I believe its definately going on either through OBE,s or R.V,as to
whether they would want to look at you in the shower as oppossed
to say; seeing where Saddam or Osama are or looking inside the
sphinx,pyramids or military installations .
I believe that after SRI ( Stanford Research Institute )closed & all
their R.Vers like Joe Mc Moneagle & Skip Atwater went & started
their own schools apart from the military,that the military or CIA
or both continued to conduct R.V & OBE spying & still do.
I think it would be some serious stuff they are looking at too,
how was it that planets & rings of Saturn & face on Mars were
discovered before we had telescopes or space probes.

Well I believe in aliens I,ve got to say,but I was whacko before that!
Well seriously,you would have to admit there is other intelligent
life out there,whether its physical/non-physical ,3 dimentional or
multidimentional beings.As for them influencing us,communicating
with us or channelling through us is a concept widely debated.

I agree with Blue Light Mystic & have had OBE,s involving family &
friends as well as many dreams about them simply by focusing on
that person & my memories of them.
So yes I agree that you should tell her to look out for him in her
dreams & when it does happen,write it down in a dream diary(if she
remembers).Unless she has been having OBE,s previously,she will not
know how to induce one.He will be looking out for her & she will be
thinking of him so they are bound to meet up sooner or later anyway
in a dream,she just needs to think about him for a little while
before going to sleep.
So thats 2 of us in here that experience that directly & I,m sure
everyone one else who has lost someone have too,but if she is
told what to expect she might be a bit more open to it & will
enjoy the experience so much more.
I,m sorry to hear about her loss & wish them all the best in their
healing & growing.

Hi Froggman,a lot of what Hephaestus rings true for me as well.
You sound like you are on the edge of OBE but because you are so
consious of their reality & are analysing your body for the slightest change you are creating a block for yourself.
I concur with Hephaestus, dont try to have an obe,if you can get
into the trance great! just think to yourself "I,m just going to
have a nice deep trance,thats all" & after a few times doing this
you will just fall into an OBE & wont even be trying.

Daniel do you know if Rupert Murdoch owns the studios/producers of
Dragonfly & K-Pax,if they are not owned by him, the papers will
say its over the top hollywood crap,if he owns the studios the
papers will herald its arrival & shower us with adverts in every
medium used.

Hi all & g,day Dashour,good subject & sounds like you have read a
book called the "The Stargate Conspiracy" or one like it.
It is fairly critical of all things New Age or anything that smells
of manipulation.They delve deep into groups that emerged in the 50,s
& one man in particular Dr Andrija Puharich, who was Uri Gellars
mentor & a man with a talent to manipulate the masses.
With involvement in channelling with all sorts of people like
Uri Gellar,Aleister Crowley,Phyllis Schlemmer,James Hurtak,Eileen
Garrett,Peter Hurkos,Dr D.G Vinod,Edgar Cayce & SRI to name a few.
Channelling information from suppossed gods called "The Nine" &
dictating what we all should be doing,Puharich was a master manipulator & in later interviews Uri Gellar & Aleiter Crowley
said they were not sure if wasnt just their overactive imagination.
In times like this someone "could" have some mega psychic abilities,
but in all likelihood they will be swarmed by parasites who just
want to make money off them & manipulate others to further their
own agenda,s.

Ok here's a few ideas/suggestions.
You said you "usually use the point shift technique to get me out
of my body".This needs to be at the end of your paragraph,if you
are trying to induce an OBE & are new to the sensations you will
need to get things in order.
The order,using the techniques you know should probably look like
this:
1)Full body circuit
2)Deep physical relaxation
3)Breath Awareness
4)Cleared Mind
5)Trance with a falling/floating or rock&roll technique
6)Firmly fasten safety belts as Kansas is goin bye bye!

I,m not sure if you mixed up your words or not but you said
"add on a falling technique to induce a trance" .OBE do you mean?
Otherwise dont know anything about using a falling technique to
induce a trance,how would that enhance a trance?

Bloody America! you guys hog all the movie first screenings!
I had heard about all three of those movies about a year ago but
they still havn,t come out here in Australia! & they are handing
out awards to Russell Crowe & talking like its last years news.
Oh well, ..................we got Lord of the rings before you guys

Personally I,m a sucker for anything sciencefiction/metaphysical
& will see them, even though I know Australian film critics will

But they still have the male aspect, its just that some hold the

G,day Daniel, this is one of those things that is definately debatable.From my past an present experience with schizophrenia,from
visiting a mate who is nearly always in mental wards & getting to
know a lot of regulars in there I really wonder if they have things
under control (doctors/psychiatrists).
A lot of them in there are really gone, but at the same time a lot
of them show special abilities,I have talked to some that have told
me what I,m about to say!(telepathic?)& one day I was playing piano
to some of the patients when a guy who had never talked to anyone &
I thought of as if in a vegetative state, came up & played the
harmony of the song I was playing,& then proceeded to teach Mozart.
Another when I asked " what are you doing " she said
" playing snakes & ladders & their cheating!" who I said your by
yourself, these two & pointed to the air.I immediately became aware
of a presence & looked at her in shock!
None of the doctors/nurses & counsellors believe in anything
metaphysical & seem to be happy to just give them pills & lock them
up.
I really feel an untapped resource is being wasted, as these people
are non functional in the society we have created, but in the field
of metaphysics they could be a genius.
I,m waiting to see the movie & I saw that interview with the real
John Nash, where they put like a virtual reality headset on & he
freaked out.Maybe they are just picking up peoples subconcious
reaction to them?

a documentary style movie you could use some studies performed
by researchers/doctors on NDE,s as the general public can relate
easier to near death experiences as opposed to being fully alive &
inducing an OBE.The most recent study I have seen was the article in
Cosmiverse by Dutch researchers into the "existence of the soul".
If you are serious you could write to these people to gain access
to their information as it wont be seen to be speculation as a lot
of outsiders perceive OBE,s & metaphysics to be.

Hi Jacara & welcome,I have a close friend who has his own accupunture
clinic & receive 1 hour sessions once a month for various things
but mainly for an injury I sustained 4 years ago,(back).
He uses a combination of Japanese & Chinese accupuncture as well as
lazer accupuncture & I only pay for the needles,moxabustion,herbs &
ear candles, I,m very lucky as it costs about $70 Au for a session
plus materials for the public.
While I,m not an acupuncturist, from what I,ve learned so far is
that yes the idea is to get Chi/Qi flowing consistently through
your body & 12 wrist pulses are used firstly to determine your Qi.
They detect Superficial pulses ( yang meridians ) & Deep pulses
( Yin meridians ) to see how much they differ in strength.
Accupressure is also used as a complimentary treament & a patient
often goes home with a tiny adhesive strip with a needle on it
behind their ear which can stay for days ( similar to Gokku,s
experience ).
If you have never tried it I would say give it a go & if you are
short of money look up an Alternative medicines academy/college as
the students are always looking for guinea pigs to practice on &
its free! (except the needles $2-$5!).
You said your hands are totally unresponsive,well it could be a
totally different part of your body such as your Heart,Liver or
Kidneys & is being interpreted through your hands as unresponsive.
I doubted its effects,until 4 years ago when I had a work accident
(3 ruptured discs),all the morphine & pethidine they gave me in
hospital did nothing! Yet one(accupuncture) needle in my wrist killed the pain instantly, says something doesnt it?

Alister Crowley & his messing around with many various magics,
like Enochian,the nine,Clairvoyancy & Ouiji board channeling & so changed his particular brand to "Magick" so it stood out,I have 2 of his,the book of law & the book of magick.But then again he could have borrowed the term off someone earlier.

As soon as I see that spelling it reminds me of Alister Magick.

Hi guys, although I would love to see a movie directly related
to OOBE,s, I fear that it will be a long way off though, as public
perception is still very touchy on this matter.It is Eastern
religions like Hinduism & Buddhism that first,(well not 1st)
introduced the idea of Astral bodies,silver cords, chakras,meridians,
Kundalini & energy channels in their religous teachings.
So a lot of people are "blending" together what they know or are
taught & other concepts they find that makes sense.

Have any of you guys in the USA seen "dragonfly" or "k-pax" yet?
I,ve heard it mentioned on other OBE forums & cant wait till they
come out here.Another movie that is not quite OBE but has
excellent concepts is "what dreams may come?", I related well to that
movie.
But any OBE movie, I would see, even if it was B grade or had
Russell Crowe or Tom Hanks in it,hehe.

G,day all, I just can,t believe the way things work, some of you
guys are trying desperately to have OBE,s, while I,m desperately
trying to cut down the amount of times I have them.
Lately its been so often I,m getting annoyed & its interupting
my life in the physical world.About 2 weeks ago they just increased
for no apparent reason, I would only have to sit down or lay down
for a moment to rest,just close my eyelids & BAM straight into an OBE.
The 1st one was great when I was out, but when I came back to my
body it felt like it had copped a beating.The next few were the same
& after about 4 or 5 like that I started dreading going to bed or
laying down on the lounge.
Its happened before & has passed, so I,m sure it will again as I,m
getting tired of it & also I,m setting up a viscious cycle for
myself,by delaying sleep or relaxation.
So Atlas I can understand where Robert was coming from as
sometimes I dont need to be in a trance at all.

Good luck you guys & dont give up, like Timewalker said you have
them every night, when you hit deep sleep REM, your brain is
usually on a Theta level frequency as opposed to your daily
Alpha & Beta waves, so keep trying different things,but you will get
there anyway!

Hi Falken, there is some good info in all these posts so take some
serious thinking time out for yourself & re-absorb the details.
I,m starting to see a lot of us here on Astral Pulse have been
down a similar road to yourself, so hang in there mate, there is
light at the end of the tunnel & its not an oncoming train my friend.
Like Violet said, dont discount the medical profession completely,
there is a lot of morally defective physicians/doctors out there who
just want to (a)make money  (b) avoid malpractice suits &
(c) meet his/her obligations.While legally these people are not
acting immorally there is something in their characters that is
morally defective & they are detatched plus lack compassion.
But there is a lot that really want to help you, I know this from
personal experience & still visit a mate of mine that is always
in & out of mental health wards, so let me guess what sort of a
coctail of drugs they have you on.
Zyprexa 30mg & Prozac 75mg or Zoloft? by any chance?

I have had many conversations with patients in mental health wards &
I know what you mean about their beliefs, rantings etc.
But really, you are your own person & you dont have to be rude &
tell them to shutup & you dont have to be so open as to believe all
data being recieved through your senses either.You can listen to
what anyone says but be objective until you have more information
as to be able to decide whats right & wrong for you.

Sounds like as stated before you have a few illnesses that have had
all tags like : depressive, psychotic, manic depressive, excessive
compulsive & Agrophobia, quite a bundle you have created for
yourself.So try another doctor, physician, hospital, medication,
but try something! as what you are taking & what you are doing is
not working.But now your on it, like stated before dont stop
taking them suddenly whatever you do.

Good luck mate, dont give up & try to laugh, find somethings that
will make you laugh out loud, the endorphins released will help
you a lot.

the bigger it gets & you will end up digging yourself a deeper hole.
Looks like there,s a few issues here, so I will give you a little
advice & I,ll leave my own spiritual beliefs out of it.

1.You started your post with "I think my soul has been torn to pieces
by dark people(vampires)" .Very negative outlook on life & its
obvious your pretty miserable at the moment.
From today onwards you need to have a positive outlook on life, no
more giving energy to people you dont want to, I know this will be
hard but I have been through a similar thing myself when I was your
age.When I came to this point in my life I received a book that
several of my family members owned & is now a much loved book in my collection, DR Wayne W.Dyer,s "Your Erroneous Zones".
Its a book with a thousand little psychiatric tips & good practical
advice in the "physical" world,& all the things you would love to
ask a psychiatrist.I had seen it before on the shelf but when I saw
the cover & this guy just grinning at me I put it down! stupid me!
It was about 2 years after that it found its way into my collection.
If you have not allready got it heres some topics & issues it
covers:A/ Do you believe that your mind is your own?
      B/ Are you capable of controlling your own emotions?
      C/ Are you motivated from within rather than without?
      D/ Are you free from the need of approval?
      E/ Can you accept yourself & avoid complaining?
      F/ Are you free from hero worship?
      G/ Do you welcome the mysterious & the unknown?
      H/ Can you love yourself at alltimes?
      I/ Are you free from ever feeling guilty?

These are just some examples in the book & there is things you can
quickly turn around in your life.

2.The above will help with your depression, dont take the easy way out
(suicide).As to your dreams , for starters dont lie down with your
head facing the ceiling for the moment as it promotes mental & dream
activity, especially nightmares if you are plagued with negative
events in your life.

3.You said near the end "that evil willed people have put into my mind".You are the one in charge of you , you validated their
opinion by telling yourself that they are somehow more important
than you & their opinion of you somehow had more value than your own
opinion.For instance if I said to you " Hey Falken, you are an idiot"
(I dont mean it of course)& you said back to me
" Hey Mobius! you make me feel bad & you hurt my feelings" is all
assuming some one else is responsible for your life, so you need to
take back control & say " I , made myself feel bad & I hurt my own
feelings because of what I told myself about your reaction to me.

Anyway I,m sure you will get some good advice in here, keep us
updated & if things continue downwards, see a doctor mate it wont
hurt,there could be a medical reason.

Sorry mate,( for the plagiarism )I havn,t got around to reading &
contributing on all forums as yet & theres only one thing worse
than plagiarism & thats when the reader isnt aware of the original.
On the positive side, looks like just the mention of the name
Steppenwolf brings back all sorts of great memories for a lot of us
in here, even though they retired a year after I was born 1972,
they left an imprint on me for life.
The multiple gods topic is big one on its own, not that I believe
in them more than Monotheistic concepts, it just sits a bit better
with me.Yes it still raises the question, who comes first & that they
all seem to have a central male & female, who have many lesser gods
in tow.But the single God theory runs into the same problem, who
made God? What was before God? Why only one? not very politically
correct are they, especially from a females perspective.Why not a
female God? Seems they have more experience in organic creation
than males do.In most bibles it says in GENESIS, "we" will make
man/human beings in "our" image or "like us" or to "resemble us",
who is "us"?
I,ve read about how they (scientists) did an experiment to create
life from nothing but an electric charge, where they had
completely sterile containers placed in a vacuum & fired charges
that simulated lightning into it, which created these little
crystal type creatures.They were single cell organisms that rapidly
multiplied an incredible feat!
So I come to this conclusion, in nature, when a "something" comes into existence it usually comes in 2 forms, single cell & multi-cell organisms, either making copies of itself or having a male & a female & a crossing over of information.

for a ride, we all feel we are "born to be wild".
On the multiple gods topic, it seems that many of our earliest
cultures had multiple gods.
The ancient Egyptians with the nine gods of Heliopolis, the greeks,
the early romans/byzantines,India who,s many gods apparently used
"Vimanas"/spacecraft to get around.Personally the idea of more than
one God sits better with me, as it bypasses the chicken & the egg
theory.

G,day Daniel, yes my Uncle who is an LDS priest had a "partner" for
a number of years & it seemed to work out ok.
Well, you seem to be a lot more open minded than some of my relatives
are, so I,m not sure if its a completely different type of L.D.S
over there & here or what? So maybe they need to catch up a bit
