basicly, its a pool that being drained, the spinning action but very slow at spinning. Like a black hole as some belive. It wont suck u in tho LOL unless u want to. I use it to AP, but its a really good use of energy, and controlling the movment of the vortex/portal if u wana goto AP

Took me a year to achive me seeing a ball but was small. Other poeple felt it but no one else could see it. BUt you mgiht achive faster if your really into it. I just am multi tasked so it takes me time

When you enter the astral plain is it not like entering a diffrent Univers or being?. What i ment. I really bonked up on that my bad. Think of a black hole, 2 diffrent ends at diffrnt tiem contumes, Think of this as pyschal and astral. To move from one to the other would effect time itself am i right? As of the astral was 5 min behind normal pyschal time itself. YOu could alter things itself moveing from one to another

A blackhole is a protal between 2 time space contumes, The volicty of light and speed would do this to enter a diffrent part of time , future past or present. Basicly, yes it would take time to do such a thin as that, But when u sya lifetime+, what if in prevoius life u trained it to udnerstand the energy itself, i belive the skills would mvoe on onyl to inhearte and understand after a long perod of time.
To me u cannot alter time just by your mind, or being a pychic. Cuss in astral time does not exist. TIme is what you make it in pychsical. In astral any speed or and movment can happen. So i would recomment trying astral instead of pychcal. Distance doesnt matter, TO me the farther apart the better, Cuss it take more energy to connect so you can handle more energy and make it reach distances.
