Sorry about taking so long to post, I was playing Counter-Strike in celebration of Kikeepers banning. ANYWAY!

My family originated in Oxford(shire) England way way back, so that may be a clue. The area wasn't familiar, but ummm, lets see, it uh "MADE SENSE" if you can understand that. I wandered around, hoping to find a picture or something, but it was a rather short experience before I blacked out. I never saw anything in particular, just tapestries and some kind of odd looking goblet on a harth.

Thats weird Nay, I had an OBE today too through Astral Phasing. It was accidental too . My dad woke me up at 7 am, and told me to get off the couch. I laid down in bed and started to fall asleep. I felt energy movement and snapped back to attention. I started to notice Hypnogogia and focused on it as it went past my eyes. I then felt a rush of energy movement and my hand floating in the air, and it wasn't Next thing I know, I see the hypnogogia as if I am standing in it. It appeared to be some medievil castle doorway, like the front entrance just inside the gate. Very weird. I continued to explore this castle, then willed myself to space. Problem is, I lost conciousness after that and downloaded the shadow memories later after I awoke. I CANNOT GET TO SPACE! I WANNA SEE SPACE DAMNIT! [|)]

Thus the indians revolted and we got our asses gnawed at for a while. Now this whole explanation is vauge, but I think we all know how "The Prophet" prophecized these things.

Kazbadan, as far as I know, you will NEVER convince a scientist the astral is real. Science is almost completely closed to the metaphysical side with a few studies on physical environment change.

If I can prove you right by any means necessary as long as I do not refute my own existance, thus refuting yours and my own explanation, then science will continue to do the same to any and all astral related subjects.

Heres an example just off the top of my head:

Scientist:So you have read and given us the special word from that sheet of paper and consider that proof of the astral or OBE.

Projector:Yes I do, and I have explained every aspect in the fullest detail

Scientist:Why couldn't you have hallucinated it?

Projector:Because I came back with the correct answer

Scientist:Then why couldn't your own psychic ability have read it and given it to your brain? What proof do you have you didn't hallucinate this scenario and just have your answer given by your own psychic ability?

Projector:So your saying that psychic abilities are real?

Scientist:That is not the subject in question.


Science will used unproven but sensible theories to prove slightly less balence theories wrong, meaning they have no proof of psychic ability but use that as an anti-theory to the idea of AP and OBEs.

Plainly put, proving the astral, as with anything else metaphysical is simply impossible. Its all beleif, and truth comes after death.

Hey no leaf, I am pretty sure this is a small bug in windows that can be a huge pain in the butt. I have seen this happen to my WHOLE internet browser system. Best I can offer is restarting your computer. Its like your right and left mouse-clicks flipflopping for a second, its not very problematic but it gets VERY ANNOYING VERY FAST.

The beleif that we move on to other lives after we die is precisely what I beleive in myself . Im sorry, but the idea that we all goto eternal happiness or eternal damnation seems a bit awkward to me, especially when the teachings of said religons are self-defeating [xx(]
