Does anyone know a (hopefully a few) mp3 files that can assist with astral travel?  It would help ALOT

Im new (well, I've only posted once before and that was like 4-5 months ago) and I was wondering if someone could tell me what you can do while projecting? I hope I put this in the right place. (Plz dont say 'anything' or 'whatever you want')

About 10 minutes ago i tried ap and got to the vibes.   The problem was: What do you do when you get to the vibes?    My thoughts at that point were as follows:  Yes! vibes!   S#@$! Now what? lol (sry if innapropriate)

(Btw, do vibes have to be moving smoothly, like from feet, to head, back to feet, or just all over the body? Thx)

If you can Astral Project and want to see Area51, or any place with "no trespassing" policies, just astral project into the physical world, plane, or whatev (sry kinda new at astral/metaphysical stuff) then go to the place.

For anyone who can see auras, automaticly write...etc... (anything in the discription of this fourm) and has a friend with a camera and EMF reader, get the friend to do things like take EMF readings and pictures while you do whatever you are talented. (and that has to do with metaphysics)
