Everyday I say an invocation to Archangel Raphael and to Angels of Healing to clear, align and energise my chakras. I say this invokation at least 2 times a day. I begin to feel pretty good and I have more energy. I think that this is a good sign. This means that my chakras are beginning to open and my psychic abilities can grow a little faster? In the last 8 years I've learned a lot about psychic abilities. I tried to contact my spirit guides consciously, but I didn't met yet, only one time in a dream. I think that meditation is the best way to contact my spirit guides, but I'm not good at guided meditation.In recent months I begin to see more little lights or orbs.
