It doesn't make any difference at all.  One of my best projections was when I was on a boat.  [:D]  If anything, it may be HARDER to project when you're moving, simply because the degree of distractions are increased (due to motion, bumps in the road, mechanical noises, etc).

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Exit problems

hey- according to the book Astral Dynamics, it sounds like your biggest problem is not getting enough sleep at night so if you can, I would suggest that you try to sleep more and therefore will not have as much of an urge to at night... also if you are laying down in your bed to try to project then your body, wether you realize it or not, is trying to fall asleep because it recognizes your bed... you should try deeply relaxing in a comfortable chair with good posture so that none of your extremities ie your head feel the need to lean anywhere other than they already are as your body goes limp with deep relaxation... hope this helps

You could always try having so many astral experiences
that you would just not be excited when it happens...
just spend all night standing on your head [:)].

You should definitely try intent - it is the strongest
thing your mind has - before doing anything astral just
say " I want to be calm when I reach level so and so.. " or
"I will AP tonight, I will go to this place...".
Even though I havent projected for a LONG time I do remember
that if you tell your body/mind to do something they listen!

Good luck
you did it once, you can do it again
