i think what i am having toruble on is visualizing and concentrating

i am 12 and all i can do is move the psiwheeel a little

when i start to do it i get a weird feeling in my leg is that part of it?

but......i don't know if i'm doing it right i don't get any sensations and kakkarot can uuuuuuuu do a psiball? if these are reral wow what things u could do with em....i wouldn't get smashedf in the face in school n e  more....wow this is all why i need to know but how can i practice if i don't even know i'm doing it right?

well i have looked at over 21 sites and tried and tried and tried yet stil lno resukts is kiballs really , real?? i mean don't mess with me i want to know!!!!!!! can they really be done and if so can someone give me adeeep thurogh explination on HOW TO DO IT!!!!!
