I find the topic of astral projecting to be intriguing but, at the same time, the inordinate amount of interest in it gives me reason for concern.
My primary question relates to the possible correlation between excessive attention being paid to Astral Projection and the paranormal AND increased activity from the "other side." Could this intense focus on Astral projection, etc., somehow be inciting or instigating the invisible entities who inhabit the earth?
My next question has to do with the syndrome that is allegedly attributed to something called "sleep paralysis." I am referring to a person's being rendered immobile while an invisible entity pokes, prods, attempts to suffocate and/or sexually assaults one while he or she sleeps.
I do believe the person/victim becomes more or less "frozen" due to the advances made by the perpetrator or spirit. I do not believe the reason a person cannot move is because his nerves have reduced him to such a helpless state nor do I think his paresis has occurred on account of a strictly scientific etiology. Rather, I believe the cause has scientific origins that have been instigated somehow by the unseen entity.
How else to explain the loud "buzzing" syndrome and energy charge experienced by some victims at the onset of such an encounter? And why are these attacks happening at what seems to be a greater frequency of late?
Can an astral projector enter the energy field/space of a non-projector? If that is the case, is that not an intrusion to most people? Furthermore, I have experienced (many times over the past few years) instances in which I am pulled out of my physical body by some unseen force who proceeds to yank me through the window over the valley and through the woods - literally. I'd like to know why I never experienced this type of situation until a few years ago, whereupon this attempt to snatch me out of my body has increased many times over since the first event. No, I don't believe I'm being abducted by martians, either, and I do not dabble in the occult nor am I involved in anything untoward or edgy. I am really very boring!
My concern is threefold:
1. Are projectors and others who are involved with the "other dimension," so to speak, provoking the spirit world into perpetrating certain acts on mortal inhabitants? I am referring, for the most part, to: Malicious, hateful attacks, physical annoyances (poking, the feeling of pressure on one's chest included), sexual probing, etc..
2. Are astral projectors penetrating the realm of non-projectors? if so, how much contact, if any, can they initiate and achieve with the non-astral projectors and what, specifically, would that contact include? Can they essentially - and eventually - become "invisible observers" of anyone, anywhere?
3. Obviously, this phenomena is no secret in its nascent stages; however, I suspect certain aspects of it are covert and once the initiated become "frequent flyers," if you will, the business of AP and OBE becomes less public and more esoteric. With that in mind, I wonder if my questions will even be answered, esp. #2 (above).
