Hi all,
Today I was trying to project by using the rope technique. I've never projected before. After a short while of trying to climb the rope I felt my eyes moving around really fast, and also felt some sensations in my stomach as if my stomach was tensing up.
Does any of this sound as if I'm on the right path?
