so i keep doing the mind awake body asleep method i mentioned in a few post a while back... i get buzzes.. vibrations and i get just black... and then i wake up in the morning i don't think that i am just falling asleep not then at least it just a blip of somthing and im really tired when i wake up. i keep preying and telling myself to remember but to no avail but i am pretty sure i am doing it .. just that feeling you know that i know i did more than sleep...
i dont know what to do i think i am finally just going to start trying during the day maybe then it will be more easier ... but so many distractions .. could i be projecting?
