You could let then know you need quite at certain times .  You could also get a pair of noise canceling head phones , and use self hypnosis cds.  One of many people with mp3-cds http://richardsutphen.com/products-page/      You could set a sensory dep. tank http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sensory_deprivation_tank   desert rat

Desert Rat is right. I think, head phones is a better option for you..

Great..

What a coincidence! Someone helped you and then you helped someone.

Nice thread Missym. I have also had many dreams where I have died. Dreams are unpredictable. So, I don't think this means something else.

Ya, we all have some weird dreams. Some dreams are meaningful and some are illogical.
#284
If you are new with the concepts of AP then go to 'Astral FAQ Section' to get some knowledge about AP.
#285
Ya, Greytraveller is right. If you are totally new with these concepts then go to FAQ Section, otherwise you can share and get more knowledge from the other sections also.
#286
If you have any problem with that spirit then you should consult with a medium for that.
#287
I have never heard about that type of dream in which we are able to share someone's another reality in a dream.

Thanks for sharing it.
#288
I have seen 2-3 video of him. And I really liked his videos.
#289
Ya, I guess everyone have a false awakening everyday.
#290
Welcome to AP forums. I understand the feeling when family does not support you. Anyways, good to see you here.
#291
Bedeekin, maybe she is jealous of ChopstickFox.
#292
It seems like an amazing. I am going to install it. Thanks for sharing this wonderful game.
#293
Ya, I also agree with Xanth. You cannot find anyone in your local area for AP/OBE.
#294
I am impressed after reading your thread. I guess that's the best way to introduce ourselves after knowing the details of forum and their members.
#295
It is very strange that you have a dream about your Astral Pulse member and someone was asking you about Bedeekin's..
#296
Same here ChopstickFox. I haven't smoked. But Steel Hawk has given us a wonderful technique to try it.
#297
That is really an amazing program. Thanks for sharing it.
#298
Interesting video Steel. He is actually a dangerous man. Thanks for sharing.
#299
Happy Valentine 's Day to all of you from my side.

That one is also my favorite quote.

"Everything starts in the dream time. The dream time is not the basement of the personal sub-conscious like western shrinks [quacks] talk about. The dream time is the place of all at once."

Amazing Video.
