Usually after about 20-30 minutes of meditation/trance induction i lose physical sensation and find myself on the verge of a sleep state.  Within a few minutes after that (up to 20, but it feels shorter because i'm in a weird state of mind) I usually separate automatically (meaning i don't do anything to induce it besides the trance induction i've been doing).  The initial separation is only partial and requires that i will myself out the rest of the way which i do with exit techniques like rolling out.

People are dead.  This is no reason for celebration no matter what you think the person did.  I am disappointed and disgusted.

Murder is not a happy occasion no matter who was on the giving end and who was on the receiving end.

Oh, and people are already reporting that he has been dead for 10 years, or that this isn't really him.  So there's no need to comment in this thread about how he's not dead or has been dead like you're providing us with some glorious revelation.  This is a null topic.  Someone was murdered and mourning/celebration of the person's life is all we should do.  Anything else and we should jsut keep it to ourselves.

in hindsight, i'm thinking bush looks pretty good.  there's just something i don't trust about obama.  at least with bush i felt like i knew he was an idiot.  obama looks too sly.  i don't like that.  but hey, that was the plan the whole time.  bad cop out first, then by comparison good cop looks a lot better, but they're both still cops working for the same people.

in the last presidential election in the states I wrote in Jesus Christ for president.  Unfortunately he didn't win.

The story of Jesus is a common story that was hijacked by the ruling class some 300+ years after the man supposedly existed.  The Greeks and Egyptians both had the story for millennia before "Jesus" lived.  In Egypt it was the story of Osiris who was killed by his brother set and was then ressurected as his son, Horus.  In Greece it was the story of the Goodman (though the Greek story includes the Christ's feminine counterpart, Sophia).  You can find this story over and over again in myths from around the world, and from much older epochs than the Christian story.  At the very least the story is little more than sun God worship.  The ONLY mention of Jesus is in the Bible.  There are no other contemporary historical stories of a man similar to Jesus who performed his miracles.  It makes more sense to recognize the story as an allegory for personal transformation or alchemy that was turned into a system of control.  There was no historical Jesus.  Perhaps at some time long before the supposed birth of Jesus a similar man existed, but could we not conclude that he was equally likely to have been the Buddha or Lao tsu, or some other sage?

well, there is an aspect of instinctual drive with sexual energy.  i think that when out of body it needs to be controlled which can take some time to learn.  but, i think it is extremely effective as a magickal tool that can be easily replicated OOB.  i think it's so effective because it's a strong emotion that is easily remembered and replicated.  it's like when i create an astral version of a physical tool, like a crystal.  in much the same way, we can create astral sex energy and it seems to be much simpler because it's such a powerful feeling in the physical memory.

in a lot of traditions that would be taking a step down.

i'm not down with reincarnation so i can't really give a proper opinion.

but you can be an animal now.  it's called shape shifting and you can do it OOB.

anytime i perform a serious ritual i always include sexual energy, which means that i channel the energy from sex into the object of my ritual.  sometimes my fiance helps, sometimes i do it on my own.  nothing works better.  it's very strong emotional energy.

i really think that the reason people have trouble projecting is because they don't understand what they are attempting to do. 

the emotion is more important than the words.  if you can feel emotional memories of a scenario similar to the one you're trying to attract you are putting a great deal more energy out there.  you could do this a couple times a day i guess.  when you bring up a physical emotional feeling it is more of a powerful signal to your subconscious to make things happen.

i didn't mean to sound short. 

when you put definition to a new experience it shapes your expectations.  that can have a negative impact on your practice.  you may accidentally train yourself to not project or LD.  i know it's hard not to, i'm the same way.  but i've found more recently that when i let go of my preconceived ideas about what projection is or what a dream or LD is, I find my experiences to be much more satisfying and fulfilling.

i have it on my computer bedeekin, which means i haven't read it because i hate reading books on the computer. 

i'll probably buy it eventually.  i should put my pdf on my kindle, maybe i'll read it then.
