If children are sinless - why were they punished by being torn to shreds by bears ?

You supplied some valid arguments.

But what about those several millions of innocent children who were slaughtered during the big flood.

Why weren't they saved - God as the supreme omnipotent and omniscient being clearly could save them. Or not ?

Clearly one part of the Bible says one thing and the other part says something completely opposite.

It was possible because i know one thing about the Bible that you obviously don't know.

I didn't need any warnings - this happened in 1944, i was 16-17 years old resistance fighter, i was alone and outnumbered 20 or 30 to 1 and i had only about ten bullets, my old hunting rifle and one german grenade so there was a very low probability of surviving.

When I heard very characteristic sound of german MG42 and the bullet went through my body I knew that I was going to die - the bullet probably crushed my spinal cord because I fell to the ground like a rag doll.

My last thought was in polish : "No to juz po mnie" and in english "So this is the end of me".
(wow my eyes are becoming wet as i'm writing this)

After a few seconds of sharp pain i have lost all my physical senses and went out of my body.

I felt complete weightlessness and for about 2 or 3 seconds the only thing that I could see was the darkness, then I felt huge amounts of love and complete bliss and the Light appeared high above me and I was pulled towards that Light at an extremely high speed.

In 1978 my current body was born about 4 miles to the north of the woods where i died 34 years earlier.


ps. Before I died I felt some pain, but thanks to the sedative effects of adrenaline it wasn't as painful as everyone thinks it is.

ps2. I know exactly where i was hit because i have there a small red mark on my skin (1,5cm in diameter).

Does the "grim reaper" actually reflect your own face?

Depends on what you believe.

Is this why grim reaper face is usually illustrated blank?

I saw something on TV that talked about this.
When your are near death do you actually see your own face reflected in the "grim reapers" face?

Last time i died i didn't see any reflected faces or grim reapers.

paker7, our civilization sucks. Why should I care? I
expect our civ will be replaced by something better.

It's possible that after the armageddon our planet would be a big nuclear wasteland, uninhabitable and dead for many 100s of millions of years.

We are mostly wasting our time learning to do telekinesis or other psychic abilities. It would be A LOT more useful to figure out how these things work (instead of our intuition of them) so we could build machines to do the same.

Hey Gang..  

New member - lots of questions, but I wanted to start off with this one first.

I began a pretty strenuous weightlifting program about 6 months ago.  I've been very faithful to it, and I plan to continue with it.  As a result, I noticed with interest the comments about relaxing the body in the opening tutorials.

If your muscles are slightly sore, pumped, fatigued, etc.. is this a hindrance to astral projection - a possible benefit - or does it make any difference?

It's much easier for me to relax my muscles completely after a good workout.

Good high protein after workout meal + relaxation/meditation = maximum regeneration = GROWTH
