in a spiritual video I once saw, there was a short clip where Gregg Braden said it was documented and then later on in the video it showed a clip of a docomentry where it shows you a test sample on a person who was on wires, It was a real medical program.

The ego and the "pain body" are the causes of our suffering. 

1:The ego interperts the "pain body" and mirrors it, creating both energys into 1 which manifest. 

2: to manifest a desire, the ego needs to create and then it sends to the "pain body" and manifest itself outwards. 

It has been documented that the heart does all the action with thought, which means that all our ideas will project from the mind to the heart and outwards into reailty.

Which is what the Tao te ching said 2,600 years ago.

"Ever desireless, one can see the mystery.
Ever desiring, one can see the manifestations."

Now I'm not sure if "heart" and eckhart tolle's term "pain body" is the same thing but I think it is.
It seems that both ego and the heart are the causes of our sufferings, but it depends on our motives I guess. 
It's like our "pain body" is a type of anoying little kid that won't stop bugging the ego till it gets what it wants. Once the emotion activates the ego, the ego then mirrors it and become 1 with the "pain body".

Could someone please explain to me the diffrnce between: heart and pain body. Also what is the true meaning of the phase: "follow your heart"?

He's saying that the "father" will look after you if you seek the kingdom of god and his righteousness. Isn't this the same concept as Tao? Also known as the Jedi force in star wars.

What's intresting is that they are saying that only the gods fly in ufo's and they prove this by showing a chunck of bible verses. The hole Satan and demon theroy don't fly ufo's cause they are grounded on earth.
It's intresting cause the net is flooded with false massiah invasion who will trick us into fighting the good beings.

I'm keeping an open mind on this idea cause it's possable. Best thing to do if any type of event happens is not to follow the crowd and stick to the narrow path. The wide path leads to destructon.

While studieing other beliefs I found that alot of concepts are simular if not the same thing, just with diffrnt names. Here's a list that I made:

Wisdom and knowledge terms:
1:prajna - pure knowledge. Wisdom and understanding 
(Also called Enlightenment.)

2:Tao - like the force which guides you and give you wisdom. 

3:Sophia -  pure knowledge. Wisdom and understanding.    

4:Holy spirit - like the force which guides you and give you wisdom and knowledge. Pretty much like Tao plus powers to heal. 

The holy spirit has more in the package, altho in the other groups the founder has some super human abilitys too like buddah and the Hindu gods.   
The Tao are like jedi's and just go with the force (Tao) but the concept of gaining secret knowledge is the same for all groups.

The holy spirit can leave the person but they end up dead which to me is prolly spiritually cause why would you die from doing something bad while being one with the holy spirit?

In reailty, once you gain a higher understanding and knowledge of the "source" everything about you change and you follow your inner guidence, where as we find in acts two people lied while haven this power and the lie ended up killing them both. Intresting story and concept. Other then that, I think it's all the same concepts and it's being taught through out history from day one. Of cause someone would have to reach the Enlightenment to teach theses concepts to the world.

Wouldn't it be better if we move to India where the Hindu's and buddist and Taoist are? That's where the peace is =D unless the media lies about how awsome it is there like they do with the UK >_>

Isn't it weird how all the evidence show that humans are not the only beings in the universe and yet we haven't seen or met anything human like? Unless you count diffrnt colour skin races then maby, but we haven't met anything like we see in painting on Walls and writings do we? Where are the myth beings that was pose to be on earth once and was with humans? We hear great storys of beings on earth but it could also just be a fiction story like star wars. You see an ant and you think of a story about ants looking like humans so you call it the ant people =D
I guess it's fun thinking about the possabilitys of aliens and god like beings but we could be fooling ourselfs with made up storys by great writers 5,000 years ago. If we can create fiction fantasy storys why can't they?

Hmm well the first one altho I only saw like 30 mins of it was mostly the concept of who we are and why we are here. That's why I said it was like a religion cause they belived in the same thing and shareing it to the world.
We don't truly know unless we reached the "knowing" from within or as other cultures calls it "above". Other then that I found the one you posted better cause it's more down to earth plus they had great wisdom which I have learned new things from. 

The one Ryan posted is the best one. The only way things can change is if some type of shift happens and We evolve. That's the only way we and the planet can change cause how many times have we stood up to the goverment and tell them we don't want this anymore? Sounds like the sigil ativates something in our sub minds and it manifest it into motivation acts. So I'm guessing casting sigil on others won't help them since they would need to do it themselves to ativate there sub minds?

The Sigil tool is pretty intresting and I did a better one for tonight so well see how that goes =D I already got ideas what I wana do with this tool if it works out for me. What stuff did you acheive by useing the Sigil if you don't mind me asking?

I rewiten the Sigil and changed the hole sentence then charged it and went to bed. Now lol.... I must of done something wrong cause everytime I went into dream state I would wake up and this happened like every second lastnight.  I wrote in caps "I become fully aware when I astral project during sleep" which left me with the letters B M D G F Y J. That sentence shouldn't of misunderstood what I was after >_>

But the good thing is that the sigil works lol.. Just not the way I wanted it to work

It is an emo way of looking at this if nothing does happen. Look at all the spiritual people that belives this 100% and has proved that it's real etc and then you get books and Internets risking what may not happen but they belive 100% it will. I notised the admin has done the same and made books and giving out mini lectures etc. There's a video (which I haven't watched) which talks about 2012 and how it will lead to genocide and I can see this taking place if nothing happens. So many people belive they are "waking up" and join in spiritual groups that 100% supports 2012 and filling there heads with magical stuff and evidence plus the conspiracys to spice things up.

For me of cause I'll just move on and I'll never belive anything or anyone on the hole "golden age" dates and there "evidence" again. I just hope all the hardcore belivers can move on if nothing happens. if the prophecy is real and to be taken seriouslly then why did the writers of "john" changed the stars into a constellation of 12 stars? It wasn't "his" visions and the hole Jesus thing wasn't even in the original text written by the Essene. And people are looking at the bible prophecys for signs in this reailty but how can they if the bible version is written by a fake?
