Quote from: Tak09 on October 21, 2023, 10:15:56Thank you very much Lightbeam, very well explained!  :-)  It's clearer now...I suppose it all depends on the perceiver's own experience, and on what scale they perceived that, how open to the experience they was and to what extent the Ego disintegrated to merge into that Unity.
Yes, you really need to "check those boxes", especially the "ego" one. You need to remain "neutral" and in "observer mode" to be able to experience those deeper things.

It's funny. I have been actively, consciously experiencing the non-physical realms for years now and not once can I say that I ever looked for "Source". I just knew it was there. I learned early on to in this practice to "allow" things to occur, instead of attempting to "direct" them. I have had experiences into this area of pure white realm of pure bliss. I didn't attempt to go there. It was just shown to me!  :-)

I hear so many times people here on the Pulse how people seem to think they need to have a OBE when they are already in a non-physical realm. If you ended up where you did, there must be a purpose for that. Seek out that purpose! This is especially true in Dreams. Even the "Void" has it's own lessons to teach!

Very interesting. Thanks for the share T-Man. I had briefly heard a bit about this encounter, but not as Indepth as this interview was. I love hearing Joe's stories. It just fuels my passion for this practice even deeper!  8-)

I think everyone that comes to this thread will appreciate this video that I came across today while perusing Youtube. The problem is not all the souls that pass are ready to see what this man did. Many souls are so terrified and confused that they find it hard to move on. That is why "Retrievals" are necessary. Many times, they are victims of severe abuse or trauma and just find themselves stuck in their own personal "Hells". Once they agree and "choose" to move on, they can join and "be" the "light" once again.

Quote from: LightBeam on October 16, 2023, 17:50:23I went back to my childhood and I remembered how I questioned this world, "where in sweet hell am I, why are people hurting each other, why is everything  so primitive." I wanted to have power to change everything, change everyone, make them understand what love and compassion feels like and how to care for one another without expecting anything in return. I wanted to have power to instantly heal the whole world with a single thought. I wanted to have the power to stop all wars and make this Earth a heaven. I even questioned the integrity of God, if having all power why was it letting pain to happen anywhere in the multiverse.
But as I observed more and more of life, I came to the realization that there is more than it meets the eye. I knew why did I not have the power I wanted. Because I would be dismantling the school system and destroying the classes all these souls have signed up for in order to learn. I wouldn't be doing them any favors by removing all negativity and pain. I would be working against their wishes and benefits. And I said "God, thank you for NOT granting me the powers I wanted lol. Now I know why...BUT I would appreciate any power on a smaller scale and I would use it wisely  "
Written like it was a paragraph from one of Dolores Cannon's books. Spoken like a true "Volunteer", otherwise known as a "Wanderer"!  :-)

Quote from: lostsole on October 04, 2023, 00:16:29I found this interesting and thought I would share.

"Kozyrev's mirrors open up those enclosed in them to new perceptions. Those enclosed within these specially shaped concave aluminum mirrors have out of body experiences and see visions that far exceed even LSD. The Russians have done immense research on Kozyrev's mirrors."

http://www.rexresearch.com/kaznachv/kaznachv.htm
Interesting. In the West, we would call this "Pseudoscience", until it's not, lol. This was proven when the Russian Scientists of the past came up with the idea and did research into what is known as "torsion field technology". They then created a device known as the "Scenar' which utilizes the "Scalar waves" that they found, according to the Torsion Fields. For the longest time, the West ridiculed that as well. Today the Scenar device is widely used in the Medical field, even in the West.

Then there are the "Golden Section Pyramids". That technology also was shunned by the West. If the "Pharmaceutical machine" can't make money off it, it ain't a thing!  :-(  Now what research goes on behind closed doors, we will likely never know or at least we won't know until many years later, after the fact!

Wow Tak, there are so many things that I see you are doing right (according to what I do). You have turned off "doubt", by using a Sleep Mask/Blindfold and ear muffs/earplugs. On top of that you are utilizing "geometric shapes" and "etheric motion". You have even come to the point of just being a "simple point of consciousness" that "observes" without the need for any kind of "physical vessel".

You have created a win-win situation and because of that, you are succeeding. You also realize that "practice, practice, practice, is the key to not only success, but also recognizing/realizing where you are in you Phasing process. By practicing often, you are learning the "ins and outs" of the NPRs as well and believe me there is a lot to learn.

You will find though that you are constantly challenged to "think anew"!  Just when I thought or should I say, was kind of was getting a grip on and the "lay of land", everything changed. Tests, quests and challenges abound there. Why? Because it helps us to remember what we once knew!

I have been using that counting method since Xanth made that post above. If anything, when I use it, it makes me more awake and aware of everything. The counting usually disappears when I am in the 70-80's range and then, I click out. N sleep has been deep though. I even missed all of the violent storms we had here last night, and my bedroom windows were open. The violent winds closed them for me though!  :-D

Quote from: Tak_09 on September 30, 2023, 11:44:08Something that always caught my attention about this excellent book is that it has a particular philosophy, for LaBerge, out-of-body experiences are only dreams and nothing is real outside of the imagination. In fact, he cites some APs from some people that are incredible, trips to space with 360 degree vision or even the connection with the Source itself from the Void, but they only qualify them as dreams. I believe that the book simply tries to reach a broader audience, where people feel more comfortable with the idea of dreaming, since if we talk about projections, many could be prejudiced and not practice, this gives the opportunity to encourage people to explore their own consciousness. He says to "draw your own conclusions" if you see yourself outside the body, he doesn't deny it.
If I may interject here for a moment, Tak, I think you may like what Robert Moss says about Dreaming. He says, "Dreaming is waking up". I think that was also the Title of one of his books on the subject as well. I made a thread years ago here, under my former name "Lionheart" that has a number of links to some great interviews Robert did that talk about that further. I believe what he says. When I changed my "mindset" on what I thought "was", it in turn changed my reality to what "is"!  :-)

Quote from: Xanth on September 28, 2023, 09:58:38You and me both!  I stopped actively practicing a good ten years ago... deciding to get back into it.
Right now I'm suffering through some restless leg syndrome crap which is making it VERY HARD to sit still or even fall asleep.  Working through it though!  I'm giving up coffee for a while to see if that's the trigger - soooooooo sleeepy now.  haha
That used to happen with me too. My restless leg would drive Mary Jo nuts. The way I cured it, or what I should say I did was learn to focus and hold my focus on my big toe and only my big toe. It was really weird, everything else would stop! Why? I have no idea. I learned a long time ago that if "it ain't broken, don't fix it, so, I didn't change it at all. Pardon the slang there, lol!  :-D

QuoteI've actually decided to go the opposite route and work on "lucid dreams" - which I identify as being actual projections.  I'm going to use this to prove it actually.  I've been reading Stephen LaBerge's Lucid Dreaming book.  Loving it so far.  :)
I have enjoyed Stephen's work for a while now. Most of the info I got from him came via his Youtube video seminars and talk show interviews. Another really interesting gentleman is Stephan Schwartz. His talks on consciousness and non-physical exploration are great.

It's cool when you can discern what the experience was all about. The bad part is, that happens "after the fact", instead of live like we would like it to be. At least it happens though!  :-)

Since you are sharing a cool ship experience, I thought I would share one too. It is at this link here. I don't want to type the entire thing again. Why I want you to go to the link is to see the great replies that members here on Pulse gave and the conversation that ensued.

Quote from: Donut on September 24, 2023, 18:39:23Lately there has been quite a pressure on my forehead, between and above my eyebrows (the top point of an equilateral triangle would locate the area, if the lower points were placed at the innermost ends of my eyebrows). I decided this time to focus solely on this pressure, and see what happens.

I began, eyes shut, with a simple awareness of the area. This developed into massive pressure. At times, consciously relaxing my forehead would alleviate this pressure, so I tried to make sure I was not tensing the muscles of this region.
Eventually the nameless sensation of my awareness extended from the surface of the forehead and deep into my inner cranium. Not long after this, the focus turned to a pressure, this felt much like I was flexing a muscle in my brain.
My mind began to wander slightly, and suddenly I realized that I was looking down at an ocean, from roughly 3-4 stories above it. This vision had every bit of the clarity that my eyes give me in waking life. There was movement of the water, it was not a still image.
The vision faded to black as quickly as it appeared, the entire experience was only a brief moment.
I have written about this in the past here on the Pulse. I called it the "exploding head" symptom. I would be just relaxed and focused on my 3rd eye area and all of a sudden, a strong pressure in my head would occur. At first, that pressure felt like it lasted for an eternity, and I had to abort my session because of it, but then I began just noticing/observing and allowing it to do what it wanted to. Once I did that, I got to see that somehow the pressure was a brief symptom of me shifting my visual focus from my physical eyes over to my "Mind's eye". It is really hard to explain, but when you do it, you begin to see everything from a simple point of consciousness view. It's like we have two independent screens of view. One is our physical eyes and the other is a screen that lies above that.

It sounds like Casey is describing the same thing, yet she is using a different perspective to describe the sensation. I learned early on in this practice to allow myself to experience the entire journey getting there. I could slow down the process, so I understand it more. There is a lot that you can learn while observing during your shift in consciousness. A lot of want you learn though will change after a while of experiencing it.

QuoteHow does this compare to your experiences? Does anyone have any tips to enhance this type of practice? My end goals are to achieve true "theatre screen behind my eyelids" remote viewing one day, as well as full astral projection.
See it through for what it is, then move on!

It sounds to me like you are well on your way to achieving your goals. From what you have already written on the Pulse in the threads you have made, you have already "consciously" experienced "full astral projection".

Quote from: LightBeam on September 23, 2023, 17:35:30It was interesting to me because I have never seen it, as I typically don't linger long in the between. But I felt like a physicist who had just discovered dark matter and been able to see it  :-o
I felt that way when I first came across "the Grid". as well. It started as a visual akin to the " lie" on an old Tiger Woods Golf game. It was a dimension/realm that seemed to be creating itself the more I stayed in it. I found that some "Beings" were taking my own memories and what I would be comfortable with, to create a reality that I would like. I asked them though to show me what their realm was really like. I talked about that Grid experience a bit further at this link here:
https://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome-to-out-of-body-experiences!/hi-just-introducing-myself/msg378270/#msg378270

Marie D. Jones did a great job in this interview here, speaking about the "grid/veil" that is between here and there.

Quote from: Donut on September 23, 2023, 16:32:37I am excited to experiment with this technique further. This is easier for me than Frank's phasing method, because I have not yet figured out how to observe the lights/colors without activating my eye muscles.
There comes a point in your practice when you leave the physical eyes behind and begin to view everything as a single point of consciousness. 360-degree vision. No need to turn your head to see behind you. You will know when you are there. It's another one of those "holy sht" moments.

Quote from: Donut on September 23, 2023, 16:32:37Thanks for posting these links, I feel I am close to beginning new journeys!
You are already there. At least "consciously aware" of it that is!  :-) Now the trick is to deepen the experience, so you can lengthen the time you spend there.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Library
September 23, 2023, 16:14:35
Lightbeam, I would say that the web you were seeing is also known as the "veil" between here and "there". The reason you were stuck there is that you needed to just observe the "web" itself. Many times, we pass that "veil/web" without actually viewing it first. You know that everything happens for a reason. The veil or web is a fascinating thing to see itself!  8-)

I love those "Library" experiences. My problem is I always have the problem of maintaining the knowledge that I found there. Reading I find problematic as well. It's always some foreign Cuneiform symbolism that my Human mind can't comprehend. I'm sure that knowledge is maintained at a higher consciousness level though.

Quote from: LightBeam on September 22, 2023, 19:35:22And another thing. If he has gone that far try to achieve AP, that means he has not achieve it on a regular basis through other methods that he teaches. So how can he be a mentor of something he has not been able to experience on a regular basis. There are many people who read things and then present them as their own experiences and try to lead others and make money.
Perhaps he lost his ability or the drive to stay on this path like it seems so many people do! So many past members here on the Pulse have moved onto other things in their lives. Our physical lives will always fight to keep you focused on it and only it. We did come here to have a physical experience though. I have found that we can have both!

Quote from: Donut on September 22, 2023, 12:59:14I am curious, how does this compare to your perceptions? Do you "go" places, or are you unmoving, while your environment itself changes?
I utilize motion in all of my NPR experiences these days. It "always" leads to something. I have not found a better technique yet, other than learning how to utilize motion as my focus. With that said, I have had experiences when instead of me moving in a certain direction, the scene was moving towards me. It is an entirely different experience, being that I am not the "driver" anymore. It was rather intense too. There was a few times when I felt I needed to "duck", lol!  :-D  In one experience I had, during a "virtual tug-o-war technique" I was working on, I actually dragged scenes to me. that was really bizarre. I think I wrote about that experience in the "Phantom Wiggle" thread, possibly under my old name "Lionheart".
https://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome-to-astral-consciousness!/how-exactly-do-you-perform-the-phantom-wiggle-method/msg370468/#msg370468
The Phantom Wiggle sticky is good to read anyways. Lots of great ideas in there. Here is the link to my "Anchored in the Astral" thread.
https://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome-to-astral-consciousness!/anchored-in-the-astral/msg306181/#msg306181

QuoteSince this experience, I find it quite simple to quickly alter my perceptive origin to other parts of my body. Could I leverage this new mindset to help me achieve conscious projection?
Yes, my Doorway thread is based on that and has evolved even further to utilizing that. If you want to see my current technique, go to the last few pages of that thread.
https://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome-to-astral-consciousness!/the-doorway/

Jest remember, Phasing is all about holding your focus any way or anywhere you can, away from your physical body, so the "natural shift" can occur. How you do that is up to you. There are countless methods. I have experimented for years using a number of things.

I developed my Doorway thread through what I experimented with and was actually "taught" in the NPRS. A focus on simple geometric shapes, until your mind begins to create mental associations with that chosen shape. The focus on a simple Mantra that I use as part of my "ritual". A bit of energy work or targeting different areas in and outside of my body, and lastly, moving into the 3D darkness that is now I am now seeing in front of my closed eyes. At that point, the shift in my consciousness is well in progress.
#194
Unfortunately, he is a Mentor to many!   He needs to be banned from the Internet after this stunt. There are too many "copycats" out there these days. You can tell that from all the foolish things people do on that Tik Tok thing.
#195
Quote from: Xanth on September 21, 2023, 10:51:30I THOUGHT I had the Mindfold mask, but it's not... the one I have is called the Manta Mask. It has moveable eye pockets which is nice to be able to adjust to your own face size and eye placement.  Although, I also hear the Mindfold is really good too, just never used it myself.
The "Mindfold" costs about the same as the Escape Luxury Mask. I found the Mindfold to be a bit hard for comfortable sleeping. What I like about the Escape Luxury one is that it is a very comfortable fit that I don't sweat in. The cut-out eye sockets are large too. It is easy to clean and maintain as well. Some say the straps are a bit tight, but those are adjustable too. The Mindfold lasted me about a year before it deteriorated.

Quote from: Donut on September 20, 2023, 22:09:54I understand this, for me it's (still) my eye and eyelid muscles, they seem to have a very "noisy" mind of their own...
My top 3 hindrances were, hyperventilating while focusing on breathing, swallowing/excessive saliva and lastly, just like you, my eyes. They would feel like they were automatically opening just as the shift was occurring. Those 3 were a major problem and I had to find my way to overcome them, if I wished to continue sown this path. I finally fixed the eye problem by using a blindfold. to this day I still use a blindfold when I sleep. I want to make sure that what I am viewing is really there. The blindfold takes the "doubt" out of the equation. The hyperventilating and the swallowing/excess saliva problem disappeared once I learned how to "release" my focus on my "outer" physical body and attain a new deeper focus within.

A great blindfold/sleep mask to use is found at this link here. It is only about $20.00. I have used the same one for about 10 years now and have been very happy with it. It comes with free earplugs too, so there is no doubt on what you are hearing as well!  :-)

Donut, welcome to the Astral Pulse!  :-)

Your meditation is based on "observing" everything. I have found to become a good "NPR explorer", you need to be a good observer first!

I always had a problem with focusing on my breathing. It used to cause me to hyperventilate. Then there was the swallowing and excess saliva too. Thankfully, nowadays, I can release that focus in the first few minutes. In the past, it used to instantly destroy any progress I might had made.

Excellent post Szaxx with great advice! It's good to have you back my friend!  :-)

All of those that you mentioned above Lostsole, attribute to any form of non-physical experiences. It is not just that way in a NDE or OBE.

My question is, did you find what "you" are looking for? You can read all you want on NDEs and the subject of non-physical exploration. Until you have your own experiences, that's all they are is just "stories".

Some people come here to the Pulse to challenge us to "prove it" to them. They don't realize that that is a lost cause. Why? Because it only matters what we believe and are shown to be true. I am not going to attempt to change anyone's mind on this. I will teach and help a person that is serious to get there though. They can achieve the success they are looking for. but it will take a lot of practice and patience to finally persevere. Unless of course they only want a "sneak peek" of what could be. I think during our lives everyone gets a "sneak peek", behind the veil. Many will dismiss it as a "hallucination or just a Dream". Some will pursue further knowledge on the subject. They will find though that this is not a subject that is easily spoken of, without some form of ridicule.

Quote from: lostsole on September 18, 2023, 12:43:05but it is time for direct experiences all these decades later since I woke up.
That kind of thinking will take you far in this practice. It seems it is time to put down the books and go experience it for yourself. The books have guideline and blueprints, but they are not etched in stone. To be successful in this practice, on a continuous level, you must always don your "Explorer's Cap" and go learn what you can learn and see what you can see. Don't question it during the session. There is plenty of time late for that. Become a good "observer" for now.
