thank you all for your worm welcome. I live in iasi, in the eastern part of romania called moldova. I will keep practicing . Idk for sure if i cannot enter in sp or i can get out verry easy, yesterday i tryed from 10 pm to 11 pm. And i think my body was asleep, becouse from 11 i couldn.t fall asleep again. I was refreshed.with time i will sort it out. Nice hearing u were in romania. Where are you from?

Hello, I'm Marius from Romania, a 20 year old violinist who wants to talk about the astral  .So far I think I ap twice in my whole life.once when i was very young (4 yr) ... I remember that i was very traumatised by the experience.i though it was a dream.and the second time was 3 years ago while i was verry high on some experimental substances.i could see myself laying on the bed and every one else  who was checking if i was alive.i didn't know about ap at that time.now, i'm verry interested in occult arts.i,m doing some mental training exercices atm.i would like to ap again,but this time conscious.i have big problems in relaxing my muscles.it's easyer for me to quiet my mind than relax my muscles.i cannot enter in sp.i have big problems fallimg asleep while laying spine, and if i try to ap from another position i fall asleep.i almsost succesed few times, i was right at the point of exiting,but a strange fear pulled me back every time.now after a relative long pause of practice it.s even harder.i hope  with this forum member's help i will be able to experience the amazing astral.
