Now I have had one of the strangest lucid dreams ever today.  I was in a very vivid dream driving in heavy traffic and going up a ramp onto a bridge.  The traffic was only going about 5 miles an hour.  I pulled my vehicle to the left in an attempt to see past the vehicle in front of me and determine what was causing the traffic to go so slow.  As I did this my car slid to the left.  At this point I became lucid and completely aware as to my dangerous situation.  I was unable to stop the car from sliding off the bridge.  I was about 200 feet up as the car started to fall.  Keep in mind I had become completely lucid at this point.  The first thought I had was How did I get here?.  The fear mounted as I knew I was about to die.  This was it.  It really did not matter how I got here at this point.  I thought meaby I was passed out at the wheel and awoke just a moment ago.  The car descended and I could feel the gravity as I do sky dive and know how it feels to plummet to earth.  The next thought simply was this is it; this is really the end I am going to die here and now.  Here will be no waking up from this.  I will finally have my answer to life after death shortly if I am conscious after impact.  I do not recall the actual impact.  The next thing I know I am standing by the paramedic rescuers after the clean up of the accident.  I next find myself at the hospital listening to a few doctors talking about how the brain is just an ventricle organ.  They then turn and look at me lying in bed.  I get up as I am not hurt and start talking to a young Hispanic nurse who I recognize from a prior dream.  I am sexually attracted to her as I was the last time we met.  I ask her if she has ever seen the movie Solaris and she says yes.  I say that movie really makes you question the nature of reality doesn't it.  I then started to say "Do you know I think I am God?"  But stoped as it sounds to far fetched.  Instead I said "Do you know I think I am creating all of this with my mind?" She says "do you still want to show me those ORB photos we talked about the last time?" I say yes and we leave after I write a check for my hospital bill for 326.00 dollars.  I have had several accident dreams and have been simply taking then to be a type of precognition of things that might happen to me.  Some have actually jolted me awake as to the blunt force impact that occurs.  It is beginning to occur to me that perhaps the ORBS that I have in my home are trying to communicate to me the manner of there deaths instead

I have been taking a lot more ORBS lately and would post them but I do not want to take away from the main purpose of Astral Pulse by continuing to post ORBS. I do have two that I would like post. Also the research team is coming back to my house August 7 to do EVP and bringing along a physic to communicate. I will post the name of the organization and my case number at the completion. The two I posted are actual. Taken with my camera in my bedroom. I have simply used the KODAK software to enhance, enlarge and took the edit mode Cartoon on the second photo only. I have not manipulated the graphics of the photo at all. When you begin to research ORBS you discover that many have faces and are playful. I have decided to add this to the post.  I have noticed that since the photos have started being taken of the ORBS that knocking sounds have increased and lights flicker alot.  I have also noticed a strange energy in the house.  I think the attempts to OBE have indeed caused the ORBS to be attracted to me and again would sugest to anyone attempting OBE to take alot of photos for these things.  I think alot of people who can astral project are most likely physic to some degree and the OBE training enhances the natural physic ability and attracts ORBS.  I have noticed that I can at sometimes hear what appears to be talking that I can not quite make out.  I have read about the higher vibrational state of astral beings and physic report having to tune in to communicate with spirits.  The sound I haer is like people chanting with hollow voices.  This is not during sleep paralysis either.  Also being touched at this time while hearing the voices and it feels like little mussel spasims.  Now if these ORBS are not from the Astral I would love to hear what they can possibly be.  I always thought the proof would be in the Astral experience of the card reading while in RTZ but it seems the ORBS are trying to cause physical proof. I will wait to hear from any moderators before posting anymore but anyone interested I have about 150 good photos now.

Been having two days a very vivid a colorful dreams.  Yesterday had an OBE into the bedroom where I was bouncing all over the place and found it hard to get control.  I was on my stomach, then turned over and rose to the ceiling.  Tried numerous times to exit through the attic unsuccessfully and would just enter into the darkness of it.  Then I would return to my bed and hover over my body.  Then slip all the bed sideways and this went on for about five minutes all total.  Today I kept awaking about every 10 minutes and would look at my watch amazed as to how little time had passes as I felt I was awaking out of about 1 hour of sleep.  One of the most interesting was the following.  Has anyone ever been to one of those virtual reality theaters where you stand in front of the screen and you feel as if you're actually participating?   I knew I was dreaming but watched as I traveled at high speed through a tunnel and was thrown out several thousand feet over the Grand Canyon and tumbled through the air.  The scenery was true to life and colorful.  Next I was thrown into the air after reaching the top of a roller coaster and diving toward the ground.  Over and over I watched  these twisting and turning high speed jolts.  These events / dreams of this nature have been occurring the past two nights.  I do not know for sure if the flying dreams are really OBE and my mind is playing tricks on me.  Anyway I am still concerned with my ORB situation in my house and no one really seems to be of much help who I have contacted for assistance.  Right now I keep waking up in fear as I keep being told there is a paranormal presence in my home and I am still dealing with that.  Until I know what is there I do not think I want to meet them OBE.  I have no explanation why this OBE occurred two days ago as I have not been attempting at all.  Once again it seems the subconscious controls my OBE.

Has anyone seen the movie Solaris.  That can really make you aware of the true nature of reality.  I love that movie.  The music in it is incredible.  That is the type of beat and sounds that can cause me to astral project.  I highly recommend the movie.  There is a technique that I am able to do while listening to music like that and it is to mentally tell myself I do not know where I am at as I lay in bed with my eyes closed.  It is really weird and I was wondering if anyone has tried this.  I simple tell myself I do not know where I am and thoughts cross my mind as to where I could be.  The first 10 of 15 times I get this thought I realize I am in my bed and each time I mentally respond I do not know where I am.  In time I do not know.  It is a really weird and disorienting feeling when this occurs and has led to some interesting vivid dreams.  This works best when extremely fatigued but can work in any state close to sleep.

These ORBS have been taken withen the past four days.  Please note the last few that the ORB did when I  asked it to pose for a photo.
1114 is a known as a moving plazmoid or ORB in motion.
After I noticed the OBR in photo 1115 I began asking it to pose.
1228 is a pose offered by the ORB. Also this is same closet that the paranormal researchers videod 3 moving ORBS exit the top and enter the bottom.
1218 the ORB appears to attempting to materilize into human form with head, neck and sholder. If you have a means of blowing the photo up its easier to tell.  For some reason in gets downloaded to a small photo.
973 really kind of freaked me out.  The bright object is not material or a reflection and actially appears to be creating the other ORBS.  Any explination would be appreactated.
1178 I asked it to get its photo by the class and book in the entertainment center.
959 has simply been enhanced to show the energy in the ORB.

Note: Look at photo 961 and 962 that was taken right afterwards.  The ORB that was in the kitchen moves to join the one in the living room.

Its funny but I sapose everyone has seen the movie The Wizard Of OZ.  Do you remember Glinda's mode of travel.  She was an ORB and the Good witch of the North.  This movie was made in 1939.  Interesting I think.

I have three photos of ORBS that were taken at my house by professional investigators that are really valid and convincing.  One in the back yard that is fantastic.  The thread that I posted the others at is unavailable due to a smart filter now.  I really want everyone to view these that were sent to me via a Yahoo address.  Is there someone I can mail these to who can post then ASAP. I also have about 24 more where they appear to be watching me and my dog. People who develop their abilities to relate to spirits give off a light,  like the beacon on a lighthouse; the spirits are drawn to it.  Spirits are here as;  master guides, relatives checking on loved ones, or spirits drawn to people and places.  Sometimes, the spirits get frustrated because no one can see or hear them, imagine how you would feel. Also they seem to leave when I request and pose when asked. Also has anyone heard of team orb or www.orbsite.com

I have a question I have been thinking about for a few days now and would like to see what others think.  Do you think if after becoming successful with AP that a type portal must be open to allow the astral body to travel to the astral plane? And if this portal is open can it not allow astral or spiritual beings to enter the physical.  The reason I ask this is due to the ORBS and vortex I have in seen now in photos.  It seems we spend so mush time trying to achieve this OBE and we can in truth encounter spiritual beings that can in fact manifest in the physical universe.  Should we not know to shut any connection that might get opened?  Just a thought. The theory is the Vortex is the gateway between planes and the ORBS travel in them. Its like two people meeting a shaking hands one says welcome to my world look around and the other says the same. I highly recommend having a complete understanding of spiritial protection when attempting OBE/AP and being well grounded. I mean really think about it,we all seem to agree that the possibility to astral project is real.  Has anyone thought about the possibility of creating a haunting. Thanks[]

Just wanted to keep everyone informed as to the status of the two former posts of mine "ORB photos at home" and "Attempting to capture physical proof".  As I stated since attempting AP/OBE I have been photographing ORB phenomenon at my home.  I have also posted several of the photos.  I have been taking photos for years and have never seen these until recently and after moving into my current home five years ago.  As I stated a Paranormal investigative team arrived at my home in south Florida last night.  The team had digital cameras and digital video cameras and meters for picking up energy patterns.  The team was at my home four hours from 7:00 P.M. till 11:00 P.M. After setting up equipment they began walking throughout my home taking digital photos and attempting to sense any spiritual energy.  After 15 minutes the first ORB was photographed in the living room.  Then several more in the bedrooms and kitchen.  Only minor energy was felt by the three team members.  After about one hour the team had about 12 ORB photos.  One of the members asked about my utility room and what was in there.  I explained it was a clothes washer and a small bathroom.  She opened the door to enter and simply stated "It's in here". The other team members began to enter and all exclaimed "Can you feel that, it's incredible" . They opened the door to the bathroom and the energy seemed to increase.  One member entered but could not stand what she described as "waves of rushes of spirit energy" I actually entered myself and it was hard to believe.  They set up a video camera and turned out the lights.  Videoed 15 minutes. Then videoed main bedroom 20 minutes, then kitchen 20 minutes while myself and team members chatted.  The energy that was originally in the utility room moved and the team went throughout the inside and outside the house looking.  More ORBS were photographed during this time.  The energy was discovered in the main bathroom.  It appears what ever was there was attempting to avoid us.  One photo was taken in the kitchen that I will post this week that is incredible. There is an ORB that was captured on digital that creates a huge moving Vortex of pure white.  It is the Spirit moving from the utility room toward the main bathroom that discovered it's been photographed and is in the process of making a U Turn back to the utility room.  Another moving ORB is captured on Video coming out of a closet at the top and entering the bottom.  The team has taken all the photos to be analyzed.  A total of over 200 photos taken.  Also the videos need to be analyzed. By the way the energy readings ware off the chart.  The  team also believed that what might have be there is a actual spiritual portal that these energies move in and out of.  They will be coming back in a few weeks to continue and I will keep anyone interested informed.  Also I am buying a 3.2 m camera tonight and start photographing tomorrow.  Also one of the team members believes what was encountered last night was a strong dominate male, however he was not territorial which is why he was avoiding us.  Thanks.

I went out today and got a set of standard playing cards.  Why don't we all get together in a conjoined test to determine if these OBE are real?  I am going to take one card at random and place it on a ceiling fan in my room over my bed.  I will not look at the card of course and place it face up.  During the OBE I will not have to travel too far.  Just rise to the ceiling and return.  This will keep the OBE very short so that in fact if there is a mind split the memory will be downloaded.  I believe the subconscious does cause the OBE and that just the fact of the subconscious being giving a task it will cause the OBE for any experienced person in a short time.  I am also not sure myself if the phasing AP type of experience is an OBE of a lucid dream.  I have done this and as intense as the experience I have doubts as others do.  I believe the OBE to the RTZ to be truer of an OBE experience.  I am not good at this and with me it is hit and miss type POT LUCK.  The two times I was asleep away from my home and became aware in my bedroom was awesome and had no reality fluxuations. I have only managed to roll out of bed to the floor twice and once made it to the bedroom door.  Everything was just as it appears while awake.  I keep getting these OBE that have a not so real feel to them and I think this causing us confusion as to the reality of the OBE.  I have no doubt that sometimes we dream we OBE.  Please attempt this card reading yourselves and try for a RTZ OBE.  I think this is where the truth lies and I am sorry it has taken me so long to decide this for my own peace of mind.

After much time and effort and with help I have discovered a site to post the ORB photos I have been taking at my home.  I guess everyone will have different opinions as to what the photos actually show.  What ever the energies and ORBS are they are appear to me to be what spirit investigators believe are spirit entities.  Thanks for everyone's patience.  The investigators coming to my house also wanted me to post these. Because I have had so much difficulty posting these I have decided to post a photo of myself too.  Look closely at the ORB over my dog it moves to the left withen 1 second.

People I am working on proof.  I have met a women in my home named Amy in the RTZ and encountered a male voice that told me "As now you are near the Astral Plane then you should know we are hereto stay".  I have also been photographing ORBS since attempting OBE and have seen a spirit entity.  There is a group of researchers coming to my home this month with an attempt to get some type physical proof.  I hope to make contact with this Amy and capture some EVP on tape.  However I have dozens of photos of ORBS and will post then after the investigation. I have already tried to post the pics but the files are too big.  I need a site to download to. Anyone interested can read some of my posts where I wrote of some of these encounters.  Thanks.

I finally had Sleep Paralysis this morning after about 2 weeks.  I awoke in the middle of the night after about 4 hours sleep.  I tried the method "cube" wrote about where you take deep breaths to induce the OBE from this Sleep Paralysis state.  It worked right away, however I had no vision after the initial separation and simply felt as if I was expanding and rising up through my bedroom to the ceiling and then into the attic.  This is the easiest RTZ experience I have found and highly recommend this technique.  I then found myself in semi paralysis and simply lingered in the at the border of sleep seeing images and finally went into a semi lucid dream where I was participating in a space launch and the ship blew up at about one mile up.  I and about ten others were in a huge field and tried to take cover as the debris fell about us.   We simple looked into the sky and saw 30 or 40 pieces of steel the size of small cars that we ran and dodged. It flew at us and hit the field like bombs in a movie.  Just before awaking I was making my way to 3 of my best friends when a block of steel hit the edge of a platform they were taking cover on  hit them a decapitated all three. It was very realistic and I think my subconscious did this because of three small children that were decapitated in my hometown where I grew up a few days ago that I read about on the internet.

It does not seem me or anyone else is quickly becomming a Robert Monroe or Robert Bruce. Althow we are all making progress. I know the spiritial path is slow and designed to be that way.  Why don't we just all get the TMI Gateway tapes.  Believe me I am a Goverment employee and am not rich but it seems like a shortcut to perminate AP/OBE. Speaking about different ways to produce energy and manipulating the Energy Body I do not see much written here about the experience of Kundalini.  I do not know a lot about it except the word is Sanskrit I believe for Serpent Rising.  This is related to the Human vertebra along the spine and its shape of a snake.  This also travels along the Charka's.    If anyone knows more of this perhaps they can post some info.  Also anyone interested in AP of OBE I would highly recommend looking into this energy raising.  When I first started attempting OBE I was meditating in a lotus position.  My right arm began to shake and bounce about on its own.  I have read this can happen as energy is risen in the body.  Quite soon after that I experienced the so called Strobe effect with the opening of my third eye charka.  The experience of the Kundalini was almost like electricity that traveled my entire back.  Sometimes I would be sitting in a chair and feel as If I was leaving my body.  I would also feel as if I was having panic attacks at time.  At night lying in bad I would have to get up sometimes and go outside to just get some fresh air.  I had wished someone had told me about this before it occurred as I did not know what was happening.  I would notice that at times right after this Kundalini effect started I could sit in a chair and close my eyes and see white.  Of course this would cause me to feel I was having a panic attack.  This went on for about two months while during this time I did not make any attempts to AP and wished I had never tried.  In time the effects subsided as I have read will occur.  Has anyone else experienced this as it is truly as wild energy ride.

I just came from the drug store where I had some film developed that I took a two days ago.  It was with a Kodak disposable camera.  I have been taking photographs all my life as I like to travel and keep albums.  The photos I picked up just half hour ago really kind of freaked me out.  I have done a lot of looking on the web under ghost photos and keep seeing ORBS.  The house I live in now I have been in for five years.  The early photos I took of the house were all clear but I noticed after attempting AP I am getting ORBS.  In the Past it has been a few.  The photos I picked up just now have about 30.  They are throughout the house and in the bedrooms.  They also seem to have an attraction to my German shepherd.  I know a lot of people have different theories as to what they are.  There is something else more startling however in the recent pictures.  I have always been under the belief that things in the physical can influences are dreams on astral encounters.  Example: I have noticed if I am in a dream smells from the physical will incorporate into the dream.  Also sounds such as a train in the physical will become a train in my dream state.  Also sexual arousal in the physical will become a sexual encounter in the dream state.  Today while asleep I kept having a partial OBE.  I was not in my room however, I was at my grandmothers house in the OBE.  As I would awake however there was a presence in the room that seemed to be menacing. Meaby it was not that is just how I perceived it to be.  It did not attempt to move toward me but stayed stationary. It had the shape of a cloud from the ceiling to the bed and was white and wavy.  I went into the awake/sleep state about 5 times and each time it was there.  The photos I picked up today have the image in the bedroom just as I saw it.  However It is bright Yellow at the top fades and becomes bright yellow at the bed.  This really kind of freaks me out.  Is there anybody who knows what it could be?  I do not believe it is just a development problem.  Actually over the 24 photos I took all over my house only the two bedrooms where I sleep have them.  I would like someone who is sensitive inclined to the spiritually on the this site or who knows someone to visit my house and see what they think. As I stated I have the photos and will post them if the any mediators desire it. I am going to examin these bedroom photos more closely but I tell you if I see something in then that looks human I'm OUT OF THERE. HA.

For quite awhile and even now I sometimes have a Lucid Dream in which I AP.  Most of the time I will be lying in bed and find myself at another location or another room of the house and get vibrations and exit.  I am lucid because I believe it to be a true OBE and perhaps it is in a sense.  The first time however I found myself at a remote location after no exit sensations or memory of exit I found to be one of the most profound OBE's.  I have read some accounts where people project to locations but had not read of any when this happened to me.  I had projected in the RTZ 20 miles from where I was asleep to my bedroom. I had to focus with the command Clarity Now.  I found it hard to believe if was real.  I said "O.K., now I know this AP thing is real" I waited about 30 seconds and said to myself that I want to awake and did back where I was asleep.

Things are slow tonight so I thought I would post a new topic.  I also know anything that mentions sex on this site gets alot of reads/responces. Does anyone experience being touched sexually while in the sleep paralysis state?  Several times I have awoken and experienced being touched sexually after a woman has said hello.  I have read of people helping during exit or the Old Hag putting presure on a persons chest, even sex after exit but not sex during paralysis. I have however read of the fear of a sexual attack from someone who might be moving in the next room.  It would have been the last thing I would have expected to experience. I had an OBE in the RTZ and met a women in my living room.  I asked her if she is the one who touches me and she reported she is my cleaning lady and she does not touch me.  I met a physic who told me the woman was clearing my house not cleaning it.

I like the Idea of this API meeting place alot.  I seen to spend alot of time either in the water or under. I will get there first as my usermame sugests I have the BOATS.  I will ask the name of anyone I encounter.  P.S. bring rum.

Over the last two days I have had some experiences I would like relate.  Starting two days ago I had a very vivid dream in which I observed several gun battles in Iraq.  These gun battles were very intense with several causalities to coalition and Iraqi insurgent forces. Upon awakening from the experience it was so intense that I at first was trying to remember what network it was on as I thought I watched it prior to falling asleep.  Then I realized it was a dream.  I also experienced a lot of WW 2 fighting in the night where I would awaken tell myself I would go to a WILD but instead simply continued the dream in a non lucid state 5 or 6 times continueing where I left off.  This continued to a terrible boat accident where the Captain was killed.  Myself and a friend managed to swim away to safety.  Then as my friend was trying to recover a fish he had hooked before the accident he inadvertently pulled the boat to where me were and we had to observe the grizzly scene again. At this point I actually became Lucid and started to observe several type ships from frigates to carriers and marveled at the clarity of the images I was observing as I knew I was either creating then with my mind or observing an aspect of the astral.  I observed the detonation of several mines also.  I also observed a field with a building in the middle.  If anyone has ever seen the movie The Time Machine where several hundred thousand years pass, it was like that.  I saw the building change several hundred times. I awakened in sleep paralysis and tried to roll out to my left which I have had success with in the past.  I was only partially successful.  As I lay in bed I was able to raise my astral arms.  I then fell asleep with the intent of becoming Lucid and found myself swimming in Artic water surrounded by icebergs. This went on for a few minutes and I again awoke to sleep paralysis with slight vibrations.  The dreams have been going on for about two days some lucid and some not.  There is no real explanation why.  I would recount 10 of 15 more but to keep this short I will refrain.  One thing interesting that did occur I seem to have had a few remote viewings also during this.  In one I observed the numbers 2322 or as best I recall it was close to this.  I never play the lottery and did not write then down for recall.  I bought a ticket but the numbers came out 2011.  The interesting thing I find is I attempt to enter this dream in a LUCID state, FAIL and the EXIT realizing I failed and REATTEMPT with little success.   It is as if the dream body exists on its own plane.  That is why I fail or perhaps others also fail.  It's a failure to transfer consciousness to the Astral and continue go to the dream aspect of the astral and not the higher level.  I had read something in the past I believe by Robert Bruce the one of the difficult things about getting to the higher planes is the ability to reach one level and then transfer consciousness to the next higher. I hope this all makes some degree of sense.  I am at work and am trying to get this in quickly.  One thing that I notice if I am successful in AP/OBE is a type jarring sensation in my head as if I have been slapped on the back of the head.

I have been having a lot of experiences lately so thought I would post one .  When ever I project involuntarily I seem to have a habit of going out a window.  A few nights ago I was lying on my stomach in my home and suddenly felt I was at my parents home lying on there bed on the second story.  I has having strong vibrations and as I felt myself project I could hear a lot of voices in the next room calling my name.  I realized it was astral noise and slipped out the front window and over the roof and hovered in the air.  Then went to the ground and back to my body.  The exit sensations were the most amazing with the weightlessness.  This occurred about five times.  I lost tract how many exactly.  Finally I decided I had to get control and stood on the ground looking at my hands.  My hands were transparent and had a look like the robots in the movie Artificial Intelligence.  I got some control and decided to fly toward some clouds but blacked out before getting to then and awoke in my bed.  I have decided to incorporate this technique into my AP attempts.  As I will be going to sleep in the future I will be visualizing leaving my body through the window.  I will keep anyone posted who is interested as to my success.

I believe that the phasing idea is really a great idea to AP.  I know three times awaking from a vivid dream I lay in bed and visualized myself going back into the dream I just exited from.  I understand this is also called WILD.  If I am successfully at this AP it is almost as if I black out for a split second and get a jolt like being tapped on the forehead.  And then say WOW because I find myself lucid in the AP or dreamscape.  The problem I encounter while attempting to do this from a fully awake state into the hypnagotic is while trying to visualize the number 12 or the black 3D landscape with my third eye as Monroe suggested I get a tension headache which throws my concentration off.  When I relax my third eye I then get a lot of imagery all over my field of vision but can not lock on to anything with out bringing back the tension.  Another problem I encounter when attempting to create imagery is that there is a definite reduction in my heart rate that annoys me because it gives me a little chest pain or upper abdominal pain. Last night I awoke ten times and entered very vivid dreams but my dream body just does not get it and become lucid.  It is frustrating.  Any sujestions would be helpful.  Meaby an asprin is all I need.

I have decided to post this question to forum members after tonight reading a post where latina_deva wrote about encountering a Great White Shark during an OBE.  I have read other accounts of members seeing sharks.  I have decided to note Sharks, Sea Turtles and Alligator's as my dream signs due to the frequently I encounter them.  I have no idea why this is so.  Does anyone else note a frequency of Marine Life during OBE and Lucid Dreams? In a previous post I wrote about what could only be considered a guide giving me a fishing rod where I hooked a Great White Shark on his rod, he then told me to let the shark go and proceeded to show me deceased children.  A few weeks ago I again encountered a Great White Shark and became lucid and flew in the sky for about what seemed like five minutes before waking up. During these sea encounters the water and life is as if it is neon and glows in the most vivid and amazing colors.

I was extremely tired this morning after working a 12 hour shift.  I lay in bed and did one of my visualizations were I'm myself in another location in another bed.  Usually I will try to visualize a room from my childhood or a vacation cottage by the ocean where we would go on vacation.  I attempt to look about the room in my visualization as if I am actually there.  This exercise works very well for me in projection attempts.  I fell asleep and three hours later awoke in sleep paralysis.  The first thing I noticed was that both my  astral legs were out of my body and on a 45 degree angle upwards.  I could not see my physical torso as I had a blanket pulled up over me.  I could see my physical arms as they were out of the blanket.  I attempted to rise out completely at no avail.  I then told myself just fly right through to roof as fast as possible.  This however did not work either.  I pulled my astral legs back in to the physical.  I then attempted to raise both arms and was successful.  I have just recently been able to have my first full OBE to the RTZ by rolling.  This experience was neat due to the fact that while trying to lift my astral arms in the past I have only been able to raise one with much difficulty.  This time I raised both easily and was able to examine them.  I could actually move them just like the physical and look right through them. I became unconscious at this point and awake a few hours later after a few vivid dreams.
