If you want more information read Robert Monroe's works on the visiting of spirit homes . I have been to the homes of deceased relatives . We can all learn to project there . You can build a home now near them to live when you leave this body . Manifesting in spirit is not difficult and they are happy to show you how . I also suggest the film "What Dreams May Come" with Robyn Williams . This will help you understand more about the spirit homes . If you want to go there yourself ;

Does anyone know any exercises for developing clairvoyance or psychic vision? I would love to be able to do what psychics like John Edwards and those little old ladies at the Spiritualist Churches do.They must have techniques to develop these powers. They say that everyone has the power, so why not show us? I'm not interested in predicting tommorrow's trifecta in race 3 or anything like that, I'd just like to be able to see into the astral plane and speak with all those spirits they can talk to.Does anyone know how you can learn how to do this?

Jon Edward says he is a clairvoyant medium . He believes all clairvoyants are psychic but all psychics are not clairvoyant . I do believe that all humans can develop any clairient ability. Here are some precursors;
1. Right thought , right action to raise vibration
2. Energy body work ie Tai Chi or NEW
3. Meditation routinely
4. Attaining a light trance

Here is a method to begin ;

The spirits may appear at first as orbs or lines of golden light . Open these one at a time by willing it with your third eye and asking for help from guides .Then build up the image in a disciplined routine .By this I mean look to one area at a time and tell the sitter what you see as you go.

For example; I have a male spirit here . He has an average frame and he is tall .His face is long .His hair is curly and thick . He has a mustache that is neatly trimmed . His hair appears dark to me . His skin is light. I feel he is about 23 to 28 years old.

A common framework  is :
gender
frame size
height
shape of face
hairstyle
facial hair if any

Hair and skin colour are hard to see sometimes .So go with "light" or "dark" if you must .Eye colour can be  nearly impossible to get .Spirit usually appears at the age of their death unless they died young and then they may appear to grow up from the time of their death .So a child that died at the age of 5yo six years ago may show up at 5yo or at 11yo .

Here are a couple of suggestions;
1. astral wind as you begin to separate a projected body
2. clairaudience of spirit activity
3. kinetic energy building up in the room when you power up ~ if so need to balance , centre and shield so that you do not cause an adverse effect
4. remote hearing as you tune into someone else in remote projection of consciousness
I don't feel it would be auditory hallucinations  .

I feel that the position is fundamental .When desiring an etheric projection from the male tan tien or Earth stone .Lying in a fetal pose on the side and bringing the steles into alignment will facilitate separation by inducing and enhancing vibes . Men can project easier lying on  the back or left side . Women can project best from lying on the right side or stomach . Sitting up in a chair the women may find leaning forward to expose the back is best whereas a man might do best to lean back into the chair fully .

To facilitate a mystic projection , the throne pose which is sitting up arms supported in an armchair , limbs uncrossed , palms up is best to bring energy down from the crown  . Alternatively a Thoth psoe is helpful leaning forward somewhat and placing the heels under the chair to bring energy up from the floor to the male kanda from the feet upwards .

People vary and other positions will of course work but these are opportune , imho .

I think projection is attainable by all humanity and that it is a divine gift to expand the consciousness and make us more loving . I feel it brings us closer to God . I am a mystic , kaballahist and alchemist . I feel that the raison d'etre is to learn to love more and to become closer to God . I believe that this comes from a variety of methods including but not limited to ;

* loving God and each other in all our ways , being obedient to the Godhead
* feet that walk a path closer to God
* hands that perform actions of Love and Service to humanity

Im not a projector, but what will bring you closer to the divine is by performing his will. You dont need to project to be close to god! Mohammed, the prophet - may God bless and preserve him!- has said that he  travelled with angels in a sphere to realms of heaven. Islamic mystics believe his sphere was the divine chariot known as a merkabah . I am not muslim . I am a mystic .  I studied the Holy Koran when I worked at Islamic Saudi Academy as a teacher . Imho , Mohammed projected and experienced God . When I read the Koran I learned that Mohammed spoke about Jesus and Mary with great love and respect . I learned he was a man of peace who has visions from God as a prophet .

Okay...I'm confused about something. The energy you feel during a kundalini experience....do you feel as if this energy is your own, just strengthed considerably by certian means or do you think its some kind of union with a deity? (As alot of people I've talked to believe).

And....How vast was this energy you felt during your experience.

Any replies would help me a bundle.

The energy seems external to the body amplifying the energy of the human energy body as it enters through the stones usually throuhg the male tan tien or the female crown . I feel that when the energy body is ready , kundalini rises or falls thru the body . There are many subsqequent flames .

The question is, How could I induce it more at will rather than being at the mercy of chance?

To induce vibes ;
open in protection

power up ; raise energy from the feet to the crown

Try the throne position leaving bare feet flat on the floor .Pull energy up from the balls of the feet and the insteps and heels where energy centres occur either ;

Sit in an armchair to power up

and separate from the body when vibes begin
or
sit on the side of the bed to power up
and lie down in the fetal pose slowly bringing lower legs together to OBE

The idea is to achieve a light trance bringing on spontaneous visions which begin initially to be patterns seen in shapes like looking at the clouds and seeing rabbits and castles . This method will allow the mind to achieve an altered state of conciousness and become lucid so that the streaming images give messages which may be futuristic visions or pathworking helps .

I was having a shower this evening, when I heard something touch the shower curtain (from the other side, not from inside the bath.) I actually saw the curtain flap, as though someone had pushed it, or slapped it. And when I put my head around the shower curtain, and put my hand out, I felt as though there was some sort of presence there.

I also happened to be thinking about my spirit guide at the time.

So is it possible there was a spirit in the bathroom? Could it have been my spirit guide?

Common places to see spirit the first time include the bath and the end of the bed . It is possible for spirit to move items and humans can develop clairsentience so they feel the presence as you describe . Why not close your eyes next time and look in dim light in that direction .

I've been using brainwave generator to help try to induce and OBE. I've started vibrating about 5 times, but each time lasted only for a second or two. how can i get the vibrations to continue? also, my vibrations are not accompanied by any experiences that other people have mentioned, like buzzing noises.

Etheric travel is when you create a second body to project to the real time zone (physical).

I disagree. Although one can project an etheric body to the RTZ . Etheric travel is related to those  projections to the Ethereal Plane /Etheric Realm also .

The RTZ is not the etheric and it might be useful to coin a new term for the projection of an energy double that attains the RTZ in projection . I think that the RTZ body is differentiated from the Etheric or Astral Body subtlely . These project from the male tan tien , Earth Stone but the quality is intrinsically different in that the heavier RTZ has more earth and water in it .

The progression is imo ;
Lower : earth and water only , no fire or air
RTZ    : earth , water , fire , air  as on physical plane but in an energy double
Etheric: less earth and water than the RTZ
Astral  : even less earth and water ,  much more fire and air
Higher  : no earth or water energy only  fire and air energy

Imho , I  define OBE as any out of body experience including but limited to mystic and etheric projections
in the lower middle and upper planes .

I feel the Higher Spiritual Realms are the 5th to 12th planes and include those referenced as
monadic , shamballic , logoic and elohim , Kether , Adi , Devine etcetera .

I see Astral Planes as the Middle Realms including a lower middle and upper Astral .
I feel that the Upper Astral blends into the Monadic Plane so that the lowest of the higher planes is integrated into the highest of the Astral Planes .

I feel that the Etheric is all around the physical plane . There is a etheric double above and below each home and each city but less obvious is the periphereal etheric plane which blends subtlely into adjacent areas .

The lower planes begin with the SubEtheric and descend past what is called the Sea of Lost Souls , the Hels and The Magico -Elemental Realm .

Paradoxically , The bottom becomes the top in a loop so above the highest plane is the lowest one at what has been described as the clasp on the necklace of the cosmic stones .Each layer is in another stone .

The Etheric above a city is a duplicate but it has no pollution , less life forms and it is non temporally stable . So that a building that is burnt down on the physical material plane may still have a decaying etheric presence . Similarly one that has been recently constructed on the Earth plane may lack an etheric double until life within it sends up a wake of etheric vibrations appearing like a shadow on a wall .

The SubEtheric is often dark and dreary lacking much of what exists above . It must be shielded and protected around a temple , altar , bedroom or home because it is a weak area . All that we purge from our body in negative toxins and stale prana falls thru the floor into the subetheric . If it is shielded and cleansed it becomes like  a mulch pit for lawn clippings but if it is ignored , it may build up all we which to get rid of and become a danger .

The RTZ is a term coined by Robert Bruce . It is the Real Time Zone . It denotes the temporarily stable dimension of the material plane . The time and place you appear to project to are in sync with the real world and the clairient live ones will sense your presence .


To attain the etheric merely vibe out of the Earth Stone which is the male tan tien , energy storage centre around the red and orange chakras . Males from the front and right are advantaged and females from the left and rear .

The Etheric can be distinguished from the Astral because it is more real in appearance . The Astral is the veil between the Etheric and the Spiritual Realms and as such it is lacking a floor or a ceiling , a ground or a sky . It seems hallucinogenic and psychodelic to me . But the Etheric is like a Black and White movie version of a town on a foggy rainy day when the streets are deserted .

The advantages of the Astral imho are that one can easily connect with a live projector , a dreamer or a destination .

The advantages of the Etheric are that one can run through an empty town with a live projector and enjoy
a dream like scene bordering on reality .

Texelated patterns can facilitate a light trance
the position of leaning forward while sitting can also cause alternative consciousness

alternatively small confined spaces ie toilets in rest rooms with tessellated floors ie black white tiles
will bring on a light trance and visions and even spontaneous projections

people who are just beginning to see spirit often see them where there are mirrors &  running water , baths pools , spas have a higher vibration of energy conducive to clairience

It is possible to lower the vibration and enter nightmare mindscapes in Astral Projection . To visit the lower planes ie the Totemic Plane , lower the vibration temporarily . Visiting the Hels is possible and I have done it with peers accompanied by angelic teachers . Soul rescues and lessons of the Qlippoth occur in these spiritual realms . I would not recommend going there alone though . I feel there is inherent risk about lowering the vibration of the energy body and that this should be done carefully for a limited time . To lower your vibration also lowers your immune system and it decreases energy body protection . If you want to go to the totemic plane you can google for native american totem guided meditations and these are not risky . To lower your vibration raise dark brown , black male earth energy up from the feet . To raise it again dump the male energy and flush with water energy cool wet female blue and purple from the crown down .

Light energies raise the vibration and stimulate projection and clairience whereas dark energies lower the vibration and ground us again . Refer to Initiation into Hermetics by Franz Bardon for more information on that regard .

The 3rd eye can be used for projection. So I suspect that any chakra can be used.
I have experienced projecting through my 3rd eye. You mentioned Gandalf that your heart feels like it's going to explode when exiting through the heart chakra. I've never experienced that, but similarly, when you project through the 3rd eye, it can be a bit uncomfortable- like something in your head might just burst; somewhat painful, but not intolerable- at least not in my experience.
Maybe it's because I'm a such a mental person that I've been able to project through my 3rd eye. I'm always in my head, thinking, contemplating. Perhaps you are more of a "heart person". I dunno.

It is possible to project from any of the stones . I am not convinced that it is possible to project from any chakra though . Imho , the stone to project from for Astral , Etheric or RTZ OBEs is the earth stone . To project from the moon stone is a form of mystic projection .

For a little while, after I started practice energy control, and what not, I started hearing a voice in my head. Yes a voice. Not like, Burn the Nieghbors House down, or a voice like that, but like, it'll answer questions I have and is almost alwasy right. And when I'm trying to decide something quickly it'll tell me what to do and the outcome is usually good. Also, I'll get a feeling of when things are going to happen. What is that voice? Insanity? I Hope not, lol. Dead People, Spirit Guide, or just me?

Clairaudience is a term for hearing spiritually . Clairaudience often begins in meditation . The voice may be your higher self or a guide or a muse or even could be a variety of spirits . If you are hearing voices you need to shield to make sure that you are not opening to neg influence which can be heard in the same manner . Opening in protection , powering up and sitting in meditative trance to practice will help you develop your clairaudience .

I suggest reading Initiation into Hermetics by Franz Bardon and concurrently work on developing the energy body and building up the light quotient . As the feet and hands become stronger , your palette of elements you can control will increase in number .

If you want to learn about other elements , mystic projection helps to hear from spirit teachers . Communication with elementals will teach you about the uses , controls and attunements to particular energies .

i saw a statue of a woman (the statue was glowing pretty bright) and i have no idea who she was,,,,is it possible she was my guide? or perhaps a deceased family member,,,,like i said i wasnt afraid or ne thing,,,,just thought i would share this and see if anyone else has come accross summin similar

IMHO , this is a typical assisted pullout and that your own feelings are quite correct , she was probably a soul mate which can project an image from the future to you , a deceased relative spirit  , a guide or an angel as you believed . This is not atypical your recall is exceptional though .
