The Gnostic culture is entirely new to me! I had heard about it before, but never read anything on it. Sounds interesting, for there seems to be an extense knowledge of the universe and its functioning there.

However, I wonder how they came up with the "Gauntlet of the Archons"!! Come on, "evil" beings trying to keep us attached to Earth? Was that the outcome of a series of bad enconters with negs?

**Wrote my last paragraph before reading the whole Gnostic text. After looking through it, I see that they seem to correlate the "Archons" to the "Loosh collectors", never met Archons and neither did Monroe ever meet his collectors. AND, if those are, in fact, the collectors / guardians of the "loosh", then it is expected that they should look after their crops. Even if it means imprisoning us down here. So the Gnostics' point of view doesn't seem to be that much different from Monroe's. Sorry for the prejudgement, reading the whole text made it all clear.



The whole Loosh-collectors and Archons-and-their-gauntlet thing seems to have been "taught" to us by non-physical beings, but, according to Monroe and this Gnostic text, there are no actual reports of encounters with the entities.

In the Gnostics text, there is a comment regarding the fact that Monroe never again mentioned the Loosh thing, much less it's collectors. It sure is intriguing. Did he find out something totally disappointing? Are we in fact just the machinery doing the hard work of creating "Loosh", whatever that may be?

After reading about it in Monroe's book, I honestly wished he had exposed more on the subject, but he never did. Seems we'll have to do our own individual field research

Regarding the nature of the "Loosh", whether it's love or something else, I can see it correlate with the following quote (from myself in another thread):

As he noticed the man, he couldn't help from feeling gross, but he managed to send him some energy form his heart chacra, in an attempt to help him. After some tries with no success, he noticed another being entering the room. This time, it was a beautiful woman with long black hair who simply SHINED LOVE. He felt a extreme surge of love and energy and received a message from her. She said that, when trying to help others, it is important to send out not only energy, but also love, since energy always follows love. Having said that, she took the man in her arms as if she were holding a child and went upwards, fading away. After his experience, he stopped his class and told his students about the amazing situation that had taken place just a few feet away from them.

It could be that this sort of "universal love" that we produce here is a way of "channeling" or simply using/transfering energy, making it a candidate for the "loosh" category. (Universal love = energy, packed and ready to be harvested?)

Another possibility is that "loosh" is the energy created by humanity's united consciousness towards a common goal (creating a better world and all that it implies). I don't really know, I don't think I'm allowed to speculate more than that in a single post

I feel exactly the same and it happens whenever I'm in tune with what seems to be -true love-, the love you see in helping one who needs help, working for a better world, seeing happiness all around, being "part of the whole", someone devoting their time to writing such a beautiful piece of music and all alike.

I think that when we focus on those experiences, we tune ourselves to some sort of hightened frequency, making it easier for us to feel or to absorb energy around us.

Do you see what I'm talking about? It's being in tune with this feeling that makes us vibrate that way, the feeling universal love gives us.

I was also stunned when I read all about the "loosh" thing in Monroe's book.

It doesn't fit in with the rest of his books, which see Earth as a compressed-learning system - supposedly, one which you voluntarely chose to take part on and use as a school to help you on your path of evolution).

It'd be nice to discuss what Monroe and the other authors meant with all that.

That's some great knowledge to come, I only wish you the best and thank you for sharing it with us! Keep up the great work! 

Uhm, now that adds some background to everyhing! Can you actually see the energy fields while meditating / astral projecting? Can you touch them, or feel them interacting with you? Just for curiosity's sake: how much power runs through it when turned on? Enough to make your electricity bill skyrocket or can it run on AA's?

I don't really mind whether there is hard evidence or not of your results. Like I said in my first post, it surely demands great effort from you. Unless you're crazy, you're serious about your work and about the results you get.

Hi there. Has anyone given it a try? Any inputs on it? Since it's been annouced here, I find it hard to believe it's a scam. However, if it really does what it's meant to do, then it's just fantastic and deserves more recognition!

If it really has all those special properties, then I'll try to look into it a bit further and seek ways to buy one.

What will be happening around it? Will it generate eletromagnetic fields? Are the coils and all the field-generating apparatus stuffed inside the big quartz piece?

How will the duration, intensity and frequencies of the fields be calculated? I mean, how will you come up with them?


I've read other posts from you, but I never really understood where you took your ideas from. I mean, the thing looks really nice, it can't just be some random work or just some sort of scam/trick/gimmick. It surely demanded great effort from you.

I would find it great if you could expose to us the bases of functioning of your apparatus. (Otherwise, many people won't help themselves from thinking you're just a crazy inventor!)

You really do seem to have some extended knowledge in the area, it'd be awesome if you shared it with us!

This was the second time I gave this mp3 a try. During my first run, I couldn't concentrate enough (too much noise in the house and a nasty couch ). However, during my second run, I was better prepared and got better results.

I didn't achieve a OBE (never did), but I believe I was very close to doing so. I was under medium/heavy trance during most of the tape and got some vibrational state, but didn't adquire any imagery from outside my body (at least no RTZ imagery nor separation memories).

During the chacra runs, I would have one part of my body jerk slightly and feel a nice electrical shock feeling that lasted for less than one second just as each of the chacras frequencies began (I believe there are seven different pulses in the mp3, right?) I had no specific chacra reactions, except for some throbing on the back of my head.

This time I got some decent imagery, totally unexpected ones. Actually, only one is worth considering, the other may have been my own creation. I believe I must have asked to see my higher self/my mentor (that was my goal during that experiment). What I saw was the image of a man in his fifties-sixties, wearing a blue shirt and some jeans, I believe. Regular clothing, no robes nor mystical content. I remember asking him either if he was my mentor or if he was my higher self. I can't remember his answer, but I remember asking his name and he said it was "Horacio _____" (my name is Horacio, can't recall his last name. (It could've been me trying give myself a hint that he was my higher self, also). We were on some sort of steel platform, a very high one. I couldn't see the land below me.

Soon after that, I remember perceiving a comment stating that I wasn't yet ready to do something (?). Soon after that, he walked away and the images dissipated. This episode lasted for about 20 seconds.

After that, I tried to mentalize Astral Pulse Island. I focused intensively on it and I believe I got lost somewhere with dream images. I pictured some shrimps on the water. Next, there was a row of about 20 shrimps moving as if they were marching! Next, there was this GIANT shrimp about 4 meters long and 2-3 meters high!   When I saw that, I laughed a little inside my head and the vision faded away!

This was the first time I ever got such experiences. I'm trying it again tonight and I'll post my results! Hopefully the giant shrimp won't be there again hahaha

After doing some thinking, that's the conclusion I came to, also. His technique is well-explained and is laid-out in an easy-to-understand way. Have you gone all the way through NEW? Does it cover the directing, balancing and storing energy that you mentioned?

Hello to all! This is my first post here. I've been working with Robert Bruce's energy work techniques for about 3-4 months by now and, although I've gotten some nice results, some questions emerged. Here is my story:

Since I was a kid (About 10 years old, I'm 21 now) I was able to trigger a sort of tingling sensation up and down my spine at will (sort of goosebumps). I never gave it much attention (I was a kid with no family background on energy manipulation) and ended up forgetting about it.

About a year ago I began reading about OBEs and all that sorrounds it. Eventually, I stumbled upon energy works and those tingling experiences as a kid came to mind. Initially, my efforts were focused on increasing those sensations. Nowadays, I have much greater control over those sensations and they can get quite intense and spread throughout my body (I can control their intensity). Also, I have been doing Robert's awareness point exercises and I do get some results, but they differ from my experiences with the goosebumps.

The two are different kinds of feelings. Robert's are just as described on his book (pulsing, tingling, vibrating). "Mine" are more of a generalized sort of goosebump, my body hair goes erect all over my body, I feel some "ballooning", I feel some pressure on my crown and frontal chacras (I mean in their locations, I don't know if it's acutally them). I can feel energy run all over my body (If that's what running energy feels like).

I've been doing, also, some energy healing exercises (with some success on head and back aches) and I can feel energy in the form of a field in both my hands (kind of like opposing magnets), and its definitely got something to do with my way of running the energy. Roberts' way never gives me this sensation. I try to direct it to my hands, feel it go through my arms, rub my hand together and then the field gets stronger (I get that "opposing magnets" feel even when my hands are 30cm apart, so there is definitely something going on).

When I run energy using that goosebump technique, although I can feel it throughout my body, it is much more intense on my limbs (specially my forearms and thighs). I can feel it acting on my head (crown/frontal chacras?), but in no other specific main-chacra-related region. I've tried imagining some colours to see if I could get a response from other chacras, but there was none. It has definitely got someting to do with my breathing, it gets a tremendous boost during my inspirations (in opposition to ALL energy healing books that say you feel the energy on the out-breaths, which just makes me more confused).


My main concern is whether I'm doing it right or wrong and what I should do next. The sensations are pleasant, but can only achieve them with my eyes closed and kind of staring at my nose** (I had been doing that instinctively, but after reading about the nose thing on a qi-gong ebook -real chinese stuff, not the regular web literature, it seems- I gave it more importance). It is much harder to get the goosebumps with eyes open, I only get significant results that way while listening to some nice classical or jazz music (it's related to inpiration/beauty/a more general kind of love).

Do you guys think I'm in the right path to exercising energy? What's to do next?

**That staring-at-the-nose thing is really annoying when trying to project, it gets me quite tense and I can't relax, so I don't believe that's the best way to go. I do it because it's the only way I get satisfying results. (I've never AP'ed)
