I have astral projected 3 time, but in the morning when i would wake up then go back to sleep. I can never seem to move my head as if its stuck into my physical head. My third time, was just this morning and I still couldnt move my head, but i heard voices saying "huddle me"? It sounded like the vocals from a ghost "huddle me" huddle me". I really cant make out if it was multiple or a single person. I also saw the tip of the head of the person/people (if there were people). I can never seem to move my head and i know it comes with practice, but the more i do it, the more insecure i get knowing i cant move my head!?

1st question - What are some techniques to trick the body into falling asleep. I seem to cannot find much on google?

2nd question - How can i find my guide through meditation.

It's 5:00am right now where i live and i have been waking up and falling asleep countless time this night, and suddenly as i was falling asleep, i was paralyzed and felt the vibrations hard and everything got real loud so i forced myself to stop. Thats not what scared me though, what scared me was the things that would be trying to scare me in the astral planes. So i have a few questions, since there is no time in the astral planes, if its dark outside at like 4:00, is it dark in the astral planes?

I was practicing projection today and ended up falling asleep on my side. when i woke up, one eye was pressed against my pillow making it hard for it to open on its own when i woke up and the other was on nothing, it just opened on its own when i woke up. now the weird visual is that the eye that was on the pillow that was shut, i could perfectly visualize this texture http://static.zara.net/photos//2011/V/0/2/p/7236/400/500/7236400500_1_1_3.jpg?timestamp=1305130387433

and i dont know what its from or why i saw it? I was focusing on my third eye or meditating or anything?

I always try to OBE when i go to bed at night and i am somewhat tired. When is it best to try to OBE? During the day? At night? Tired or fully awake? In the light or dark? Silent or some very little noise? Warm or cold temp? Clothing or no clothing (not naked)? In a bed or on the floor? There are probably more, but these are the ones i can remember.

If we have an OBE everynight, why do we dream or lucid dream? How is it an OBE if we are dreaming?

Everytime I try to astral project, i get to the hypnagogic stage and then i literally lay there in my bed FOREVER! I do feel tired and feel like my body goes somewhere (as if going to another stage in astral projection) but then if i feel a little tingle in my hand, it knocks me out of the hypnagogic stage for a second then i have to start over? I feel like im laying there forever, how can i speed up the process to the vibrations?

How can I be having a lucid dream and turn it into and OBE while dreaming?

I live in a house with 7 people including me. I want to astral project so freaking bad its unbelievable, but as soon as I turn my thoughts to doing it and doing what i want in astral projection, my fears come in! Yes, i know im in control during astral projection, but i dont know why i have these fears if i can just make them go away. Another is that its hard to try to focus or meditate to achieve astral projection because of all the movement in the house. The only time I could have time to astral project with no disturbances is around 12am - 6am. I dont know how to achive a calm mental state to know i can do this?? Last is, I keep doubting myself (which i know IS TERRIBLY BAD!) I only doubt myself when trying the relaxing in bed method (not the mild), just laying there thinking about astral projection. How can i achieve this with such movement in my house and fears? I dont know why i fear which makes me extremely mad!!
