About a week ago i was doing a bit of research when i came across Astral Projection. I thought no this couldn't be possible! it would just be a dream.
Well anyways i kept reading up on it and it got to a point where it brought back child hood memories, And i thought wait a minute this occurred to me when i was around the ages of 7 or 8 ? a weird dream that felt so real, seeing my physical body sleep etc etc. I was shock and amazed about Astral Projecting. I am now at the age of 19 and i have been trying for 3 or 4 days now. My last attempt was around 2:00 PM today in the afternoon, I was laying there i was not tired at all, very deeply relaxed and i could feel my eyes fluttering faster then a Humming Bird, then i felt a few weird tingling sensations in my feet and arms. It also felt like i had butterflies in my stomach. So i was just wondering if i was on the right track to Astral Projecting or was that something different?
