I think the spirit originates from a very high dimensional level, from the higher self.  You could say that a spirit is cast down into the physical universe, and that a kind of silver cord connects it to its higher self.  It is held within the confines of the physical body, and within the etheric/energy body, while the body lives.  When the physical body dies, the etheric/energy body slowly evaporates until it is gone.  Once the etheric/energy body is completely gone, the spirit passes through what some call the 'second' death, where it moves away from the physical dimension into one of the heavens or spirit worlds.

However, the above process can transpire in many ways, depending on the manner of death, and on the spiritual advancement of the spirit concerned. Some spirits move straight into the heavens, and some undergo a more complex and staggered afterlife process.

The slap on your forehead was probably caused by brow centre activity. This will sometimes also be seen in the minds eye as a very bright flash. Check 'Brow centre strobe' in the index of Astral Dynamics.  

The headphone phenomena may also be related to brow and crown centre activity.

These sensations are fairly common phenomena and should be ignored.

Yes, spirits will sometimes touch you and cause the sensation of being touched by a hand or etc.  Your girlfriend's reaction, sensing a presence in the room, indicates that there most likely was a spirit in your room, probably your grandmother.  

It is quite common for spirits to do something during an OBE or dream meeting to ensure you remember the experience. In a way, they program your memory to react to an association.  So, when you felt the touch on your face, the memory surfaced into conscious memory. I have had this happen many times.

If your girlfriend had not sat up and woken you up, you would most likely have lost the memory of your OBE.  If you can work out how long you had been asleep, and set a watch alarm to wake you up about the same time, you might have more OBE success.

Well, here's hoping that book sales are huge.  I have dreamed of starting my own research institute for over 15 years, and it is really really really nice seeing it move from the realms of the improbable to the possible, and even to the probable.

Aso for table top fountains, yes, these can help.  You can buy these, feng shui fountains and japanese water sculptures qute cheaply.

As for the negative ion thingy, well, the physics of this does not apply to negative entities in the way the word 'negative' intimates.

I do not know if negative ions affect negative entities adversely. This is something that needs researching under controlled conditions.

What I plan to do, when I am able, is to set up a small test house and experiment with different countermeasures, and the ways these are applied, during actual psychic attacks. It will then be a matter of observing and seeing what affects negs the most, and fine tuning things, etc.

I do not think that negs get washed away by the movement of running water, but this may apply in some cases. You see, the problem is that this does not account for underground water, nor running water that is sealed in pipes or hoses. Negs 'should' be able to move over these things easily, but this is definitely not the case.

There are very few references indicating the potential of running water as an anti neg countermeasure.  Dione Fortune mentions this in her book, 'Psychic Self-Defense', but does not elaborate.  I forget where I read it (Either Dione Fortune, Levi, or Castenada), but I remember reading somewhere that humans have energy roots that extend down into the energy field that covers the surface of the earth.  And that when we move, we make furrows in this energy field.  Negs are said to attack us through these roots.  It was suggested that when running water is crossed, this 'furrow' is filled in and a person is thus made invisible to negs, who do not have eyes like we do.  Keep in mind that negs usually manifest in the physical universe in 2D form, so this likely has some truth in it.

It is well known in folklore and etc that witches, werewolves, demons and ghosts, etc, cannot cross running water, but no reasons are given.  There is probably a lot more anti neg wisdom hidden away in folklore and etc.

You might think this riddle could be solved by asking channelled spirits, but you will find they either do not know or will not admit to running water / neg limitations. I've done this many times.  You  normally end up with pages of channelled stuff on how negs are not really bad or evil, and no straight answers are given.

My work on this has shown that some spirits, especially the more negative variety, are more affected by the physical universe than is currently suspected.  How far this goes I am not sure, but it is known that scent, light and sound affect spirits, and probably EM fields and etc as well. There is lots of room for research and experimentation.

As for discovering the whole truth of this matter, well, I think I'll have to dig much deeper for this. And the only way to dig is through more and more personal exploration and experimentation, plus lots of deep thinking to let the inspiration flow. Rest assured that I will continue my research and experimentation on this matter for the rest of my life, and that my work will carry on regardless. My biggest holdup is simply a lack of suitable facilities and funds with which to continue my work.  I have gone about as far as I can with what I have, so now really have to wait until I can afford to set up some proper facilities to continue my work.

What's with all these green eyes?

Last night, I had a vivid dream or astral experience (no conscious exit or reentry), where I was sitting at a table with my eldest son, Ben, and another young man with blonde hair and brilliant, glowing green eyes.  There was no pupil or iris, and the whole eye socket was filled with green.  This seemed a tad unusual at the time, but I went on with the lesson anyway.

The lesson was about the connectivity of all life. I was explaining that we are one another, and if I give to one I give to myself, and if I harm one then I harm myself.  So love one another and treat all others as you would like them to treat you.

I had read this post about green eyes during the day, so its quite possible this was a subjective fluctuation, a subconscious addition to my experience.

I think this kind of thing has to be carefully thought about before jumping to conclusions.  It would be easy to think that the green eye syndrome could indicate neg entity involvement in that person, but there are many other possibilities so its very difficult to say.

I have not had the opportunity to test breaking neg attacks with anything but clean running water so far.  Keep in mind that field tests must be fairly spontaneous, taking advantage of real life neg attacks when they happen.  Strong neg attacks, even demonic attacks, can be 'arranged', if you know a good occultist.  We have done this type of experiment, but this is very dangerous and sometimes life threatening, so I do not advise it for non-expert occultists.  But, as for experimenting with other fluids, there is definitely room for further experimentation.

So far I've had success with:

1. Crossing a garden hose.
2. Crossing underground domestic plumbing pipes.
3. Crossing or standing over water mains.
4. Crossing or standing over underground streams.
5. Crossing rivers and streams of running water.

*Note that the volume and velocity of water is important. If a garden hose fails to bring relief, seek out a water main or etc. This can be accomplished by driving or walking around town, as many water mains will thus be crossed.

*Domestic showers and baths help, but do not seem quite as effective as the above methods, unless visualization is used, as per the below.

Note that I also often use an additional visualization technique to enhance the above methods, to remove or weaken attached entities. For example, place many coils of garden hose on the ground, clockwise, water gushing.  Stand with feet among coils and say a prayer for protection.  Then, visualize a large amount of brilliant white light entering your head and slowly filling you, and that this is forcing black fluid out of your feet, and this soaks away into the ground, or down the drain. Continue this for five minutes or longer.

The above can also be done in the shower.  This is a very effective method of breaking a strong attack that crossing running water does not remove. This is also a good test, showing that you are dealing with an attached or overshadowing neg, re these are more difficult to dislodge.  

The water plus visualization method is an excellent long term treatment method. It steadily drains negative energy and weakens firmly attached negs.  I have had excellent results with this method, but best results usually come after about 30 days.

The other advantage of this method is that it is fairly innocuous, and will thus not attract unwanted attention from other people that may not understand.

Very often, even a very strong neg will be so drained by this long term method that it will just leave and go seeking greener pastures.

This 30 day caution was necessary due to my 'duty of care' as an author.  If you have no probs with NEW and want to progress to primary centre work, this is generally ok to do. But if problems do arise, say overly strong sensations or pressure pains or etc, discontinue primary work and go back to NEW for 30 days or so.

I stand by my earlier recommendation of Kraig's book, "Modern Magick: eleven lessons in the high magickal arts".

The online version of the LBRP is ok, but a novice needs more indepth instruction on using Godnames and etc.  Kraig goes to great length to explain and teach everything as clearly and simply as possible.

As for sex magick, 'Modern Magick' contains very little of this type of content.

As for the rubber band thing, this is both effective and harmless. This method can also be used to help remove bad habits and vices.  An electric hand buzzer (the joke type) can also be used for this purpose.

Practitioners of Zen meditation do something similar, by having a  cane applied to their backs when their minds are wandering. When a zen practitioner breaks concentration he/she leans forward, and by doing so this signals a monk to hit them over the back with a flat stick, etc.  This ancient and honored training technique is very effective.

All the above techniques are similar in principle.  They help train the ego/subconscious to obey the mind.  

There are other techniques that can help, like self hypnosis and etc.  But the beauty of the simple techniques above is that they are applied on the spot, so the message gets through quickly to the
ego/subconscious.

I know a man who used a more painful technique than the above to give up smoking. Every time he lit a smoke, he burned the back of his hand with the hot end.  After a week of this he could not bear to even think of smoking any more. Brutal but effective.  However, I don't recommend this as a rubber band around the wrist would do the same thing and leave no scars.

Sorry, but I think we must agree to differ on this matter.

No matter what the level of a person's mental training and willpower, I stand by my previous statements that no unaided human mind can withstand a direct mind to mind conflict with a true demon.  

The pressure of such an onslaught is immense.  A trained mind with an iron will may withstand such an assault for a couple of minutes before their mind is taken over, but the pressure is just too strong and unyielding.  This is why magicians that invoke demons (using Goetic magick or similar) go to such great lengths to bind a demon and protect themselves against it before it is allowed to manifest.

To answer the obvious question, as to why anyone would want to invoke a demon.  Well, I do not practice goetic magick, but am familiar with its principles.  Believe it or not, demons can be very useful. If not, there would be no point in invoking them.  For example, often the simplest way to remove a demon that is attacking a person, is to  order a stronger demon to attack and remove the lesser, whilst doing no harm to the victim.  Angels are also often used to fight demons, but angels can be a little more fickle and difficult to work with.

Two Bears, you are of course free to believe as you choose, but I feel I must ask on what evidence you base your statement: that a normal, unaided, human mind, or even a trained mind, can win in a direct mind to mind conflict with a true demon of any rank?  

True demons, like true angels, have vastly stronger levels of consciousness energy than any human.  Because of this, they naturally have incredibly strong hypnotic powers, with which to reach out and affect or control or possess other minds.  They are also ancient, sometimes beyond belief, so have vast experience to call upon.

However, it is possible to survive such an onslaught for a short time, say during a possession attack, but only because it usually takes a little time for a demon to penetrate a strong human mind.  But once this is done then its a no win situation, without some form of outside intervention.  An untrained mind in this situation, however, has virtually no defense whatsoever against such an attack, especially if the victim is naturally sensitive and thus has weaker natural shielding.  

The only exception to the above is where a person is manifesting their higher self, or where an angelic mind moves in and intervenes.  But this is not a simple human mind to demon mind direct confrontation, re a vastly superior level of consciousness is aiding and protecting the human mind. This may be a trifle pedantic, but I think its good to be clear on these matters.

There are quite literally millions of texts on demonology and witchcraft.  The Lemegeton is available online somewhere, I think, in pdf format.  There are many compendiums, like goetica (Goetica is part of the 5 book Lemegeton set), but I think a modern one would be great. But to be useful, the person who puts it together should seek out information from all areas.

The small weak things you class as demons are not demons, but some form of low astral wildlife, that may include thought forms and etc. But people seem to call 'anything' that bothers them in a negative way as a devil or demon, even though this is technically inaccurate. I generally use the simple term of neg in my new book, to help avoid this confusion, although I do deal with demons and incubus and some more well known neg types more specifically.

The lowest form of demon is the Incubus demon (incubus and succubus are one and the same), which feeds on sexual energy and perverts and corrupts sexually, etc.  But these are not weak entities by any means.  

A human, no matter how strong their mind, simply cannot go mind to mind with the lowest demon.  It is a totally no win situation, much like walking into a major hurricane. Demons have the same level of consciousness energy as do angels, albeit darkly so.  I have experienced mind to mind contact with demons many times, and know many high level magickal practitioners who have also had the misfortune to do this, so this comes from personal experience and experimentation and not just theory.

The above is why such high levels of development, training and good magickal techniques, are necessary to deal with demons

Demons, basically, possess, hinder and torment, and inflict victims with spiritual pollution and physical disease.

I agree with much of what you say, re shields.  But what you visualize and try to impart to your shields does not always come out the way its wanted.  For example, my shields were created using fire and iron ritual energy visualizations.  So, I would expect to see them hanging around me as walls of fire and iron. But when I look at them, I see thick, shimmering veils of water. Some investigation showed that these had grown very strong with the water element, all on their own.

This was a fascinating event, but quite logical if you look at it closely. Astrological forces seem to have played a part in this, re I am a strong water sign (Cancer). My work with running water countermeasures may also have had an effect on my shields.

As for books:

First, check out Amazon.com and you'll find they are already taking early orders. It'll be available from Amazon.com about July, but will be available about a month earlier from my publishers website mail order section. Go to www.hrpub.com and check it out. But I don't thinnk HRpub do pre release orders, so you'll have to order it when it becomes available.

You do not make it clear what you see or how you see it.  Do you see people, spirits, visions, scenarios, clouds of colour, etc? Please give me a couple of typical examples or nocturnal experiences, and a couple of your others,eg, as you said, while looking at a ceiling fan or etc, and I will advise.

My thoughts are that you could have a more well developed brow centre (third eye) than usual.  You are thus either experiencing clairvoyant vision, astral sight, or picking up imagery from your dream mind while you are awake or semi awake.

Clairvoyance is a fickle thing.  It will often be triggered spontaneously by high energy events in the world at large, and other random factors. When this happens, one has what I call a 'clairvoyant episode', where all of a sudden you have brillinatly clear visions and etc, seemingly for no reason.  Some spirits are also capable of triggering C episodes, by manipulating the brow centre and etc.

Shielding practices are not usually effective for the average person, because people seldom keep up the practice regularly, and tend to use them only when needed.  But metaphysical shields take time to build to the level where they are effective, so they don't generally work for most people.

Also, medication affects brain disorders as well as mental and psychic disorders.  Medication changes the way the brain works.

First, as to visiting realms of broken spirits and etc, I'd like to point out that such places do not have signs reflecting particular names, but are highly fluid and subjective environments.

But yes, I've probably been there many times, if these relate to astral rest areas and astral type hospitals.

Most novice projectors can only hold themselves close to Real Time for a couple of minutes.  They may still think they are in reality, but their copy of reality is fluctuating and actual real time objectivity slips unnoticed away. They may think they stay in real time for the whole obe, but in actual fact they are in a more subjective copy.  A good example came my way a couple of days ago, when a guy made a full obe exit and then left the room via his window, and found himself in his mother's back yard, many miles away. He also seemed to have gone back in time.

However, this is not a simple issue.  Some projectors, like Sylvan Muldoon (early author on OBE) find themselves stuck in real time always. I had the same problem for a couple of years, till I found my way into the astral and etc.

The above shows just how difficult it is to scientifically prove the objective nature of real time obe.

As for duration of OBE, well yes, some people can stay out longer than others.  But, considering that astral time is very flexible, and that a whole day may seem to pass in some astral realms while only a few minutes pass in the real world, this is difficult to ascertain. The only fair way to validate this is to make a wake induced obe exit, and then finish with a wake induced reentry, and then sit up and check the time and write down the experience.  

But I rarely hear of projectors making a deliberate reentry after an obe.  This does happen occasionally, of course, but its not common. This is especially so with people who project from their beds.  A chair or some kind of sitting position is much more reliable for reentry purposes, and for the exit of course.

If a person stays out of body for longer than say thirty minutes, their physical body and mind enter deep sleep mode, from which sometimes even a good physical shaking will not wake them.  At such a time, the dream mind is also fully active, compounding matters enormously.  If a projector returns to their body after it enters deep sleep, they usually cannot reenter and reanimate it, and often have to wait for an alarm clock to go off or etc to accomplish reentry, and then reentry is not really reentry but a natural waking up.

The only way I know of to get around the above problem is to project from a sitting position while in full, stable trance.  In this state, the physical body mind goes to sleep, but the etheric mind stays awake and functional.  This is basically what happens during trance meditation.  Only then can extended OBE exploration take place.  

Now, again its not that simple.  You also have to allow for natural ability and other peculiarities. Its very difficult to come up with a global model on OBE that has any consistency.    

For example, some people have very strong natural shadow memory download abilities. Such people tend to remember most of their dreams, and most of their OBE's.  Such a person may remember very lengthy OBE experiences indeed.

You also have to consider the dream mind's involvement in many OBE's.  For example, many people will be dreaming, thinking they are in real life, even thinking they are still in bed trying for an OBE attempt, while they have actually fallen asleep and are continuing their efforts in the dream state.  During this time, a true projection takes place, and the dream body/mind experience vibrations, rapid heartbeat, etc, and feel themselves separating from what they believe is their physical body.  They may then have a spectacular OBE.  Now, they may either wake up with this memory during the night, or the next morning, and believe they have had an OBE, while in fact the aspect of mind they remember having this was the dream mind and not the projected double.

And further to this, some people will develop a 'skill' of having such dream copies of OBES, and thus believe they have obe ability.  But this is as good a way as any for reaching subtle dimensional states.

There are also many different types and levels of projection possible, that I have only barely explored, ie, Remote Eye Projection, kundalini projection, and a type of OBE I only suspect that may be the equal of WILD lucid dreaming.


This is why the OBE phenomena will never be understood from the analysis of many case histories, which is how 99% of OBE study is carried out today. There are way too many variables and only a disciplined firsthand approach really works.

This is a good thread and deserves a little more attention, even though it may seem boring to some.

First, Kristen, feel free to critique or answer critique as strongly as you feel the need. As long as this is done intelligently, with no personal abuse or slander, as has been mentioned above, this is totally fine by me and all moderators.

The difference between passionate intellectual critique / debate and a flame war is that a flame war quickly flows into the gutter and becomes pointlessly abusive and slanderous.

I also agree that one should not always feel they hav to pretend to be nice, while engaging in debate and etc.  You will also find that many people like to call a spade a spade, and thus find this kind of false sweetness extremely irritating.  So the 'nice' device can also throw fuel on the fire at times.


To clear the record...

Over the past year I have had little time to moderate the old forum, due to many life problems consuming my time and energies. In this time, I relied on the few old forum moderators.  It is quite possible that some posts were deleted that should not have been deleted, and for this I appologise.  I han no control over this at the time.

I have no idea who deleted Terri's thread. It was not I, as I agreed with some of her points, and the ones I did not agree with were her opinion, which she is entitled to.  If I cared enough about these, I would have entered the debate myself.

The only threads I deleted on the forum, after many requests to do so, were the two Romero Bashing threads, each of which contained dozens of similar posts, with many containing pointless personal abuse and slander. However, I was too late in deleting these, because several highly respected forum members removed themselves from the forum for good because of this, including Romero. But this was probably a good thing in the end, as certain types of people don't mix.

The new forums, however, will be carefully watched by many more moderators, so the chances of unfair deletion is much less, while the chances of speedy fair deletion and etc is much higher.

Please note that so far no serious posts have been deleted on this forum, apart from those deleted for tidiness, a few silly ones, some doubled up posts, and those that had served their purposes.

Winged Wolf makes some good points.  Yes, the vast majority of entities that interact with humans are neither good nor bad, but neutral and just trying to survive.  And yes, cows could consider us demonic, re we milk them all their lives and then eat them. Many entities do the same, milking energy all a person's life, then feasting on their decaying energies after they die.

A few people have mentioned being exposed to running water, storms and etc, and still having bad luck and entity problems. Keep firmly in mind that this kind of running water exposure will not remove firmly 'attached' entities, or those who have gained temporary 'hitchhiking' or 'overshadowing' status.

Some entities become stuck on islands and in houses, because they have not worked out the running water factor and how to overcome it.

Invoking spirits, say with a Ouija board (note that this means 'yes yes', re Oui is French for yes and Ja is German for yes) will also not be greatly affected if done on an island.  This is because most invoked entities come from dimensionally further afield and manifest closer to the physical universe using the energy provided by the people doing the invoking. Note that this type of uncontrolled invocation is very dangerous, unless one is familiar with magickal practices of binding entities and protecting ones self, etc.  

When an entity is capable of attacking a person, they manifest fairly close to real time, to the physical dimension.  In this state, they take on 2 dimensional properties (like a shadow) and are generally bound to the surface of the earth.  This is when they are at their most dangerous, as they can then affect humans and etc.  An unattached entity in this state has great difficulty crossing running water.  Field tests have shown that stronger entities, like demons, can cross running water if pushed, but they will not do this lightly as it can be said to burn them and drain them of energy.

But even the lowliest of demons are very strong, having a stronger level of consciousness than any human, albeit darkly so.  Going mind to mind with any demon is thus a no win situation.  But as the vast majority of common troublesome negs are lesser beings than demons, and thus have even more difficulty crossing running water, the running water method is effective defense in the majority of cases and will break attacks by unattached negs instantly.

Stronger negs, even low demons, can also be drained of energy and forced to de-manifest and break off attack by prolonged exposure to a significant quantity of running water. This will not solve the root of such a problem, but it does give 'something' to fight back with, and provides temporary 'release' during which strength can be gained and help sought, etc.

The main reason why this type of discussion is important lies in the way that everyone seems to question reality and God and etc, whenever they encounter seriously bad fortune.  If one's child dies, for example, one may cry out to God 'Why me' or 'why did you take him/her' and everyone struggles to understand 'some' kind of meaning or reason.

The fact is, that only religion and philosophy can provide reasonable sounding reasons, because the direct path to such knowlege involves flying through some decidedly rarified air indeed. To understand the whole truth, one would have to understand the mind of God and the meaning of creation, ie, the meaning of life.

So, we all do our best to find something meaningful that we can relate to and understand, according to our personal experiences and beliefs.  There are many versions of the truth, to suit many levels of human understanding. This is the way its always been and it has a certain beauty to it.  For example, complex high-level truths are wasted on people of low intellect, whereas too-simple truths are unfulfilling for people of high intellect, etc...

Everyone has beliefs, even those who claim not to have any, because not believing is also a belief.

As for what karmic purpose is served by a person being destroyed by a demon, and maybe killed and killing others in the process, well, which version do you want:  the high level or the low level, or something in betwee?

One could say that such a soul is corrupted for all eternity, and that they become a negative spirit.  Maybe it is from such fruit that evil spirits do grow, maybe not...only God truly knows.

One could also say that such a soul is being severely tested, and by suffering terribly eliminates karmic debt, while inflicting same on many others.  

One could also say that such a soul may return, reincarnate, many times until it finds the spiritual strength to throw off such a dark burden, and in so doing make significant spiritual progress.

On a more down to earth note, in my experience I have rarely, if ever, encountered a seriously practicing spiritual person who has had serious evil spirit or demonic problems.  By seriously spiritual, I mean a person who truly believes and practices what they believe in.

Living a good spiritually practicing life is a very good way of reducing one's attractiveness to negs in general. It is not a perfect solution, but it really does help.

Most modern people today seem to only turn their face towards God when they are hit with seriously bad life experience, say when they lose a loved one, or their pay packet.  Apart from this, and the occasional wedding or funeral, most people seem to live self-absorbed hedonistic lives these days.

The above is why, many years ago, I began to concentrate on children. Most people I have helped overcome or reduce serious neg related problems, are unwilling to make serious lifestyle changes. They just want someone to wave a magick wand and make it all go away, so they can get back to enjoying their lives in the same way they always have.
Humans are creatures of habit and its not their fault, re most lack the self discipline to make serious changes.  

Sometimes, neg problems are a wakeup call from life, urging people to make serious lifestyle changes and do something better with their lives than wasting it on TV, gossip, sex, drugs and rock and roll.

Sometimes, neg related problems are a wakeup call designed to change a person's direction in life.  Think about it.  If you become proactive in your own defense and healing (which I recommend), you will meet people and do things and make many decisions which will ultimately change your direction in life.

Good and evil are necessary opposing spiritual forces that mould life and promote spiritual evolution.

If you believe in angels and good spirits, then by default you also believe in demons and evil spirits.  

You cannot fairly and accurately believe that angels and good spirits are independent beings, while on the other hand denying the same independence of existence to demons and evil spirits.  This results in the popular but somewhat illogical monotheistic model, which in my opinion is only workable in theory.  In practice, the dualism model is far more logical and workable.

In a nutshell, dualism = God created the universe and everything in it, meaning that God created both good 'and' evil spiritual beings. And as God is incapable of making mistakes, everything under creation is just as it should be. We may not understand the ins and outs of all this, but we can trust in God's wisdom.

Both good and evil have purpose and neither could exist without the other.

Angels and good spirits help and guide and protect, while demons and evil spirits harm and hinder and infect.

Angels are 'messengers of God'. They spiritually influence people for good, but seldom directly interfere with the affairs of humankind.

Demons hinder and possess and inflict disease and spiritual pollution. They also seldom directly interfere with humankind, but keep a low and hidden profile.

It can aptly be said that the greatest thing Satan ever did was to convince the post modern world that he did not exist.

Do you believe in karma and universal law?

If you do, then you must think about how it works, and more importantly 'how' it is applied to us all down here in the physical dimension.  

If, for example, a person's karma says they must suffer terrible disease, torment, pain and heartbreak, how is this inflicted?  Angels and good spirits are, obviously, out of the question.  This would be contrary to their nature. But demons and evil spirits will do this willingly, as this is according to their nature.  So, in this case, the appropriate demons or evil spirits are attracted to this hapless person, and in so doing karma is justly applied according to Gods's law of Karma.

Now extending on this, lets say that a person's karma (bad karma) set them to be abused and tormented during childhood by evil persons.  Just 'how' are these evil perpetrators to be created, and how are they to be attracted to the right children, karmically speaking?  Again, demons and evil spirits are attracted to mould such evil people, often from a very young age indeed.

However, when through realizations and self-help efforts, necessary life lessons are learned, the need for evil abuse may reduce or cease. In this case, angels and good spirits are attracted that will lessen or remove the negative forces involved.

Humanity is continually evolving.  The greatest steps forward are taken by facing and overcoming adversity.  Without adversity and difficulty, without evil, the human race would cease to evolve, and eventually outlive its purpose.  Think about it!  Without these negative factors to try and test us, we would soon become a race of bleating sheep sitting in lush meadows, watching the world go by. All evolutionary progress would stoon come to a standstill.

As I am fond of saying, if God wanted us to live a life of spiritual harmony and peace, He would not have put us down here in the physical universe (the realm of hard experience) in the first place. He would instead have put us in a realm where evil and adversity did not exist.

As for enlisting real and tangible Angelic help, this can be done by learning and practicing the LBRP (lesser banishment ritual of pentagram). The best version of this I find in Kraig's book, "Modern Magick". This protective, cleansing ritual works directly with four of the archangels. It takes about a year for the average person to learn this simple ritual, but when learned its both powerful and effective for cleansing and banishing.

If you believe in angels and good spirits, but don't believe in magick, just stop for a moment and consider angels.  Angels are about as magickal as it gets:)

First, have you read through the basic psychic countermeasures on my website?  If not, please do so and follow what applies to your case. Don't be afraid to try everything, even things that may not make sense to you at the moment.

If your problem continues, I suggest you email Nita and tell her everything.  Nita's email address is on my website, under her section on Astral Magick.  

I also suggest you get a copy of Kraig's book, 'Modern Magick' and learn the LBRP given therein, and begin practicing it. This, more than anything, will help with your type of problem.

You have said that your biggest problem now are feelings of presences, that this entity is still around.  From what you say it does not appear to be overly active at the moment.  However, this does not mean that it is not having a detrimental influence on your life.

It is very difficult to find someone to wave a magick wand and make an attached neg just go away. I wish it were that simple.  Some people can do this, but most change lots and lots of money and give poor results.  Truly skilled practitioners do not usually advertize their services. So its a bit of a catch 22 situation in some respects.

In most cases, it really helps if you become proactive in your own defense.  Sometimes a steep learning curve is required, and lots of regular effort.  Sometimes lifestyle changes are also required, to eliminate negative factors from your life.

Removing problem negs is not always easy once they are attached. You often can't just click a button and turn them off, but it can be done if you go about it the right way.
