Hi Gman-
This is my first forum post and my name really is Christen.
Salt helps retain water, and water which has been distilled would be your purest source, not mineral water. The two together, ought to help you retain your water. Otherwise, go to the Doctor and have your levels checked through blood and urine and whatever else the Doctor deems appropriate. I'm no doctor. As I have told my children though, if it persists for more than 2 weeks we'll go to the doctor and see what he/she says.
