So the idea is that the astral is not a spiritual realm, rather the astral is actually the "fine matter world" which is not really spiritiual and not so different from our world.

To evolve into the proper spiritual realms one would require to spend billions of years in the reincarnation cycle.

This is totally weird but why the hell am I seeing spiders after an obe? that's right, after the obe. When I wake up in the body I often see astral spiders for a few seconds, they fade quickly though. I have no irrational fear of spiders.

I had a  short obe during a nap, however I thought I was still in the body and I got really worried when I collapsed in slowmotion beside my bed. I actually thought I had a stroke. never had this kind of low energy obe before.

This happened a few years ago. I was sleeping and awoke to the sound of the doorbell. I went out of bed and opened the door, there stands a little man with glasses, he opens a box of cookies and offers me a cookie. The dude doesn't say a word he just stands there with his cookies. I reamin silent as well and the whole thing feels just weird. He reailises that I don't want a cookie and he turns around and walks down the stairs.

A couple of years ago i woke with paralasys and some "witch" was digging into my hip with her/his hands. I have had obe's between now and then but haven't noticed any real problem except some subtle weird feeling in my hip area. Anyway I had a obe recently and something moved violently at my hip, I reached and grabbed the thing, it was a small black "thing" can't really explain what the bonk it was.

I went to the bathroom to flush it down in the sink and it turned into a black sticky slime that was really hard to get off my hands.

I'm sceptical to the whole thing, I mean a ball of mystical energy at the base of your spine?. The idea you have to activate this energy to be able to have enlightening experiences is just lame.
