Hi Starjasmine
I'm new to the astralpulse, but not new to remote viewing. I have been priviliged to discuss the subject (1 on 1) with Joe McMoneagle, Paul Smith, Hal Puthoff and Skip Atwater. The bottom line is - you can remote view sitting at a table with your eyes open. In fact, Ingo Swann demanded 'no closed eyes' when he taught the US military. It is a natural process which just needs to be kick-started. There is talk that 'Theta' brain waves are helpful. Mostly, this is where the human imagination comes into its own - and you end up with aliens and UFOs (not to say they don't exist).
There is no substitute for being 'blind' to the target and plenty of practice.
In my experience, there are plenty of red herrings around attached to remote viewing skills.
