I'm happy that I can quite easily reach the vibrational stage. It's been a long way to get there.

Unfortunately and since they're never the same, I never know what to do to be able to project.

Sometimes, they are wild and strong. In those case, I don't do anything and just go with the flow and I find myself in the astral realms.

a) However, recently has seen them being mild, soft. They can last quite a long time, for instance today I had them the entire morning. But I can't do anything when they are that weak. I try to strenghten them by imagining that I'm swinging or levitating but nothing works. Do you have the same problem ?

b) Another issue is that I never know when to move (supposing that I dont go with the flow) to exit my body. So, more often then not when I try to move, this is my body which moves. Never know if I have to move as soon as they come or if I have to let them grow ? (but what if they DON'T INCREASE ?)

I've found way more easy to project using the phasing method. Issue is that I don't always have dream images showing up. Sometimes I only have the vibrations and therefore I'm quite ****ed up not knowing what to do..

Do some people here have the same issue ?

What happened last night already occured some couple of times in the past, therefore I decided to post about it because it contradicts all what you can read on the internet about lucid dreamings.

Yesterday morning I woke up, went to work, came back home, ate lunch, went to bed at midnight.

So, I didnt have any afternoon or evening nap, this is a very important thing to keep in mind.

After I fell asleep at midnight I had a lucid dream. When I woke up it was 2:20am.

Conclusion : you can LD at any time of the night, even during the earliest and first sleep cycles. Saying that you dont have REM sleep on the 1st stage, hence why you have to WBTB to LD is a wrong statement. I had 3 LDs in total occuring when I went to bed after diner and without any prior afternoon or evening nap.

Odd thing happened last night, can someone help me ?

I did a WBTB so I woke up at 4:30am, went to the bathroom and returned to bed to induce an AP (layed down on my back which is NOT my sleeping position and therefore is not very comfy for me).
I felt my body become strange but the bad thing that occured is that at some point IT HURT to remain in that position which is not natural for me.

As if there was a fight between my mind who wanted to sleep so bad and my body which couldnt rest in that non natural sleeping position.

So it REALLY became painful and since it became unbearable I turned over to my natural sleeping position and ofc fell asleep

Question : is that "fight" between my mind and my body something that on the contrary I should maintain in order to AP ?

Because obviously remaning on my back prevents my mind from falling asleep so it could be something good, but on the other hand physically it really hurt so I dont know if this is a good thing for my body.

Any help is welcomed, thanks

I'm not into shrooms at all. I'm not into drugs at all. Never took any.

A friend suggest we go to Amsterdam for a week end. He is into AP as well.

He says that magic mushrooms can lead to some deep and intense astral projections and can help projecting.

I'm not that sure about doing it. On the other hand I tell myself that maybe the use of them once will "unlock for good" all the resistances in my mind which prevent me from projecting.

Any advice ? Thanks !

The astral being the realm of all illusion, this is a real concern for me.

Supposing that you want to AP and once in the astral realms you decide to go and see your deceased uncle (or brother, father, friend etc)

After a while you are led to that person.

What guarantee do you have to really deal with that deceased loved one ? How to be sure that you're not facing an impostor spirit acting like your [uncle, father, etc] ?

Spirits read minds. We all read minds in the astral. Communication is telepathic. So, supposing that I ask to that person something that only me and him/her knew (for instance "how did you die ?"), what prevents the spirit to read into your mind and to give you the correct answer, making you believe that you're dealing with the right person ?

Is there something unbeattable and which allow one to be 100% sure to really be facing the deceased loved one he wish to meet ?

Thanks

Read that comment of a skilled APer which makes me wonder.

What do you think ?

"Yes, most, if not everyone, is basically living in two dimensions at the same time. We have friends, favourite locales, work places, acquantances, and adventures in the other dimension which we unfortunately do not remember very often. What you are remembering is but a fraction of what there is, but even that is more than most people remember."

I know our counsciousness is on both physical and astral planes and that OBE are in fact switching from one awareness to another.

But having a "double life" ???

Hi,

Would it be possible to program our subcounscious when we go to be so that we are automatically awaken in the vibrational stage ?

I already experienced this but very randomly. I would be sleeping and at some point I would wake up because of the vibrations.

Unfortunately it happened maybe two or three times at most.

I wonder if we could program our subcounscious so that it wake us up directly being in that stage ?

It would be so great, we wouldnt have to struggle that much to AP, we would just have to go to sleep and wait to be awoken !

Any thoughts about this ?

Thanks
