So here I am guys,made my first post in 2011.now,nine years later,I've made no progress.Not a single technique worked for me,not even once I had had an conscious exit.I ether fell asleep,or stayed awake all night.All of the times I've been out-all just happy accidents.So I am writing this to confirm that there is such thing as lack of talent .I wish I was Monroe.but sadly,it's just another thing I'm not good at.

Hello everybody!For a long time now,when I watch people,trees,poles or power lines against bright background,I see a gray or purple-is  haze around them.And when those objects are moving,even slowly,that haze moves a bit after them,like its catching up,it's very visible around peoples heads,but when I drive the train,the power line poles passing by are also leaving  that bright trail.Could it be auras?Or just an eye problem that came so slowly I didnt notice?

Hey people!Here is something I experienced years ago,while on a train ride,on a very sunny day.It happened only once,so far I never managed to do it again,but who knows?I was sitting next to the windows,and there were no blinders,so the sun was shining in my face,I had my eyes closed,but the bright light made me see very bright red behind my eyelids.I was bored so i started to cover each eye with my hand for few seconds,left,right,left right and so on,and I started to see lots of colors swirling around.Suddenly it the mess of colors disappeared ,and I was looking at an endless  field,full of tall green grass!It was so real,I could see how the light wind was moving the grass,like a green sea!It lasted a few seconds,sadly!Tell me what you think,If that happened to you,or if you try it and you replicate the effect!

Hey people!:Long time no posting,just digging around for some tips and tricks!Still cant get the whole phasing/noticing thing,every now and then I get obe from a dream,or when I wake up and try to fall asleep again.This morning I woke up,went to the restroom,and went back to bed.It was a lucky mood I guess,because shortly after I felt a single wave(more like an low frequency  impulse ),and after the second one,all I had to do was to force my eyes as much downwards as I could,and the impulses got longer and turned to vibrations very fast!I was out,and first thing I did was to touch our big hallway mirror,and It of course,melted.First around my hand,then all of it.it did recover when I stopped touching it.Have anyone else noticed that glass melting thingy?Or is it unique to me?Good luck everybody!

I cant believe it!I got to bed at 8 pm cuz i had to get up in 5 am,set my alarm,and i fell asleep.My dream was about me oversleeping for work wondering what to do.I woke up at 2 am and i was reliefed,and fall asleep again.Suddenly i woke up  grabed my phone and it says 5.50 while my train leaves in 5.40!My alarm apears to have turned off on its own!

Hey guys!I wanna ask you about hypnotic images.Often as i wake up at night I see random objects that turn to smoke and dissapear after a second or two-A vases,spiders,etc,and this night i woke up and saw camera on tripod aimed at me.I read that this comes from my head,but why when i look away those things stay where they are,i mean shouldnt they stay infron of my eyes no matter where i look?

after long time no luck i saw a pdf about where we mistake at obe and decided to go on the timer method again.I found timer app for android that u can program ur own intervals and i did 10 steps five minutes each.it beeps few  times before the time ends and few stronger beeps when itr ends,then automatically goes to the next.Imagine my surprice when that thing woke me up- i never thought i could fall asleep for 5 mins.And opening my eyes I was like wtf? A box floating in mid air!My instinct was to slap it away,but my hand went trough it,and it slowly melted away the rest of the night i slept on light But i had two short ones,one with bad sight,just managed to get out of the house,and the other i didnt realise i was already out and i was looking at the mirror rubbing my hands to "get focus" lol so i'm gonna hang to that for a while nd see

Well it was a interesting and nasty at the end!I had many false awakenings in different places,but they were so real that I didnt get suspicious at all.But at the end I was in bed at my grandmas place,and I got hit with vibrations and then something pulled my right hand in the air and pushed my chest down,like trying to rip it,and at the same time air  started to get sucked from my mouth!I could feel my body so real-my chest voice cords which i couldnt control to call for help and all...It released me but it was painful and sinister experience!

Hey guys - thats whats been bothering me and i cant get peace!
1-If souls get reincarnated,how is it possible to meet dead relative while out of body?
2-Why we cant remember our past lifes while out of body?
3-is our present the only real time moment?I mean if past present and future are paralel,does that mean that everything is set and our choices mean nothing?I hope you understand my last question

Well this is it!It Finlay worked out!Thanks to the Astral Codex free ebook!I concentrated on my breathing and visualized  a candle  flame that my breathing push plus,but fell asleep.When i woke up around 6 am i decided to try again and soon i felt strange sensation in my head - sound similar to  vroot,vroot,getting longer,more often and more powerfull,and i could feel my brain trembling by the  tone!Then all got quiet and i thought I failed,but when i    open3d my eyes i found out I was at work at the depot,near a steam locomotive!I looked down,I had normal body,even my worksuit was on me.At first i was fooled by that realism,but then i got near the locomotive,touched it,pushed and my hands melted a hole trough!I quickly moved on and met a deceased  Bulgarian actor comedian Todor Kolev,we joked a bit as I imitated him,but I wasn't happy with my awareness and rubbed my hands together,only to lose all visual input   I demanded clarity now but no joy,and then I found I had a hood on my head and it fell in front of my eyes?? I removed it and found  myself home,but a bit different - I saw my other grandpa(deceased) tried to speak with him but he van8shed,and my grandma came in and started showing me around the house and all the things that were relocated or removed.I got outside and it was raining like hell,huge  heavy raindrops.I found a plastic bag and used it as umbrella,saw my car in the garrage and then lost it and woke up

I find in not encouraging at all,seeing only 3 entries at the success tab...Why so little?

Funny experience I had tonight but remembered just now-I had some strange dreams,I knew something was not right bit I  ouldnt put my finger on it,walking trough trange known but the same time never seen before streets...And here it is as I was looking at a wall a menu apeard in the air,like the HUD in video games,with two sections-Left eye and Right eye.Both of them had a list of options like Brightness +15%,Brightness -15% Contrast +15% -15%!I toched right eye's -15% Brightness and it really got  darker!I could close my eyes idependently to see better the differences!The ontrast option also  worked as labeled It was very fun I felt like I had bionic implants

Hey guys/girlz!Last night I was trying Reverse blinking and sleep paralyzis induction and I began to experience trance sighns-An electronic curcuit apeared and I was explaining how it works  to someone but in GERMAN!I was able to speak it flawlesly,with science terms!In reality i know only how to count to 10 and say sieg heil lol Later I had false awakeing with sleep paralizys but didnt make anything out,I was running around a village ,reality checks failing  again...nothing out of the ordinary Sell checking is not loading for some reason and I am too lazy to heck for mistakes

So I had to wake up at 4 am to go with my family to the cemetery (Special day called Great Thursday by us non catholic christians)And we got back short after landing in our beds.I  found myself out of body and out of  the house.I wanted to visit a friend in usa and I started to fly fast and suddenly all got foggy and I was on our table eating with my brother.I was what???I looked at my hands,I looked at my plate I tasted my food I pitched my arm and I felt pain,the food tasted great,all mater felt ordinary!and I drifted off...Not a single reality check worked!

I dont have time to write all the details of my dream,till the moment I saw this kids walk trough the fence,trough our yard and trough the next fence,and that reminded me of a pattern in my dreams(I've seen kids walk like ghost trough our fence before) and I called after them.To my surprise the came back!They were cute kids 1 boy and 2 girls,around 10 years old,smiling,red cheeks,never would have thought them ghosts.I asked for their names-first girl called herself Harry and the second Mussolini or Mussulina,maybe those were niknames,I dont remember what the boy said.As we spoke I tried to touch them and my hand went trough them,but second slower attempt was successful-I asked them how they died and Harry told me how her mother slapped her so hard she fell down a staircase and died.I dont remember the other 2 stories.I asked them if they can walk trough walls,and they confirmed,then asked that if I can see them does this make me medium and they confirmed.Later my focus collapsed and I woke up and wrote down fast the two names not to forget them.It looked like the RTZ all objects were 1 to 1 with reality counterparts.this was touching I wont forget it! 

It was a great experience!Earlier I was lurking around Xants forum covertly (As I expected no spam there! ) and i found out a get lost in your breathing method I decided to use-and I did get lost-Suddenly I found myself in my other grandams house,like in most of my false awakenings.I awlays wake up there.I stood up and looked at my hands,all was normal but the way my body felt was diffrent,so i pushed my palm against the wall and it started to melt!Like time on the materials had reversed,the concrete got wet and soft,and I was able to dig it away,I even found the lightswitch cable that in reality exist!I enterded the next room,my hands covered in wet concrete,and saw few of my brothers pals,and I decided to show them what I can I took a knife,and broke of part of it,just like it was made of bubble gum!They watched in astonishment,and then i took all of the parts,queezed them and recreated the knife like new!Then I lost it and woke up in my other grandmas house,in their bed.Moment later my whole field of wiew was blocked by a scanner of some sort,and it said - "Human -1 Alien -1" I realized I was paralized partly and then something almost invisible,anly its foggy outline fell next to me on the bed,on my felt arm and pushed me down so heavily that i couldnt move!I shouted at my grandfather that was standing near the table and he got me out of the paralizys(i was still in a false awakening)I finally woke up at 6 am with huge headache lol

I've noticed that before I get a chance to leave there is a pop  or a wave in my head-So far I've experienced only waves,but last night I felt and heard a pop a bit behind my forehead,but I didnt  manage to get out.So far all my attempts at willful exit are unsuccessful

Hey guys!It's been a dry spell for a while,but this weak i had two lucid dreams that later turned in false awakenings.so far so good,but in this FA's whenever I try to open a door,or close an opened door,the doors slam with such power that when they happen to hit me they an throw me on my back!I feel the impact,but i see nothing.This morning again the doors where on the slamming mood,I even watched one door move on its own open close open close and a kitten was watching it in terror,following specific spot at the lower end of the door.Later on i discovered I can also move them doors telekinetikly,but they retained their aggresive actions when touched.Funny stuff and it begins to repeat!Anyone experienced that or similar?

What a day!A guy caught up with me and gave me back my 10 bucks I have just dropped!I thanked him and went on,and later we found purse with 15 bucks!Like 15 Minutes later!I took it and kept it in my hand so someone can recognize it and 5 Minutes later a girl came running and said Can I have that please?Too much coincidences But I am happy and feel so great!

As much as I hato to say it I guess it's true.So far I tried so many thing almost every evening night morning phasing alarm clock etc...Nothing ever worked.All of my obes were when I realized I was dreaming or in false awakening.One must have it like a gift or talent,like Monroe did - Lie down and voala vibrations and gets out.

Hey guys!Last night i tried the alarm clock method and it worked!I woke up 7 minutes Efrem the alarm set for 4 am,turned it off and waited for it.I was literally drowned in OBES-3 or more in one of them I was out of my body but still paralysed,I fought it but I wast able to move much,and then another one in which I was in my grandparents room and tried to get their attention- I managed to get my grandmas,and I told her - Do you realize we are  dreaming?I don't remember her answer but to prove her I pushed my hand against the window and the glass melted like always.Then I took a glass(for water) and I formed the molted  glass into a sphere,left it on the table and watched as it slowly restored it' original shape!I don't count it for total success,as most of the short ob es were scary and dreamlike,but still it is my first Conscious Obie!

hey guys!This week is full of strange dreams and experiences!I was wondering the whole day how my body counts time in order for me to wake up 1 minute before my alarm mot of the time.That night I had strange dreams not connected with each other- my car got stolen,I saw something down on the  ground and I thought "This is not true this is dream!" But second later "No matter someone will pay anyway!" And i tried to Chase the thieves with some car I found on the street but I got hit by a big truck,and that truck went down the street resulting in chain accident in which one woman died Later on I saw a girl that works with me sitting on the floor in front of the TV and before I can say anything she said "You do know that it's time right?" And then my  alarm rang! 

I know they are pretty realistic by default but that....  I woke up in bed,I always wake up earlier than my alarm clock,mostly 1 minute earlier.I lied a bit stretched etc,and I began to wonder why the hell this alarm is not going off and what time it is.So I took my phone from the bed next to me and pressed the middle button(lights up display in Nokia phones) and the screen was looking normal - the theme wallpaper,location of clock- all was 100% accurate!And lol it says 7:30 and I should be i my workplace at 8!I entered the phone menu again 100% accurate,navigated to organizer,and then alarms,ant there I saw that no alarms were active!I though well what the hell I will get there with my car and stretched again,then for a second something happened,I didn't get to feel thepoint where I actually woke  up,but I found my phone on the bedside table where it was still charging,and It was 6.29!How is that for realism!

This is interesting question for me at least - when I sit on tall chair and my feet are in the air,or when lying on a bed shorter than me I soon begin to feel my feet making circular movement!I see them and they are not moving,but they feel like they are!So is that part of our astral body moving outside the physical?

Hey friends!last night I had a dream(very long one)in which  was helping Lupin the third and his friends on some mission,and most of it was running around trying to find a missing member of the group.Then I got mission to take some small aircraft ad was given a rocket launcher,like those in STAR WARS Battlefront 2.I had great accuracy,being able to hit it with 4 of the 5 missiles I had,but the craft appeared to be armored,since it didst go down,despite being badly damaged.I started diggig in a bag for more ammo,and then I saw a trash bin(in my neighbours yard) and my old walkman in it(100% identical to the one i possess) and I was "Hey this is in my room this cant be here this is i dream!"And i heard whoosh sound,the way thing look changed,all changed!All people around me disappeared and it got quiet.I decided very fast who i want to visit and started flying backwards,but soon I lost my ability to see.Only thing i was able to see was pages from a book,with drawings and letters,ant remember what they were..And woke up To think what a walkman can do wow

This is great!3 experiences in a single week!Maybe I am getting better!I was in a dream,on various places and nothing i saw at first made me question reality.Then suddenly I looked at my hands.I must have been with short sleeves,cuz I saw my arms and hands,and second later they changed texture,and became striped with different colors!I felt  a jolt and was like wtf I am out?I started rubbing my hands untill all sensations were gone,and decided to test it out.I touched the first window i saw-the glass melted around my fingers!Then I pushed harder and the wall was no longer solid!Again I tried to visit a friend,but I flew up and down few ties,even underground for a bit,then decided to get ontop of an apartment building to see where I was.I couldnt fly high,just jump like 3 or 4 stores up,and I grabbed a balcony railing,so I could jump again higher.All windows were boarded up'like it was long ago abandoned.I thought why not see whats it like inside?But the very thought was followed by the angry shouts of a old man with a gun,probably the guard?He started to climb up and shoot at me,I dont remember his shouts mostly.I got much higher then him and then he said - I cant get you but I can surely ruin your travvel!- Then he shot himself in the chest and fell down on the sidewalk.There was white "blood"? around him,and he was shoulting how I was supposed to help a dieing man and stuff like that.I tried to go in another city but that did nothing and my awareness was lost..And I woke up!Great one i think!

Hey guys!I ha vent been around lately due to work and the absence of stuff to share,but now i got a few.First of all,I most accidentally found Robert Monroe's Book!I am somehow halfway reading it and I can say that is kinda..disturbing...I am not sure I will read it to the end,what is your opinion for it?
So recently I had one short OBE and one false awakening.The obe ended seconds after i shouted the name of the person i wanted to visit.As for the FA,Same scenario bedside lamp burned out the moment i touched it,the flashlight worked after hew hits,and the funny part- i went to my uncles room and saw him sleeping in bed and another copy of him sitting in a chair watching TV!We even spoke,but I  didn't find that strange!Then when i got out I saw flying saucers landing,but then it turned out to be some sort of kites with four little motors and LED lights under!I started collecting them to see how they work and woke up in bed
And a question - how we are able to play songs we know in our heads?I mean its like mp3 player,and its like you hear it!Our brains are amazing.I got problem with that cuz i cant stop them when they start Don't remember more questions now,but if I do i will update Merry Christmas Everybody!Although I don't believe in this stuff very much after i found out about the astral world

Hey guys!This was very interesting!I woke up,but I was  to lazy to get up or move,and I heard a sound from somewhere which reminded me of the sounds i used to hear when I get paralysis,and I began to imagine those sounds(u know that you can make sounds audible in your ears with your  imagination),and they started on their own second later!3 times i heard them and i felt like someone dragged me by the feet and i got a  bit lower on the bed.It all got quiet,a bit bright,and the breathing problem and the twitching in my left arm stopped.I tried to roll out or move a bit but nothing,so i thought i woke up and failed,and decided to stand up.I did so and as i opened my eyes i was seeing double image which got clear seconds later,and walked to the door,but thought why not look at the bed just to be sure?And bang- my body was still in bed!I was very happy, and i put my hand on a glass,which started to glow around my hand but it was solid.The door was also still solid.I saw my family outside,and they didn't see me from the beginning,i guess they were just though forms.I tried to fly,but i couldn't..I guess my awareness wasn't high enough...It was great though! 

I noticed something interesting.Once there were vibration,but now,while still awake I hear a sound similar to a scanning radar like vvvuuuut.And I see fl;ash of light and a twitch in my body(all muscles) secnd later anoder vvvuuuttt and another twitch,and after the third I am out!It is most interesting sensation!

So at a point in my dream I meet two lesbians,and as I look at them a comentator says that the left lesbian loves the right one,and the right one loves the left one,BUT they dont love each other!It seemed a natural statement in my dream but...wow 

I woke up due to my granpas workshops noise but I was 99% unable to move!It was a few seconds dilemma should i try to move to try to obe or to get back to sleep.I tried to move a hand but it was damn hard,I barely managed to reach my phone,to check the time,but my phone fell down.I thought I woke up,or got out of body,anyway when I opened my door I saw Santa Clause on my doorstep,and I asked him " So you are the reason I am paralyzed eh?So you an walk around unnoticed?"He mumbled in confirmation and then I was in a warehouse full or garbage,and a nice shiny Mercedes entered and began mo make a circle inside but seconds later it turned invisible,and only his tire tracks were visible.A man got out and approached a woman sitting on a box nearby,and she told him "Think about it we can drive such cars when some people cant even afford gas"After that I wok up many times in false awakening and paralyzed,and the proof it was False awakening is that my phone was next to my PC all night long,while I was able to find it on my bed!

I was near the entrance of a subway station,many cops were chatting around me,and I knew that a train was about to crash at the last stop,the station below us.I asked the cop next to me "Can we do anything to save them?" and he said "Why bother they will become one with the force any second now!" in a matter of fact voice.Then a great explosion shook the road below me and I heard hundreds of screams,and then the worst pain I've ever experienced seized my hearth!Like I was feeling all of their deaths!Like thousands of needles!I got hysterical and began to scream "NO NOOO I DONT WANT TO FEEL THISS!!!! and I woke up in  a false awakening where I went to tell my grandmother what was happening,and second later I was awake in bed.It was so real physical pain!I never want to feel that again!

Hey friends!I always forget to share this one!Once I was on a train,the day was sunny and very hot,and I had to sit next to the window where the light was really torturing my eyes.I was listening to some music and kept my eyes mostly covered with my hands,when a pass the time idea came - cover the left eye while the other is closed but the sunlight caused red field of view,then cover them both for a sec to gaze at the color difference that occurred,then uncover the other eye and so on.But then a picture began to appear behind my closed eyes,and seconds later it was clear colored and  like  my eyes weren't closed!Big wide field with tall green grass waving at the wind,trees....Most beautiful place I have ever seen!Then It vanished just the way in appeared!It was amazing!But why do you think it was?

Interesting thing.When a light flashes fast I can see circles and random letters(It's too fast to read) what do you think?Eye memory?Or?

Hi guys!I try to get out of body every night,but success rate is very low.This night I got relaxed and asked questions to my guide,to help me get out of body,and to show me the right box in the TV show "deal or not".Some time later I saw an old woman(i was awake,this visuals were from behind my closed eyelids)and She pointed to a box with a number 19 if I am correct.Later I saw a hooded man,he was talking but I couldn't make out what he was saying.It appears I've had fallen asleep,because I was at random places but then I was above a big house flying in the air,partly invisible.Next to me I saw that hooded man,looking at the flying house,and I asked him "how fast can it fly?" and he answered "as fast as your imagination makes it." and then he saying somethink i didn't quite understood but woke up and wrote down immediately!he said "You see,this is just a podcast of a past object we subconsciously project to in order to act."And I woke up.Can anyone help decipher it?I welcome your ideas!

Hey Friends!It might be the wrong section to post this,but dreams are Obes with low level of awareness so here it goes!I was at my village,like 13 kilometers from my home in the city,and I was fixing a casetophone.So the thing got fixed miraculously and I decide to take a walk,in a field full of yellow high grass and at the end,I see that I am on top of a hill right next to my apartment block!I got down to look around,and I saw a new construction,like tunnel with columns on the side with wall at the end,and there was sprayed huge J27!I even got out my phone a took a picture of it,dunno why i took a liking in it,simple plain black spray,and then I woke up!later that day I was watching the Lottery on the TV and the first on that came out was 27!How about that!

Hi guys!Once again I had one of these false awakenings night,2 of them if I remember right!I was trying to roll out before falling asleep.I woke up,and I tried to turn on the lights,no avail-not a single switch did anything,and I realized I am in false awakening.First thing as always started rubbing my hands together,but it didn't help,I couldn't get my awareness higher!I woke up i another false one,but it lasted really short,and the next time I woke it was for real.I am wondering why couldn't I turn it in to an astral projection,despite the fact I knew what was happening?
