Today i had a half lucid dream let's say so half because i realised i was in a dream but didn't have 100% control over it the situation was like in a clinic or building something like that i don't know and i was speaking with one of the guys i told him you know god is dead and after that i added or wait maybe he is not dead and it's just source of energy after that he told me something but i don't remmeber so i basicly went out and there was a big hall near window there was a couch i sited on it and tried to sleep in a sleep : P i had like sleep paralysis in sleep maybe don't know i really couldn't feel it and i saw shadow person "shadow in human figure" ( i think we all know stories about them) first it was like this tinny tall ones but then it transformed into human kind and was slowly coming to me in that moment by mind told me like i reiceved a text from inner self that " have no fear and they will dissapear " i basicly calmed my self and it dissapeared in that moment i woke up and had whole buzzing tingling vibration going through my body i was feeling alive let's say so like really vibrating let's say so....

So i just want to hear your opinions about it : P

Actually i don't know if it's true but my friend described that phenomena as when a body dies muscles are squizzuing or getting smaller something like that biological process dunno

Yes ofcourse it's with us but connection is lost i mean not dirrectly but i hope you understand cuz if it was tuned with us from the begning for all people , earth would be a wonderfull planet i mean the procces of it tunning with us something must start it i always here senteces like this

As you unlock deeper states of mind deeper states of consequence some people will give you this answer - But how do we do it actually? Just by meditating and obsoorving our thgouts how can i go dig deeper in your mind unlock parts of your brain your consequence which are hidden from you. How we tune with our higher self?

I think enlighment is not something you are looking for or searching it's more likely something you achive i think there is a path to enlighment which u must walk and fact that, that sympotms scare you are fear factors which stops or even drags you down maybe that's one of the reason why u mentioned "Whole Life" you can't run from your fears in my opinion you are just creating illusion that they are gone but the fact is that you must face them. You are owner of your life

Also enlighment in my opinion is not a gift in a box with text " Congratulations, you are enlighted " how xanth says same with chakras maybe it's just methaphor to understand the meaning behind it

Hello Guys and girls i have one question i feel tingiling sensations in th emiddle of my forhead and this senstaiton goes straight with like energy line straight to the middle of the brain i feel this sensation when for example

1) I imagine mentally that something comes closer to my Third Eye ( On the forhead ) imaginary - pan , finger e.t.c
2) Or when i actaully take a material object a little far from my for head like i feel warm from it or something like that

Is this normal human phenomenom or Something with third eye ofcourse third eye is also natural thing for us but i think u got what i mean

You can test it by your self ask your friend to write a number on a paper and ask him to put this paper in other room but like that u would see it without taking it i mean you can't interact with physical materials from astral as far as i know so if u will see the number that can be a little proof if it happens in our mind and while doing this teqnique we unlock parts of our brains which allows us to create a virtual version of our selfs to obsorve the whole world in details then lol it's still awesome : P

It is possible an experienced projector could help "pull" you out...but there are some factors that make it very unlikely. First, in order to find someone when you are projecting, it really helps to have some prior rapport with them (friend, family, you at least know them); this allows you to "home in" on their energy signature. A mailing address just doesn't do it. So that means having somebody you know who is already a fairly proficient projector or finding a really talented one. I called out to him mentally and his astral self/subconscious responded with something I hadn't expected; he said, "Leave me alone, I'm trying to get some sleep here!" I called back, trying one more time and he said, "No! It's late and I want to sleep!" I started losing focus by then, flew up through the ceiling and eventually awakened. Neither of them remembered anything but my description of some oddities in the room confirmed the experience for me.

My advice is to spend some time here reading up on techniques and anything that catches your interest to get yourself thinking in more of a Non-Physical way of looking at this practice. Some simple, daily meditation is good to start training your mind for the control that will be required.

Another thing to do is to start a Dream Journal and work on remembering your dreams and what they can teach you. Your dreams are the first place to look; if you have had a strong Lucid Dream, where you became aware that you were dreaming then this is a perfectly valid form of Projection (re-focusing your conscious awareness away from the Physical Reality and into one of many possible Non-Physical Realities); also consider the mindset you have within your dreams, how it can vary and understand that this initial mental capacity is something you will learn to exercise and strengthen.

Also, it appears from the "reliable" literature and enough of my own experiences that there are guides and helpers in the next dimensions who are ready and able to help "pull" you out when the time is right. Many people have reported feeling "helping hands" lifting them by the feet or legs; I felt this once myself. So, respectfully asking for their help doesn't hurt. One caveat to this is that even though they monitor all of us as we try to explore the Non-Physical, they mostly expect us to figure it out by ourselves, thus the more rewarding the knowledge gained.
