I tried astral projecting several times, and I used the brain wave generator to help me, and I used the deep meditation frequency. I sat there just laying in my bed, with that sound, completely pitch dark, and after about twenty minutes, I felt like I was vibrating, and then I saw big shadows of weird images, I dunno what it was but, they were floating around in my room, and I saw a light far far away and I was trying to get to it, but I couldn't move, and then I needed to swollow, and that messed up my concentration, and if I wouldn't swollow that would be on my mind throughout the whole time. Then I turned on some tunes and fell asleep because I ran out of energy.
How to I project? I've tried so many times, but then I don't know what to do after the vibrations.
What technicques do you use? I've been at this for 5 months going on and off, but recently in the past 2 weeks, i've been getting so close, like I see these weird lights and i can see my vision almost seeing through my eyelids but not quite. I'm not afriad but I dunno what's going on with me. I just lay on my bed, on top of the covers, and listen to boxed nirvana 2, which is highly recommended.
http://gnomad.info/boxed-nirvana.htm you can download it to your ipod or play it on brain wave generator.
Thanks in advanced for reading my post, and please help me and i will be erternally grateful.
