Could be, but that would be boring. I'll hereby proceed with claiming that Avalon is actually working with the X-Files, that the series is based on reality, and that we'll all be abducted and brainwashed now. I'll also refrain from providing a single bit of evidence for my theory.

Ah, OK. It's a version of the concept of the Anthropic Principle. Basically "the universe exists because we are here to see it". If we weren't here to see it, no one could confirm its existance and thus it might as well not exist. From this we can also assume there are coutless other universes, a multiverse, that we are not aware of.

Take vacuum fluctuation into account and you might have an explanation of what the effect awareness has on this non-existence thatexists 'outside'. I tend to refer it as "null", "void", "abyss" or Chaos.

The ancient Greek said "The Cosmos stems from Chaos".

So "God" equals awareness, and is the source of all creation.

I've posted for a few years at alt.hacking on usenet.
Got an account on a forum mostly dedicated to things that go "boom" and anarchy.
I'm an anarchist.

Here's a satellite pic the Echelon base at Menwith Hill:

Sorry about dragging the feds here with me. [:P]

I think that's a good idea, but I have not got the slightest clue on how to do that. =)

You're working from the perspective that there is no pre-filtering of the information to be processed.
A certain phone number could be, as they used the term, 'tagged' and then the conversations on that number would be processed. - Then the workload falls to the amount of individuals who are tagged.

As for email, a great deal of it is spam and fairly easily filtered with freely availible software.
Some assembler code comparing incoming data with a given list of keywords is extremely effective.
Commercially availible routers process several gigabytes of data per second, analyzing TCP headers, deconstructing and reconstructing packets etc. and have capacity for more.
RISC processors come cheap and can be clustered.

The amount of data that the detectors at for instance CERN produce far outweights that of the the entire internet.

So in short, it is very possible to have a system like Echelon.

Direction: South. - Don't have to face it if you don't wanna, but keep in mind the direction.
Element: Fire. - The more, the better. Imagine it with all senses you master. Hot, bright, roaring, maybe smelling depending on what's cookin'.
Archangel: Michael. - "Masculine" was the word used to describe him. I imagine a warrior with a flaming sword.

When I said "just found out" I was refering to this thread:
http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9283

Certainly one should be able to adapt it to any situation, but I figure calling Michael is the key to it.

I just found out one can call the Archangel Michael with his Flaming Sword of Neg PWNage +10/+10 to get rid of them. I've already burned a lightbulb with his aid. [|)]
#58
Hmmm... I did call all the elements. Gabriel for Wind from the East, Michael for Fire from the South, ...Uriel?, Water from the West and the fourth guy from the North... Earth.

The thought that calling Michael was enough struck me this morning when I tried it again.

(Read a little from the GD the day before. Michael being the protector against evil etc.)

I had already started to theorize about Teslacoils and their effect on pointy metal objects, but this does indeed seem a lot simpler.
Very well, being able to summon the Archangel Michael as a brother in arms against evil certainly brings confidence to me. I can already hear 'dem pesky negs shiver in fear. [;)]

Mee too!

*Ahem*
When I started Chi Kung excercises a little over a year ago I suddenly had two colds after each other when I had not been sick a single day for 5 years. That was in Autum, and the same thing happend at Spring too. This Autum I've also been sick two times.

So we have a definite pattern here. Which means we need a good explanation... =/

It's about intelligence.
What good are walls if you can walk straight through them, eh?

Other ares of interest that I know your government has is keeping tabs on skilled hackers (Not crakers nor skriptkiddiots[ = kids who download a program abusing pre-canned exploits.], but people who know what they're doing.) and a few political activists. The reason for doing this would be their _potential_ to dig up something nasty that makes a lot of old men lose their pension / go to jail.

Personally I'm not very interested in conspiracy theories, but concidering the fact that Echelon does exist, it makes it kinda hard to simply ignore them. Echelon stands to show that a lot of time, money and attention is put into obtaining information about private individuals.

You do not seem to be very happy.

What makes you think you could not be happy?

...

I'll say 'yes', but SpectralDragon seems to be saying 'no'.

Only way to find out seems to be to try it for yourself.

Fine. You're free to walk you own path, as you are free to make your own mistakes. I won't hold it against you.

But please do understand that I intend you no harm.

I had intended to attempt this yesterday, but found myself busy most of the day.
Two days ago I brought the 10" drop-point hunting knife (Think Rambo.) I had got for xmas when I was a kid out of storage to examine the possibility for using it for this. I took it out to the tool-shed, sharpened it and honed it. I had deermined that it was made out of stainless steel, high carbon. The reason for sharpening it was that it brings an element of danger into play, and I have to pay attention to what I'm doing as not to cut myself. More attention makes for more focus and better results.

Anyway, this morning, after two very non-good vibes dreams I get up late, turn on the bedside light and grab the knife. I bring to mind what the purpose of what I'm about to is, and how I'm going to go about it.
Starting above my left shoulder and 'cutting' towards the fingers, I had not reached the elbow before the bedside light makes a noise and then burns out. - The room is dark. - I continue to my fingers, keeping in mind to finsih what I started.
Done with the arm I turn on the lights in the roof and continue. - Weaving a large and sharp knife around close to your skin is not a wise thing to do in darkness.

Finally done I must say I feel much better. Some hours have passed at writig moment, I feel energetic and positive in mind. To me this proved a complete success.

Notes:
- I don't have astral vision.
- I've only APed a few times.
- It seems I'm progressing extremely quickly in all areas related to this.

I ment a bit more abstract than that, like how the variables stand in relation to each other. Guess I need to study the actual problem a bit more until I actually understand it...
But would not the chess prediction require knowledge 'a priori', "before the fact", or something like that? Or am I missing someting? =/ Is that the very point of the algorithm?

Beavis,
Err... What logical relation does the equation represent? I hate math, but have not yet encountered a logical problem that I could not solve.

---

MINA RAKASTAN SENUA

Yeah, it does mean something, but it's not conclusive. The information needed to generate and direct the sentence is easily obtainable, in fact readily availible, and all it requires is a little smarts. The question is, why would someone with smarts want to do it? No, I'd say this weights _against_ credability rather than for it. Besides the readily availible information there's more behind the scenes.

MS, if you are pulling a prank, please stop. If not, ask for a second opinion and someone to verify. Things are often not what they appear to be, and lies are abundant.

The fault is not entirely on your side Cel, it is just that it takes a great deal of effort to interpret something that has a randomized layout. Few people can invest the time and attention needed to grasp it.

Time to build bridges, don't you think? [:)]

The reason ideas are given layout is so that they are easy to understand. I usually try to give a concrete example when I present an abstract idea, to sort of balance it out and give some flesh to the bones.
If I relay an experience I do so in chronological order, and try to chose words wisely.
If I ask a question I try to be as specific as I can. (Ergo, not simply blurting "What!?" despite wishing to do so.)

I know it can be hard if you have artistic tendencies, but remember, no creation is complete without form.

Hope this helps. [:)]

Have at you!

You are right if there is no randomness, if everything is predictable. But I'm telling you it's not true! As the pendelum swings it never rests, because we can not know both speed and direction at the same time.
I too thought that there is no hope, but that was the problem: I was thinking, not acting. In linear thought there is no obvious randomness, but you are only reacting then, and not _acting_. Sieze control with your will and your intuition will give you action. Dare cross the line, embrace chaos, and the rest is the maness of art. [;)]

We are aware 'of' things. We are aware of a sore thumb, electronic pulses running through our nerves, getting processed by our brains and interprited into _information_. As far as we can ever know, the entire external world is only information, sensation, a sense of emptyness to be filled.

I have never seen an atom and you can not prove to me that it exists. You can point out its effects and the phenomena it causes, but all that I will be aware of is a theory, a construct of thought, that allows me to predict more information.

Ooo... Good answer.
However, I must admit I suspected as much.

But I won't pray. I am I. Not only do I have a mind, but I have a free will of my own.

Notes:
- My mind won't tell me where to go. I've tried that. (You won't fool me again. =p)
- Will is free because will is none. Like a vessel waiting to be filled.
- My will being free I'll end up wherever it may be. (Read signature.)
- Given the choise, I'd opt for a pair of wings and blue skies. =)
- As long as I continue walking I'll eventually end up at my goal.

The universe may be a lot bigger than 15 billion lightyears, with things moving away from us so fast we can not detect light from them.

Also, the old rule of the preservance of energy has come under fire, so the old ways of thinking may not give the right answer in this case.

Remember, Einstein did not have all the answers. We've still to come up with a unified theory for electromagnetics and gravity, and if you look at some of the applications of Tesla's theories it will once again make reality more incredible than fantasy.

I have no prblems with the local church. I think the people who work there tend to be kind-hearted.

I do however have a poblem with the egocentrical bunch of hypocrits that visit the church and preach dogma without understanding it.

If one of the 1000 numbers is infinite then an exact answer cn not be given.
Is there a range of valid values for the 1k numbers, or are they arbitrarily chosen? And they are scalar, right?

---

And now my question:
Dear God, if you exist or not is not something I have an opinion on, but currently, entertaining the idea that you do, I'd like to know sometihing rather important to me. You see, I'm lost and need to know wich direction I should go. So I ask you; which way is the horizon?
