Thanks for your feedback.... I read about hypnosis a long time ago, and I used to hypnotize kids, but I never really understood the idea till now.... I only cared about practicality of it back then.... lol

P.S. Everything that has to do with the mind has interested me ever since I remember... So dont be surprised when I said I used to hypnotize....

Ive been trying the method for the last couple days, and I think im making some progress.... Frank, you know how you say that when you take it slow, you can feel the vibrations coming in a limb softly?? But when you do it normally, the vibrations come out of nowhere??? Last night, I tried your method, and I felt slight vibrations coming in from my left leg/thigh, but they stayed slight.... How close was I???

I tried the technique again last night.... I think I saw that "Stray Energy" again. At one point in the technique, I felt this odd shift in consciousness... It was like I came an inch out of my body... All my body awareness arose an inch off my body... Does that mean im making progress, or is that something else?

Frank...... Youre someone who gives me faith in the future of Astral Projection.... People dont want to hear the mystics of it.... I tried it for a couple minutes last night, and two things happened....(The focal point of consciousness on the forehead thingy)

1) I saw some "stray energy".... and it formed into the shape of a face, and I was distracted.... lol

2) After a  couple minutes, I felt this sensation of rising up really fast.... Is that normal???

Thats happened a couple times to me.... Dont worry.... Its all about staying conscious and having a "remote observer" attitude on everything.... You know you are having a WILD, when you feel yourself on your bed one moment, and the next moment youre in la la land.... At least thats how it is for me....

Ya know what, that just might work... I have a pretty active brow center compared to my other centers and that probably would help a lot.... And to answer you question about shiz the shizzes of the world...... The difference is: Shiznack is MY word... Shiznit was probably a little modified version of Shiznack and has no right to be out there in the world..... Shiznack rules all....

Again, Im being prejudice(I didnt read the replies, lol)... Well anyway, Id have to say that the thing I LEAST believe in is the NEW system.... This is because the NEW system could just be a way of stimulating the nervous system... All the symptoms are related to the nervous system and awareness has to do with the nervous system... Has anyone thought that the NEW system stimulates the nervous system not the Energy body??? An even more interesting thought is that maybe energy is transferred THROUGH the nervous system... If this is a silly idea, please dont criticize me too much, im only a kid....

Youre pretty close on the application of the word "Shiznack".... heres the full description....

Definition(Made by me): Shiznack(sh'iz'nac): A replacement word  for all known cuss words there are today.... Root word: Sh*t

History: One day me and my friend were "hanging out" at school when all of a sudden we realized we had a tremendous amount of homework for a certain class, and I was in the process of saying "Sh*t", when I realized the teacher behind me.... I swiftly curved  the word like so: Shhiiiiiitzzzzzznack!! From then on, me and my friend use that word to express our distress in all matters...

Thats basically it.... I have some other cuss word replacements such as Biotch(commonly known) and assphault(another commonly known one)....

lol.... thanks for your replies.... And yes, I read very fast.... Im an honors student and when Im reading something that catches my attention, I read super-fast..... Every time I took a glimpse at the book, I just wanted to read more.... I spent the past week and a half every night and sometimes morning/afternoon reading the book.... And...... Im done!! lol.... surprising.... I just finished today, and my dad thinks that I skipped a lot of parts, because I read so fast.... But the truth is, I made a commitment not to skip any parts, and I read as much as I could.... Well anyway, the book was good and really made something out of my spare time.... Great thanks and respect to Robert Bruce to writing this book!!

I could be... Were you tired at the time??? Sometimes when Im tired, Ill here a voice from my subconscious and itll wake me up... If you were tired, you could have been thinking about whether she would be guilty or not, and it was just shouted at you from your subconscious... Thats what i think... But it also could have been psychic related...(i hope it is)

My dad is VERY open minded. I wasn't afraid that he would put down the whole thing, or tell me it was the work of the devil... I was just nervous about what he would think of me... My family is Muslim, yet we're not very religous, so that might be a key factor... I dont think Muslims have anything against it....

I talked to my dad about it... Surprisingly, he has no problem with it... He says its good that I read some more, whether its odd or not... But he also says that he doesnt believe in it... He says that theres nothing mystical about humans... Good thing I kept the laughing to myself....... Im probably gonna get the book next week, after saving up my lunch money...
