thank you, your explanations are clear and precise.

Thank you very much for your encouragement.

I think I understood Roman67. I have not dreamed, I knew I was lying on my bed but I was also aware that in the physical life.

This may be the difference between a lucid dream and obe.

Hello everyone, after 1 year and 2 months of perseverance, I had my first real experience.
I meditate lying about 45 minutes, I turn to the side to take a nap.
I wake up and I am aware that I sleep. I have a shifter in hand, I feel its texture, hardness, and I can shift gears, I hear the noise of the trucks I double but I see nothing. I'm having to slow down and speed up ... Then I clearly say this is a good time to get out of my body. So I say: "Now I go out of my body" as W.Buhlman.
Something grabbed my hips and I now see my room. My lower body towards the ceiling and then I think I'm possessed, I try to extract "these hands" to finally land at side of my bed.

I open my eyes and quietly Wow, I was so aware. I'd do that every day.

It was a lucid dream or obe?

I disagree with this.  I have ap a few times in the evening and I have had no sleep.  I could have ap more if I was more experienced and knew what to do.  Anyone can ap at night time.  If I can do it, then anyone can.  I am not special.  I am just like you.  The only thing I do is I practice.  The key of being successful is to practice, be determined and to be patient.

I love your comment.

I have a question. I want more than anything ap. It's been months and months that I train. I have an incredible motivation. Many say they have a goal for AP. I think but I do not know why I want AP. Words are not enough.
Advice doctor??

(sorry for translate, I am french and English and me ....it's complicated.)

It is because of you that my motivation is still intact. Your devotion to others. Help them achieve astral projection. I would like one day to advise as.

The repetition of certain messages are a good thing for us, because the unconscious love repetition.

Continue like this, I wish with all my heart. You're part of my family  :-D.

Whenever I come home from work, I kiss my wife and daughter, and I'm on the forum to read. I do nothing else before.

Sometimes I have periods like you. I bought a watch vibrating (special for the deaf "Vibralite 8") to wake me up without disturbing my wife. For example, you set one hour after your tests, you shift your sleep cycle. the negative is sometimes insomnia.

Thank you very much,
Oh yes Lionheart, what wisdom in your words. Indeed, I have also read most of the books on astral projection, saw dozens of videos, reports .... I even translated the pdf of the site. Astral projection is my quest, I tattooed my forearm to remind me every day to work. I also bought the procyon when I saw encouraging results with your Laxman. But this week, I returned the procyon to Angletterre because I have a history of epilectic. This is not serious, instead, I bought a recliner specifically for practicing alone and quietly with my method of self-hypnosis I'm starting to master. Well, I just put all the chances on my side. And it is also a part of my life  :-)
Sincerely,
Paul

Welcome to Members Introductions! / Hi Astral Pulse

Hi all,

My name is Paul and I am French. My English is not the best and I thank google translate. The main site in France for astral projection has closed its doors after 9 years. It is naturally that Astral Pulse became my new home. I have (I think) hit 3 times the door of the chart but I stayed behind the door. I train every day and it is certain that one day I will write as many have done on these fantastic trips. As this night again I heard a loud scuba explosion in my head but I opened my eyes. I still can not master my emotions.

Sincerely,
Paul
