At the army base i'm at there's about 1000 people, of those i have thus far found 5people that know of and practise some form of metaphysical/psi/magick.
In Norway every boy at 18 has to join the army if he is fit for service, thus this gives somewhat of a good idea on how the statistics on this age group (18-20) would look.

There was a topic like this a little time back, there i posted too with out knowing about floaters and blood veins causing phenomena that could be similar to what i was seeing. So i decided to look into it, wondering if it could be it. Now i know that it is not any eye phenomena at least in that category, all tho i must admit that on a couple of occasions it has actually bin floaters and/or similar i was seeing.

So i wanted to see what the occult said about it. It is supposed to be energy, well it is more of it around living beings and in the sun/moon light so it makes sense. What i see also follows the aura of any object and is often seen ejected/shoot out from trees. They actually light up in a miniature "explosion" when they hit each other, this makes them visible in the dark. but of course this could just be written off as hallucinations.

I see those things too, on any uniform light colored background. Now it's not a eye condition because i score as high as possible on any sight test and the doctor says my eyes is in excellent shape.
I would not think they are from blood cells or similar because they usually follow the the contours of objects like trees and a couple of times i have seen them in 3D(kinda mind blowing the first time), when in 3D they make something that can look similar to a comets tail. The colors i have seen them in is in order of most common, starting with white, blue gold/yellow and black.

This side of energydevelopment is totaly possibe, as boydster said "It just takes a serious commitment to self improvement". Sadly there is so much bad information around this, but a good indication is when the site or what ever is refering to much to dragonball or a similar cartoon/anime it is fake

you just gotta practise enough and truly belive that you can do it and that it is possible if you dont then you cant do it or wont become any good, you should start with an aluminium wheel about 2-3 inches big, aluminium becaus it is light is low friction and for some reason it is easyer to move metal, the the sise becaus in my expirience it's somewhat of the ideal sise to start with.

Got the exact same problem, every time i go "hey, I'm dreaming" i wake up, but as long as the dream is only partially lucid i can stay in.
Guess it's a mater of practice as Tyciol says, but i also disagree on the excitement part because i can be totally calm and i still wake up.

These blue(often also white) dots as you call then, i see them too. As far as i know it is what most people call energy(prana, psi, ki...) Usually they are just in 2D but sometimes when my 3'd eye is at it's most active i can see them as any 3D object. Along with this i sometimes see what only can be called waves in reality, often also shadows out in the corner of my eye, sometimes these shadows even seem intelligent. Would guess that's what people call spirits.

here the other day i was out in the woods... then i notised 1 orb about 50cm from side to side upp to my right, it was flying slow down in an arch intoo the ground, then a cupple of secons after the first one was gone a nother one did exactly the same... they had no color but they bent the light a little bit. any one know what this was?

like the subject sugests this is about seeing energy, here is my take on this and as far as i know there aint much info on this subject so hope you people will find this interesting .

for a while back about half a year i suddenly could see energy, the kind you sometimes hear talk about here on the forum, small dotts of white light if you want. this came suddenly just about the same time i started developing my aura sight... so naturaly i started asking around what this could be, there seemed to be werry little info on just this, but werry soon i realized that it was energy becaus when i made a psi ball the "dotts of light" was much denser just there.

so i desided to try to develop this strange ability, after a short while i could easy see them just about everywhere outside. When i lookt at trees and other plants they seemd to work as fountains for this energy, the dots was "jumping" out of the plants, and/or running down the aura of the pland or just countinuing out in the air. i spend some weeks looking at this, and started seeing that the energy was much denser then i first realized and that i in the start just laced the practise to see the finer ones.

When i had come this far i was starting to wonder why i could not see them around people, when they where everywhere else it did'nt make sense that they wassent around people too. so i figured they where around people too but i could not yet see them, so by looking just above the head of people trying to spot these energy dots after a while i did, these was much smaller and finer then all i had seen upp to this point.

so here is the types of energy dots i have seen
they all have different colors, size and movment.

the small ones can be all from a under a mm upp to about 2-3cm, the small ones is the ones you probably first is going to see, they are in sunn light and moon light, the ones in sunn light is a bit larger then the ones in moon light and easyer to see. around people, animals and plants you will allso probably see these, the easyest to see being those around plants then animals and the hardest around people.
the colors i have seen that they have is white, white/blue(white in the middle whit a soft blue around), blue, black. the white, white/blue and the blue colord ones is the ones that is most comon, and it is rather rare that i see black ones. the different colors all exist around the same things, but usualy there is a dominant color.

the larger ones of these can be called energy balls the ones i have seen is from 10-30cm big verry rare that i see them.

and last how the energy dots move, there is those that folow the aura of living things usualy down, those that move upp or to the sides from the aura living things, those that have small sirculare orbits, those with larger orbits, the allmost stationary and the ones that stands still.

so that was all, dont know if everyone agrees with me on this, if anyone wants to edit or add anything just say so... hope everyone liked this, all comments is wellcome.

About 1week ago i suspected that i was having a k awakening. Having read a little bin on the topic, and after doing some reserch i foud that what was happening to me mached the symtoms of a k awakening. Me being only 18, felt that i was not ready, the symtoms of the k awakening got stronger every day, until the poing where i would get energy rushes so strong that it made it immpossible to do anything, at this point i found out that hevy physical training, and less meditation would to some extent stop this, so i stoped meditating and trained for several hours every day. This made the kundalini symtoms disaper, but i feel that sooner or later this is going to happen again and this time i want to be more prepaired, so i ask for a little suport and sugestions on reading material, thanks.

all this about 2012 is simple.
If you belive then you shoud train and prepare as you see fitt, and dont bother others with it.
if you dont belive then shut upp about it, you got better things to think about.

i have used this and to this point i havent had one attacker that havent given upp. allthought i havent had any realy powerfull attackers yet, it is allways my first reply after that i am attacked.

some people can see energy, they will see the psiball as a ball of smaller glowing lights, or that the smal glowing lights "melt" togehter and form a ball, but as it seems you cant see energy (yet) so you gotta flare them

i truly envy you, when i was around 10-11y i was precog, had several kinesis abilities to name a few skills... but becaus i did'nt know what that was or how to practise those skills at that age i allmost "lost" those skils over time[xx(]

and yeah, i practise seeing energy and auras as often as possible but saidly thats not that often. hmm, but those energy layers you talked about, you dont supose that they look like dark lines and/or wawes in the air, sometimes the shape of objects?

yeah manuel thats the same thing, with some practise you can see them just about everywhere, like Rastus said plants is great training tools i would sugest having a soft white background, but the sky as background would be the best at least thats what works for me.

Rastus, saidly if you would look on my profile at the moment i'm in the army, so i dont get much time to practise(something i'm not to happy about) but as soon as i get some time i wil try what you sugests.

something i want to add, i have notised that at my army base where i live now the energy looks and feels harder, it allso moves faster. but home the energy looks and feels werry refined and soft.

i see them all the time, usualy one can get that when the third eye is starting to open, at least thats when i started seeing those things. in my experience it's some form of energy, as you say there is more of them in a ki ball, allso in sun/moon light there is more and around plants and other living things there is more of them

i have found that i can move the psi wheel when it is coverd, but it becomes MUCH harder, must be becaus i expect it to be... and you guys use the word "concentrate" and imagined, i never do that i just let it happen naturaly, i just expect it to move and so it does. just like moving my arm, i dont concentrate to move my arm i just do it.

That you say that the crown activates at 21 is strange becas i have had a active crown for at least 1year now, and it is not rare that in meditation i feel my head "open", and what only can be described as fingers masaging my skull often i dont eaven have to meditate to get this feeling. Yeah i have read NEW, good and easy to learn, it is about 3months since i started using that.

But on to the kundalini, before i say anything you must understand that it was un-intended.

A cupple of days before i started getting what i understand was a kundalini awakening i had a strange drem where i was a baby, and was looking upp on this tall female caracter, she tried to lift me upp and said i was hers, i notised a strange glow around her head. I say this becaus i have a strange feeling that it is connected...

The first symtoms i got was an intense heat on all the chakra points, energy rushes and a constant bliss, joy, peace, love and compassion for all things (all this the first day). All of this continued for a cupple of days the feelings only getting stronger and the energy rushes much stronger, in addission i started getting a crawling sensations all over my boddy espesially in my face it allso i was notesing that all my chakras was becoming constantly active. The day after that i started getting a strange numbness in my left legg, my sex lust had gotten extreme, was having a constant strange head ake, i had could hear the energy rushes as a strong roaring, and at this point the energy rushes had gotten so strong that my whole body was allmost shaking, and i got them several times a minute. When i lied down the energy rushes was constant. This continud getting eaven stronger 1 more day, and then i started trying to stop it.
