I have it sucked, I woke up in SP and I had my astral vision still up and I am laying there in my bed and i look into the corner ceiling of by room and i see a dark figure bunched up and floating there. Then it came closer and started choking me and I actually felt hands squezing my neck. I prayed for it to go away and 15 seconds later it did and then a few more seconds later and SP went away. Weird excrement yo.

YES if you think it was an Obe then it was. Whether something is a lucid dream or OBE its all the same. It doesn't matter what the terminology is if it felt real to you and you enjoyed the experience then thats all that matters. Doesnt matter if it was more a dream then a obe. or more of a astral projection ... all means the same thing.... an awsome experience. That is the wisdom which takes people billions of years to realise. Words dont matter, the experience does. Hence the purpose of life... experience life to the fullest with no regrets and better oneself.

well when i first got interested in oob... I was able to accomplish them about once a week. And continued this for about one month. Then life got busy and I forgot to keep practicing..1 year goes by and Ive been trying again but for the past month no results... I tried starting over from scratch and Finally I got an oob last night. Heres what I learned on what Ive been doing wrong by reading books...
I started with an affirmation...which is a prayer to yourself.. just like how sometimes you tell yourself " I will wake up at 7:00am and you wake up at that time without the need of a alarm clock. I said..I Will remember and have a Out of body experience tonight. I will wake up numerous times throughout the night while im in a deep trance and will be able to remember that i am able to have an out of body experience and from there i will have one and remember it clearly. I repeated this about 3 times.
1st books tell me to relax my body and wait for the vibrations.. ok done.. This caused me to focus my concious and mind on my body too much instead of forgetting about my body completly like i should have been doing. The trick is to spend 10-30 min relaxing body till it tingles and begins to go numb. then focus your awareness to the inside of your brain where you feel your conciousness is. With your physical eyes try not to make them vibrate too much...Start with limiting your concious to your whole head...slowing forgetting about the rest of your body besides your head then focus smaller and smaller until only a small box in your viewable mind remains...Then try to make your conciousness spin around first going to the left then the right....I.E. The log theory..Then when im in a deep deep trance...P.S. I actually feel asleep and woke up in this trance lol...anyways... keeping your awareness small envision yourself with your minds eye in front of you. ... your spirit in the shape of a man in front of you and slowing try to focus your conciousness into this image in front of you. Bam I got my OOB experience this way and from there the journey was w/e i decided to make of it... During this process i actually had to pry my eyes open a few times half way and I started to forget whether or not the physical world was what was real or my astral world was real... I keep drifting between conciousness. Just make sure each time you open your eyes you close them and once again envision yourselve in front of you with your minds eye and start the process over. When i woke up later and felt I was done with the nights experiment i wrote my memories on a piece of paper to make sure my subconcious memory will be saved into my concious memory. CRUICIAL STEP...
BTW guys Not everyone feels vibrations... I dont get them at all. If you count on them and try to bring them about or think about them to much you will fail everytime. Just let thinks come natural to you while in the trance state so as to not ruin the trance and snap out of it. While in trance you must slowly take action and do what you want to do without being surprised or shocked by anything you encounter... your thoughts should be ... WHAT im doing is normal in everyway.. nothing will surprise me in anyway and what i do is only natural
