how do i contact my spirit guide in when projecting,and in my physical body? also back then like 8 mths ago,i been experiencing like a ghost attack or something.i would go to sleep and hear it moving around,and calling my name.once when i woke up i had slashes on my arm.another night when i was going to bed,there was a burning feeling on my back,and when i got up my sister,and grandma came i and said i had a huge red mark on my back.it doesn't happen any more,but i still here it every i go.anyone please help ty[]
