1) What connection do I have with Angels? (I have an unexplained "drawing" or "connection" to them despite the fact I do not believe Catholicism, Christanity, or other Western religions that discuss these beings. My name is a perfect example. It came to me out of nowhere).

2) His thoughts on my name, as well as the Angel from which it comes from?

Thanks.

To solve a problem one must identify it, first, Spectral.

DK: My intent is not to judge, thus I do not judge. I am merely bringing to light what I see as a potential problem. I can't relate to your experiences in this lifetime but that is simply because I'm not going to.

I think you are, however, potentially too sensitive to the topics on this sub-forum, and you take it much more personally than you should. You got screwed around, a lot. It happend for a reason. Perhaps searching for the answer as to 'why' instead of living in it, is the next course of action, or step towards fulfillment and the ability to put it in your past.

Just one of the annoying things I always see, is that whenever a new thread is made Dark Knight feels the need to reply in what I feel is a negative light. Using her experiences to gain sympathy or assistance or at least as a springboard from which to post blatantly against outside views she does not accept herself.

I don't mean to judge - that is not my intent - but its irritating to see thread after thread erupt in arguement and misunderstanding because of these posts.

Been watching it for a while, and not only does it derail the thread but it just becomes an irritation to read.

I dont mean to jab, just an honest view of the state of this sub-forum and it hurts the topics that come up. Disagree with me at will [;)]

What happens, happens - and happens for a reason.

The end, goodbye.

Its possible to temporarily exchange bodies. But a permanent change is not possible unless both people are very advanced and have complete control over every aspect of their bodies.

Even then, their guides would probably prohibit then from doing it, unless it was meant to be.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / knowing your path

Definetely. After my spiritual awakening I now realise my purpose in this life. I can say that it will be a major position that will assist humanity through hardships and the establishment of a new social order.

This might sound like a brag, but its not. After thousands of years on this planet, incarnating for various reasons so that I could finally achieve this one goal in this life, I am aware that the time is upon me.

People have destiny in that they choose what their lives will do or undertake or go through before they incarnate, but the path we take to achieve our purpose is up to us.

I also believe that "what happens, happens - and happens for a reason" and this explains the Guiding variable (spirit guides, guardian spirits, etc.) that guide and assist us through integral decision making processes.

Regards,

-Alex

I wasn't ridiculing and yes I was being serious. I just thought it wasn't going to happen after 2 pages of replies and not another response from her.

Kakkarot if you want answers how about you ask him yourself? It isnt hard.

Also how on earth is channeling effort? It takes almost no effort nor energy at all to do. Very easy.

Edit: And what on earth is so special about a God? Because humans worshipped them? I think you place too much importance on the prior position they once held. There are much more famous and powerful entities on the Astral than them.

This reminds me of when I had my first (and only) concious OBE.

I was in the study looking at my computer, with a mysty aura around my vision, and I could hear hundreds and hundreds of kids laughing. I was either scared that they were laughing at me or embarassed and I ended up in my body after only a few seconds, unfortunatly.

Either way it was spooky for some silly reason [:D]

Everything about my life was chosen by me. My parents, family, and this excellent body. Its perfect for what I have to achieve in this lifetime, and I'm greatful I had the opportunity to take this body and the surrounding elements that make up my current life.

I'm not human.

I dont neccesarily subscribe to the Otherkin theory, as it currently exists, either.

My experiences show me that our soul is originally, neutral. Devoid of anything. But upon its first incarnation, it becomes the physical entity it joined. Thus since my first incarnation was not human, then my soul is not truly human.

My race evolved past the need for physical shells such as our human bodies some time ago. By some time ago I mean potentially trillions of years before the creation of this universe. I don't know everything about me just yet.

Either way I've spent the last few thousand years on this planet, incarnating and working towards this life - my final one (unless I decide to revisit again, sometime).

I believe the reason they feel lonely, or similiar emotional problems, is because they are not used to our bodies, and long for their old ones. Its like living in a house for a thousand years and then moving to a new one - it takes time to adjust, and even when you do, you feel homesick. That homesickness is something thats been hitting me hard, of late.

Otherkin are in no way better - or worse - than humans, however. They simply are. Whatever the truth is about 'Otherkin', they do exist, and I know I'm one. But its true that the soul is neutral and doesn't hold to a specific race or species. But through its incarnated experiences, it acquires the traits and ideals of them. Even if only when incarnated on a physical level.

Purgatory was created by the Pope as a way to make money. By selling certificates that took off 1000-2000 years off a persons time in Purgatory, they were able to make quite a bit of money - as you can imagine.

Pretty pathetic, eh?

Perhaps if you think about this you will have a little more compassion and less judgement for those of us in the trenches.  [;)]

"He" did make them the way "he" wanted them. By having a basic soul remain imperfect, its evolution - which consisted of acquiring experience, emotions, the enduring of hardships, etc. which would thusly make it perfect. From here it can join with the Creator and the Creator gets what it wanted in the first place. To feel what the previously imperfect soul felt.

I'm not judging - that is not my intent. I'm simply providing opinion based upon what I have read in the hope that some of you will come to terms and stop bickering. It just seems like a waste of time and energy to me. Time and energy that could be placed into other areas.

Finally, please dont presume that I'm not "in the trenches" with you. I have done many things in many lifetimes on this planet, and I am no stranger to adversity and conflict. I just think you should be attacking negs, not one another.

-Alex

Unfortunatly you are correct.

Thus all I can hope to do is post messages that work to assist people in changing their perspective, but in the end its up to the individual to want to change.

As long as people can look at themselves and see their flaws (including their actions in this thread) then they may feel a desire to heal them.

I hope I havn't been too vague.

YES!!! Another Post for you, but really could have said a little more than that one-liner?

Of course. I just didnt want to input my energy into a thread of negativity. Each page you bicker and fight like school children. I just wanted to state something supportive and positive without bringing anyone down.

Fact of the matter is, you all should look at yourselves and ask yourselves why you're acting the way you are, how you can better yourself via your views and attitudes, and how you can grow from this point.

I'm not going to direct my comments to any specific party. That will just provoke people to start targetting their flames at me, what a waste of time.

Can't we all grow up and act accordingly?

The fact that you have the AUDACITY to state - without any proof or fact - of their inexistance, despite being uncovered and explored by the ancient Vedas is remarkable.

Try and open your mind.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Business. Thinking of combining it with an Arts degree because there are so many great Ancient History, Religion, and Philosophy subjects I want to take, too.

Keep thinking that. But while in the body you're in, you really dont stand much of a chance against even the lowest of the lowest entities. Maybe in your true form.

All I know is that I look forward to the day where our current society is destroyed and so I can start working on one that isnt excrement. Oh and of course the collective increase in conciousness and awareness will totally rock. Will finally have the majority of the population on the same wavelength! Yay.

Good point Kakarot, but where I am I can definetely see it selling. I live near a very alternative, funky suburb so that shouldn't be a problem.

I'm planning on initially offering it to students at my university, and then going from there. $20 dollars per session sounds about right for them. We'll see how it goes, I'm pretty confident it will work. Just need to cast the right prosperity spell!

Born and raised in Sydney, but moved to Brisbane just over a year ago. I'm currently in Sydney, however, while uni holidays are on.

I've only shared it with 4-5 of my closest friends, whose trust is guaranteed. Apart from that, anything involving my spiritual path I keep close to me, unless I have spoken to the person for a while and I can see they are both open to what I have to say, and at times needing it.

I am very concious of who I tell because I really dont want to bother having to deal with the rumour mill. I'd prefer to avoid it than confront it so discretion is definetely the best policy.

Interesting that another gets this.

I find when im watching a lot of trailers i get incredible amounts of energy just inundating my body. Quite surreal really. The same thing happens during powerful scenes in movies. Most recent was The Last Samurai which I saw a few days ago. Some scenes there just ripped me apart in terms of the intensity - I came close to crying on occasions. It wasn't painful just unbelievably overwhelming.

No idea what causes it.
