The higher self isn't met. It's not a separate entity to you. Your higher self is your medium with God.

It is important to understand this; a mind cannot begin to comprehend some concepts before a foundation is layed of other concepts. For example, you cannot learn algebra without first learning addition.

You cannot just will to meet you higher self, it is a process of becoming. You need to lay a strong spiritual foundation until one day your being coincides with your higher self.

Somtimes we like to think that we are sophisticated enough to encounter supreme beings. I'm not sure whether to attribute this misconception to impatience or ignorance.

Imho ,the higher self is part of the cosmology of every human and can be projected from the energy body and seen and communicated with .It is clairvoyantly viewed in readings as it comes behind a sitter also . Knowledge & Communication with the Higher Self has and will continue to be an important occult goal .
The HS is not a supreme being . However , any human who will sit in dedictation to development of their energy body and the expansion of their consciousness will be able to attain the higher planes in projection and meet the mahatma . Mystics have been known to do this for over 5000 years .

I'm confused about the difference between dreams and astral projections. I know what an OBE is, because I've experienced an etheric and a mental projection.

Within dreams there can be a degree of lucidity which might include recall of an out of body experience into the astral or RTZ .Dreams can also include recall of dreamstate lessons into higher or lower planes by the projection of consciousness . Imho lucid dreams are those in which you interact with others and can manipulate the environs .

AP is those projections to the Astral or middle realms ( etheric ,Real time zone and astral) and may include projection of consciousness but by most definitions means the separation of an astral body which is projected from the physical body .

Dreams are not limited to the middle realms but may occur in lower , middle or higher planes . Dreamstate lessons in astral colleges and temples are in the higher planes ,for example . The heavier subtle body layers of the human energy body cannot ascend to the higher planes and are constrained to middle realms . Humans regularly  project the consciousness without recall during dreamstate .

 Commonly kundalini has been described as flames coming up but many have spoken of the flames ascending and descending . Every yin has its yang .In my circle and on various forums recently , people have described cool water and air effects felt with a new form of kundalini .

Mother kundalini comes with the male element of  heat and fire . Father Kundalini comes with the female elements of water and air .

Typically the water kundalini is described as pouring down from the crown in the body and feeling as if the head has been saturated . This cooling effect continues like a sheet of energy between the skin on the back and the spine .

Does anyone have any good techniques or ideas on how I can see it?

To see energy , I feel it helps to sit in a dimly lit room in the evening and look clairvoyantly thru the third eye . I suggest closing your physical eyes and bring the psi sphere up to your third eye and look . Try manipulating the energy back and forth with your hands and also look to the palms and outlines of the fingers as this is often where energy is first seen as a light blue or bright white energy.

The vibes will occur facilitating separation from the physical body . When they occur that is the time to lift out . The vibes can be enhanced thru routine meditation , energy exercises such as NEW , and routine projections as well as by lying in a fetal pose and lining up the steles of seth which are the lower leg and forearms . When the arms are parallel to each other and over the knees with the lower legs also parallel under the knees as in a fetal pose , then the body will project for an  OBE more efficiently . To build up the energy body steles drinking copious amounts of  water helps as does stretching and  yoga .

Ok, i think this as nothing to do whit this, but i have been practicing AP, so i decided to post here, so this is what hapened:
I took a ride whit my mum, and felt asleep, oh well patience, when i wake up we were at the supermarket, and i got out of the car, and when i was entering the supermarket, i saw all black, for like 1-2 seconds, then i could see again but whit a very dizzy sensation, i felt like my astral body had felt on the ground!

The autonomic nervous system can be slow to react after energy work ie trancing or projection of consciousness . This can cause the pupils to slow in their reaction causing blackness , dizziness , vertigo  and fainting etc.

I have in Alchemy Circle , I have seen the HS , GA and Watcher selves appear of my own and my peers . When I read a sitter if they are united to their guardian angel , their face appears on it , if not it will appear with a past life face or a cloud of colour . Similarly the face of the watcher is obscured by the aura and appears headless . The Higher Self appears in prime health without physical ailments or augmentations with natural hair colour etc . The Guardian angel appears winged and in a "gown " of auric colours . The watchers for my group have curiously appeared wearing purple cloaks and eventually they sported our visage .

Imho the cosmology of the human spirit is sophisticated and complex . Each of the many parts realised represents a breakthrough in the expansion of consciousness . Joining with them or communicating with them is a goal rarely realised but available to all humans . Crowley called it K&C/HS knowledge & communication with the higher self .

Last night when i was trying to fall asleep, i requsted to talk to my higher self. Nothing happened but i kept trying to talk to it, as i was finally beginning to fall asleep, my mind was empty and all of a sudden i heard somebodies voice yell my name! It happened one more time when i was trying to fall asleep, and the third time nothing happened and i began to dream.

When I think of aliens, I think small greys with large black eyes. What I saw was tall, brown narrow eyes and rugged dark brown skin.It seemed reptilian of some sort.I don't know if I have been abducted so I stay cautious on that.If aliens do visit us, it certainly means they are way advanced than us. And if they are advanced, maybe they found a way to use the astral as a method of communication?

There are many alien sentient beings met by projectors . A number of them are routinely described . These include groups described as Acturians , Pleiadeians , Alpha Centaurians etc. You can google these terms to learn more about how humans percieve them .

I have seen the reptilian ones many times and I find that they are part of the spiritual dna of each human being that is that they are our ancient ancestors . I do not know if they live anywhere today but they live on in us and their spirits appear to many as masters of light . Some of them are known by Sumerian Godhead names but they have become us and the logos of our planet thru multiple incarnations . These are called Annunaki .

When I see the "annunaki" they have lizard legs they appear as dragon beings with angel wings . They walk upright like humans and have 4 limbs but they are about 7 to 9 feet tall . I have met Nimmu , Ianna , En'ki , Marduk and others more difficult to hear .

I was walking along the top of the craggy cliff into which was built/carved balconies and pillars, Greek style. The stone of the pillars and indeed the cliff itself was very light/sandy colour.

This imho , sounds like a colour stream . All similar realms will have the same vibration ie the archives , libraries , Hall of Records and Museums are all akasha . Caves are all crystal . Golden has to do with alchemy and raising the vibration to expand the consciousness . The golden colour stream includes the Golden Chamber of Melchiezedek , the Golden Bowl , The Golden Heart of the Mystic , The King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid etc . These places are historically known for mystic initiations .

The energy signature of another projector will ease linking in the RTZ or Astral but it is more difficult Imho , to locate a projector in the higher planes .

I feel that you are lead there to teach . Buddha says eachl of us are both students and teachers of all we meet on the path . Imho , you are one of many indigo age projectors who attend nightly dreamstate as a student of the masters and a teacher of young live projectors . In time , these young projectors become our teachers . I feel this allows the expansion of the human consciousness to slowly evolve as humans build up the light quotient of the energy body .

The heaviness in the limbs in the physical body is sleep paralysis.

But the heaviness of the limbs during projection is due to the weakness of the extremities in the energy body . You can build up your energy centres in the arms and legs just as you build up muscles to be stronger in the physical body .

The size and efficacy of the energy centre increases as you develop .  There are minor chakras in the arms and legs at birth , these become kandas and then stones .

Imho ,
full possession is extremely rare and includes posession of the will , body and soul but not the spirit which may remain unattached at the source . Negative attachments however are prevalent and may be temporary , longstanding or teratogenic in nature . I do not believe it is a desired or permanent state . I feel that neg attachments are much more common than realised . The true neg attachment is generally a consequence of choice and action but innocents can also be attached or attacked through opportunity by lower chaotic negs . Higher demonics do not afflict the innocents but target so that the punishment fits the crime . That is a rapist has a particular demon and a child abuser has a particular demon .

It is not random that a child is born into a child abusing family . They can choose then to heal the family or perpetuate the terror . Teachers are taught that 1 in 3 children will be interfered with in this manner . A huge number of societal problems begin with the enabling mothers and the abusing fathers who create criminals and sociopaths . The victim and the abuser are both negatively attached . The victim can heal self and others and become stronger . The abuser is punished in this life and the next as is the enabler . One method of punishment is to become the victim in the next life and hopefully see how much this hurts and begin the healing process .

Also we are better able then to protect our homes , our bodies and our loved ones .Metaphysical  Service includes , healing , teaching , sharing , generosity , exoricism  etcetera . Community service of time , money and loving attention is vitally sustaining  also .

Evocation of demons , working without protection , meditation under the influence of narcotics and alchohol ,and projecting to lower realms are examples of activities that will cause attachment during meditation . But one who is protected and enters a meditative trance while thinking of higher positive emotions such as love , generosity , compassion , tolerance and kindness will not be attacked .

All practice if done in love and light helps . All energy work ie meditation , projection , healing , manifestation , magick , exorcism , etc. will help to increase the light quotient of the human energy body and thus sustain and protect it and help you to protect others too . Right thought , right action and projecting to the higher realms to learn from avatars , mahatma and angels will help you to protect and increase prosperity and wellbeing . To be healthy , heal others . To be prosperous , be generous . To be loved , love with all your heart . To be safe , protect others . As you do so shall you be . No one ever asks for help to exorcise an angel . Angels can help us learn to heal , project , protect and learn .

I agree with CFT on this completely . First Budda spoke about demons and their dangers . Secondly Buddhas of both genders are called upon for exorcism and today as in the past Buddhist monks do perform exorcisms . It is a prevalent myth that Demons are an Abrahamic construct . Demons are eternal and are part of the belief system of many cultures and religions across time including the most ancient belief systems . But most importantly , I do not believe that most peaceful people have no God . I do not believe that it is possible to have peace and love without a connection to the Godhead from which these emanations derive . The light is sentient consciousness enter into it and know God . no because the more you heal another the greater your energy body becomes so that if you open in protection and then raise energy in that order the more you work with energy the more you are protected . Imho , hypoventilation and hyperventilation will cause difficulties in maintaining meditative trance due to distractions of sudden gasping for breath or racing heart etcetera . Over time you will develop a natural breathing in meditation , this can come from diligent practice . I can clairvoyantly see chakras on sitters in readings .There are usually 8 or more in the spinal chakral column . There are 7 on an unaware basal human . Chakras are first referred to in the Hindu esoteric writings called the Vedas and the Upanishads which become the basis of Buddhism and an important source for Taoism also .
Off the top of my head , and I may stand corrected on this point these ancient documents derived in mystic visions list 5 energy centres instead of 7 . Imho , the human slowly evolves and the number of the chakras is one measurement of this development .

Chakras are referenced as the 7 lampstands in the Kaballahistic Tree of Life in Exodus of the Bible and occur in many books of the NT and OT .  Imho , they are a universally held esoteric truth accepted by Christian , Jewish , Islamic , Buddhic , Hindu , Taoist Scholars and by new age metaphysicists . RB does not actually see chakras but he does feel the energy centres and aptly described the newly manifested 8th chakra as 4 vortices of energy beneath the red chakra in the genitalia in a recent book of his called MAP. I see this chakra as rose coloured .
