I better listen to Sctt859 instead of my own experiences, so, all those experiences buy the likes of Rob Monroe, ober's, people who have had NDE's, and have seen things that where verified to be true, they too where dreaming huh? How bout you work through the first few posts that you made and then work from there....trust me, having too many things on your mind can only conflict any experiences that you might have. [^]

You have all the time in the world...ummmmmmmmmm despite all the end of the world talk [] to experience the astral in a more confortable manner.  Don't put too much into your head, or you will find yourself flying around in darkness....well, at least for me I find this is what happens when I have too many things going on in the ole noggin.[]

I don't know the answers to most of your questions but I do know that you can create things just by thinking about it. I like to materialize one of my hands and maybe make a ki ball when I first get there. So far that's about all I made because I black out after a few minutes.

Well I'm not very experienced in OBEs at all, someone would have to back me up on this...but that was the etheral form of the CD that you pushed to the ground.  Basically everything, living and non-living, has an etheral and a physical self.
