first went into his trace he kept say oh oh mother earth is hurting. He said there is a real war going on between the light and dark and 911 was Gods way of showing us what is going on.
After Steve was finished with me he wanted to know the names of my family. I told Steve I was more worried about them then me. He wanted their names to clear them. I gave him my children's and parents names then my grandchildren. I started giving my sisters name and he wanted to know the my other sister's name because someone had picked up the mental image of the threat he sent to me about harm coming to one of her children. I then finished with the list and Steve went to started with the clearing and I asked him if I could add another person. I told him my daughter's boyfriend's name and then added his mothers name. Steve said he knew her, this is how I got Steve's name. I told him I felt she was also being attacked and wasn't free from him. So he said to bring in all the people that was being attacked in some way. Steve said there must be 100 people. They where all cleared. God was there at the time and said there was a great justice done today and this is why God thanked me. He told me I would be blessed with many things to come for what I did. I told him I was thankful for what was done today and I wasn't worried about me. I said I didn't bring my children into the world to suffer like this. I was assured they wouldn't and a lot of my blessing would come from them. When they put effort into life they will reap great things. I was also told that my children are all good psychics and they come to me to teach them of God and angels and the powers.
I was also thanked for this man had some part in the cast of a shadow of the valley in my area. I have also been rewarded for my courage to come forward out of selfless motives.
It was seen that I wanted help not for myself but for others that I knew where out there and to prevent anymore victims.
There was one other part, this man took a part of my soul. It was taking from him and cleansed before being placed back in me. Him having a piece of my soul is how he was able to send me so many sensations.
I was told that Archangel Michael will be by my side for the next couple of weeks. There is protection by my family and other people.
This man has lost all his power. He had his negative entities removed from him also. He was being used as a pawn form them while he also used them. He still has his abilities but not his power.
I feel a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders, it goes very deep within my heart. Not just for my family but for others who's pains I have felt. I have felt the worlds pain and I know today much was lifted but there is so much more to be done.
I was told to take it easy for a couple of weeks to I get my energy back, ha that's going to be hard I have so much right now compared to the last 5 years. I'm ready to get back into the swing of life.
I was told I have a new job coming in a couple of months and a man in about 8 months. I have another need to fulfill also. I have a mission  to help rid the world of evil. I must learn all I can to teach my children the process and so I also can do this.

I was going through Dennings and Phillips Self-Defense book last night and realized something. I seen that the tower of light will only sheild you from what is outside of your aura not what is already in it. This is why it doesn't work for me and Hope and a few other. When this man dragged my aura 5 years ago he released something into my aura. He is already in. I need to get him out.

In the psychic self-defense forum I posted my story about being attacked by a powerful magician. He steals my energy, I can feel it being drained. I also feel him pump my heart with energy. What I would like to know is how to build my energy up. I need to over power the energy he is sending me and the power to over come the negativity and spells he is casting. Is there a good program to build energy?

I was victimized by this software!  It occured many months ago, and
the user of the software finally told me what he was doing and that
he was using this software.  He convinced me to perform sexual acts
on a dog for a long period of time and I was completely out of my
mind.  I feel like a great evil was committed against me.  DO NOT
