Can someone tell me how to train for the third eye, like steps. Or a website for the training steps. I've been looking for the steps on the third eye. Please and thanks.

Shadow watcher, and SS, your guyses answers where a little off subject from what the question was, but I had fun reading the conflicts of you two. Lol. But try to stay on subject a little more. I was just asking some of your stories of how it was easier for you to make a Ki ball, thanks anyway.
