So if F2oc is what I think it is (Involves the real-time body- fist level of the projectable double), whats F3oc? I know the transition zone comes after that ^_^

Wow, I never thought about looking up an OBE forum =o Ive recently took a great interest, almost obsession about anything OBE/AP or remote viewing, and reading anything I could about them xD couldn't wait to finish registering, So a big Hello to everyone here 
Oh... is any information or abbreviations I should learn because I skimmed through a few posts before making my own, and hadn't had a clue what some of the abbreviations meant
