Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Alex and I'm 18. I've just started my spiritual journey and venturing into the unknown. I believe we're here on individual missions that are connected to one another, and it is this connection that I think we desire. I've been meditating for about a year, and I've opened some of my energy centers, including the crown and third-eye. Also, I've just begun my foray into the mysterious world of Astral Projection. I've wanted to join an online forum like this for some time now, but I suppose I didn't have the courage to speak up. Is there any advice someone can give on meditation or astral projection techniques?
