G'day folks!

Shielding is a great idea, if you are the type of person who is internested in practicing magic or metaphysics and likes to take precautions.  Most people, however, are just interested in reading and or chatting about this out of interest, because its an interesting subject.  Shielding is the ideal solution to protect against many kinds of psy or neg attacks.  But it takes months of time and effort for a novice to create even modest shielding. Creating shields to protect against stronger negs like demons takes a great deal of knowlege and skill, which means years of serious study and work.

The majority of people will not do any preventative work. This is a fact. Here I am talking about the bulk of humanity, and not magical practitioners of any level. Most people just want to get on with their lives and not be bothered by Negs, eg, the average mom or dad who are generally very busy and lacking in free quiet time. It might sound a simple solution to spend an hour a day for a few months building a basic shield, but many people don't have a spare quiet hour per day free to prepare for something they hope and/or believe will never happen. Therein lies the problem.

My book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense, was written primarily for the average mum or dad who suddenly finds they have a wierd problem on their hands. It gives them effective countermeasures that can be used immediately without months of training.

When you come under a psychic attack, or are invaded by a negative entity, this is often so traumatizing and unbalancing that it is difficult to function. If you have ever suffered a major attack you will understand.  If you have not, count your blessings.  A sudden direct attack makes new shield creation impractical for anything but placebo purposes.

The average neg attack lasts about a month and then ends when the negs involved have done what they planned. This is way too short, especially given the disturbed environment a neg attack creates, to create any kind of shield.

For the average person, or even the advanced mystic, witch, shaman or magician, an allopathic technique like crossing running water can be a godsend if they are suddenly caught off guard.  Some may laugh at the simplicity of this method and decry its effectiveness, but this criticism will 'never' come from hard experience.  Its easy to poo poo such ideas and say 'don't use these silly methods, just spend a few hundred hours building a shield and nothing will be able to get to you", but this is obviously an impractical statement of expected perfection given the willingness of the general public to take such precations.

The fact of life here is that most people in the modern world want a quick solution, one they can use if and when a problem arises. Even if such a person comes under a major attack, once its over they'll usually not put any effort into preventative measures like psi shielding. Modern medicine has the same problem trying to convince people to eat and exercise better to improve their health.  They might do this during a health crisis, but after its over they'll usually go back to their old sedentary ways.

Everyone is of course entitled to their opinion...but some evidence to support negative statements and criticism of my work, or the work of others, would add a nice touch of philosophical honesty to this forum. Just saying that you think your way is better will not cut it.

Please trust me one-and-all when I say that the running water method is 'extremely' powerful and will stop the vast majority of negs cold, even a major demon if the volume of water is high enough.  Sure, advanced negs may wait for another opportunity to attack, but the initial attack will have been broken. This provides a little spiritual peace and quiet time to take further precautions.

And please keep in mind that shielding will not totally block out attacks, especially strong or advanced attacks. It makes it harder for the attacker to get inside and hurt or influence victims, and it reduces attack symptoms, but it will not stop the actual psi or neg attack.  I know many cases, including my own experiences, involving advanced metaphysical/magical practitioners, with rock solid shields generated over many years, coming under attack from very powerful negative entities, including major demons. Shields help, but will not stop this level of attack.  Other methods are required, eg, some form of effective banishment or other way to break an attack.  But if you don't know an effective banishment method, running water and etc make good emergency options.

I would also like to point out another factor, and that is that if an attack cannot reach the intended victim, it will be deflected onto the people around the victim, eg, family and friends. These will be influenced to cause problems and disharmony to unbalance the shielded victim and make them more vulnerable.  This is one of the reasons, I think, that metaphysically and spiritually advanced people generally live alone, or need to spend a lot of time alone.

I work in this field full time and have done for many years, and help people with a variety of neg attack problems on a daily basis, both hands on and through email consulting.  I have gathered a significant amount of data and experience.  I simply do not use or recommend methods that do not work, or that are impractical for the average person.  Other methods may sound great in theory, and may work in the hands of skilled practitioners, but if they don't work in real life or are too complex and demanding for the average person then I toss them aside and stick to what I know works at that level.

Please note that there are many books on medium to advanced magical types of defense available today.   But there is only one written specifically to cater for the needs of the average person: Practical Psychic Self-Defense.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

First, I would like to make it clear that I am not intentionally wagging my finger at anyone and saying they are wrong, or that I am right.  I do not go against public opinion just for the sake of it.  I just answer to the best of my ability, as honestly as I can, based on personal experience and deep thinking. I can do no more or less than that.

Now I'll try to answer a couple of recent questions in this topic..

1. Tia:  I too thought I could use kundalini energy to help others, and myself, but it did not work out this way.  And developing kundalini and learning how to use its energy is not really feasible while one is possessed by an arch demon.  Once kundalini has been raised, the energy body and psychic abilities, and the mind, are quite unstable and exposed to an onslaught of impressions.  To use energy effectively, one must have focus and balance.  This is, basically, why it puts you in a difficult situation rather than solving problems.

I did not develop the NEW system until a few years after I first raised my kundalini. But NEW certainly makes the energy raising and chakra manipulation much easier.

Prior to early kundalini raising, massive kundalini spikes are felt coursing up through the spine.  This will happen the first few times its raised, getting progressively easier each time.  Then it stops happening and only the serpent sensation is felt.

Kundalini related phenomena does not necessarily lead to a full kundalini raising.  A fair number of people experience this kind of phenomena, but actually raising kundalini is far more rare.  Taming and developing kundalini is even more rare, almost unheard of apparently.

2. Brad:  Thanks for the extra info. You definitely seem to have experienced some kind of spontaneous kundalini raising, but I don't really know what this would have done to your energy body.  This was obviously triggered by LSD, so you obviously have potential.  But whether or not you can repeat this and or develop it would depend on the time and effort you put into it.

Keep in mind that how you are on the inside, your thoughts and motivatons, are also extremely important.  Long term spiritual discipline helps a great deal to prepare for kundalini.

3. Ralphm:  After a full kundalini raising, it is necessary to thoroughly ground the body and mind firmly in the physical.  This is necessary if one hopes to handle the onslaught of psychic impressions and ideas, and the surging of the energy body, which becomes extremely sensitive.  The minds eye, for example, fills with images and the mind with impressions.  This is not a comfortable way to live and it would be easy to tip over the edge and become deluded, or insane.

Certain types of music will stimulate the energy body and psychic senses, but this will not trigger a kundalini rising, even after its been done once or twice.

Kundalini rising is vastly different from any other energy sensation or phenomena.  Its like comparing mains voltage with a flashlight battery. Most people I have come across have difficulty conceiving of what kundalini is actually like, and generally fall back on partisan opinion, that tends to greatly downgrade kundalini into a fairly common phenomenon. Kundalini is not common at all.  It is the ultimate expression and evolution of the human energy body.

I heard one author (who shall be nameless) suggest to readers that they give their kundalini a pet name and talk to it, to coax it into activity.  This really made me curl up laughing. The author obviously had no idea as to the true nature of kundalini.

4. Alpha:  My theory that the internal sensations of kundalini would be very difficult to prove either way.  They are based on observaton and logic. I can think of nothing else but a strong internal production of ectoplasm that could cause such viseral sensations and internal physical movement.  An autopsy would prove nothing, as would opening me up during a kundalini raising session.  Ectoplasm is destroyed by light.  And I am destroyed by the thought of someone taking a knife to my stomach during such a profound moment:)

As for when one is ready to raise kundalini, well, I would expect some significant advancement both spiritually and metaphysically, eg, the ability to have wake induced OBE's would be a good indicator.  OBE is much, much easier than kundalini, so if one fails at 'wake inducing' OBE one is obviously not ready. Some level of visual clairvoyance, plus other psychic abilities such as healing and etc would also be expected.

Note that kundalini has both a positive and negative side. If one succeeds at raising kundalini before one is ready, the going would get really rough.

I do not think that doing normal energy work, NEW or primary levels, could not trigger a full kundalini raising.  A great deal of time and effort is necessary to do this, so I don't think it could be done accidentally.  However, any type or level of energy work could trigger spontaneous kundalini related symptoms.
But I don't think a full kundalini rising would result from this, not with the full serpent phenomenon and etc.

All the above, however, depends on how you conceive kundalini to be.  I met a woman recently, and kundalini was mentioned, and she said 'I've done that'. A little questioning revealed that she had had a vision of a snake during a meditation, and some itchy sensations up her legs.  Because of this, she was convinced she had done it and was now enlightened.  Go figure it...

Take care, Robert.

G'day Tia!

1.  What is the "Auum effect"?

2.  And what exactly is the "full Medusa effect"?  I get an impression of a very bad hair day indeed!

When kundalini has been raised to its full a number of times, and the energy body has settled down and adapted, the kundalini state begins to develop and deepen.  When fully raised in its more developed state, kundalini raises in the normal way, with a visceral snakelike sensation, 3.5 coils up through the body.  When it reaches the head, it feels like the top of the head disappears and hundreds of soft, fat, fleshy antennae sprout from the surface of the brain, each feeling about the size of a finger.  These move and form geometric patterns, depending on the subject of your thoughts. If you change a thought, or think of a person, they change pattern and point to where a living person is in real time, geographically. At this time, the brow and crown centres seem to fuse, and the brow is felt as a hand sized fleshy flap hanging down over the brow, connected to the crown structure. When all this happens, the sacred Aummm is felt and heard, quite strongly and loudly, as permeating all reality inside and out. This sounds/feels like the Aummm word being vibrated in the back of a mature man's throat, deep and powerful.

3.  What are the "5 well known ways"?  Is it possible to experience Kundalini without the "serpent of fire"?

I have read that there are 5 pathways, in yoga, tantra and other esoteric texts, but do not have the books to hand at present. The serpent of fire pathway is the primary kundalini pathway.  The lesser pathways are said to result from energy blockages.  I only raise kundalini in one way, so have no personal experience with the lesser pathways.

4.  I have read that Kundalini can rise as a result of personal trauma, or an NDE.  Would you say this was true?

I can't see kundalini resulting from personal trauma, but maybe death or near death would cause a strong kundalini related surge.

5.  With hindsight, what "preparation" could you have done to make your experience easier?

I would have spent a lot more time preparing and purifying myself.  I would also have spent more time stimulating my intellect to promote more balance.

6.  You say you "should have died" but did not.  What happened to your body at this time?  Can you describe the experience, did your heart stop beating?

I think my heart stopped beating for a couple of minutes. I was ejected from my body in a very powerful OBE, much like a NDE.

7.  And how long did it take for your body to recover from the Serpent of Fire experience?

Physically, I recovered in a couple of hours, especially after a swim and some food and exercise.  Mentally I was also fine, apart from the onslaught of psychic impressions and creative ideas.

8.  Can you give an example of the side effects that you found difficult to deal with?

The pressure of the psychic and emotional impressions I sensed coming from all around me.  This also opened me up to very strong psychic attacks. Keep in mind that the reason I raised kundalini was to find a way to stop the attacks on my home and family.  Kundalini made matters much worse, but I learned a lot in the process.

9.  What psychic abilities developed as a result of your awakening?

All of them, some stronger and some weaker.  Another big change kundalini brings is heightened creativity and intellectual ability.

10.  What are the benefits of raising Kundalini?  What is it for?

Emancipation is always the primary reason, meaning one can escape the incarnational process.  Spiritual evolution and evolving to a higher stage of spiritual existence is also high on the list.

I think one of the biggest problem people encounter stems from the sheer lack of knowedge about kundalini and what it is. Most people believe it is a raise once and its done kind of thing, and a huge range of symptoms are said to indicate raised kundalini.  But I think that unless one experiences some primary kundalini raising sensations, one is only experiencing kundalini related phenomena.

Most problems I have encountered, and heard about from others, can be overcome by repeatedly raising and developing kundalini, and by using the new potential it creates, eg, especially involving creative and intellectual pursuits.  Kundalini, once raised, needs to be used and exercised and developed. If not, a host of conflicts arise, along with various levels of instability.

Note, I advise anyone who raises their kundalini deliberately, to repeat this a few times, a week apart, and then take a year off all energy work and concentrate on grounding yourself by focusing on your physical life. This is also a good time to focus on stimulating and exercise the intellect, by learning and reading, or by doing something creative, eg, artwork, playing musical instruments, writing, poetry, etc. The creative and intellectual aspects need stimulating after kundalini has been raised.

For those who experience a spontaneous kundalini rising, I suggest they take also take a year off and do the above.  After this, they should learn how to raise their kundalini deliberately if they want to develop kundalini.  If not, following a creative path, music or art or etc, will ease most kundalini related problems.

Dietary needs and alergies or sensitivity to certain foods is quite normal after kundalini has been raised. A healthy diet, avoiding things you are sensitive to, is the best way to deal with this.

Regular daily trance meditation is always adviced when kundalini has become active or has been raised.

Take care, Robert.

G'day foks!

Brad, could you please post a detailed description here of your kundalini experience?

I noticed some people are saying that the serpent of fire involved with kundalini is merely a symbol.  I disagree with this because my experience proves to me that this is the actual physical sensation that kundalini causes when it raises through its primary pathway. I have done this many times, and it always comes with the basic serpent-like internal sensation.

Raising kundalini, deliberately or spontaneously, is about the most awesome experience anyone could have.  If you live through it and manage to stay sane, one would expect some form of guidance or direction from the powers above.  But this does not generally happen, and you are left alone to make your own way in life, life or die, sane or insane.  Kundalini changes you and opens you up to perceptions and forces of the greater reality.  But k needs to be developed and stabilized just like any other ability. It is NOT a raise once and its done kind of thing, where you suddenly become fully enlightened and have angels and spirit guidance at your beck and call.  Life is not like this, and those who believe otherwise have a lot to learn and a long way to go.

Raising kundalini opens you up to the greater reality and greatly increases your potential.  But you need to develop it and learn how to raise kundalini regularly so it can be developed and stabilized and evolved.  I suppose its a bit like learning how to wake induce an OBE.  After you succeed at your first wake induced exit, there is still much to do and learn before one could say one has full OBE ability.  One has the potential for this, but not much else at that stage.

One of the biggest problems I see is that if a person raises kundalini but has not done, or does not undertake,  the inner work to purify his/her foundation belief systems, even though they are open to the greater reality, they have self imposed blinkers that prohibit further real spiritual development.  This causes many internal conflicts and can make life very difficult indeed until this is rectified.

For example, lets say Jack raises his kundalini once, but continues to hold to many partisan beliefs that are flawed (See my website article 'The Catch Basket Concept'). This sets up a conflict between his personal beliefs and the actual truth of the greater reality.  Because of this, Jack's spiritual progression is stopped cold, and life becomes difficult because Jack is, basically, in denial.  Jack wants the truth, but refuses to see it, so stumbles blindly.  This conflict can also open Jack to negative energies and beings that thrive on lies and deceit and conflict.

My suggestion to anyone in this position is that they first work on their beliefs, and purify and simplify them according to their own personal proof. This sounds easy but its not.  Keep everything you have experienced for yourself, but only in its most basic form. For example, you may have seen or experienced a spirit, a deity, or an angel, or even a demon or ghost.  This proves to you that such beings exist, but it does not prove anything else beyond this.  You may have given or experienced spiritual healing, but this does not prove that their are spirit guides or etc hovering nearby and assisting or enabling this.  It just proves that spiritual healing is possible and true.  Assumption is the destroyer of truth.

By way of example:  you mention a belief in reincarnation, but I doubt that you have very much by way of personal proof to back this up.  A little synchronicity, plus a few feelings and fragments of memories, and dreams of same, and reading a few suggestive stories of people remember past lives and providing a few details that check out, really proves nothing.  But the average seeker is swamped with flaky information and stories, and the beliefs of others, reinforcing linear reincarnation, and the belief that everyone has a say, a choice, as to how and when they reincarnate.  The consequence of this is that if one holds onto the popular linear reincarnational theory, one blocks out fundamental aspects of the greater reality, because it is generally non linear.  (See my online article 'Reincarnation, Not So Simple')

*Please note that I will not enter into a debate on reincarnation here.

Balance and truth are necessary to stabilize and develop kundalini in the long term.  The intellect, plus intuition and everything else need to be developed in a balanced way.  Balance breeds stability and power and progression. This is a universal truth.

Brad, you also mention that you feel abandoned by your spiritual protectors and advisors.  What if spirit guides and protectors are not given by default to everyone at birth?  Can you imagine the belief system conflict and misery that this could cause if you held onto this belief too tightly, but it was not actually true? In my experience, contact with advanced spirit beings is extremely rare, and by large is enigmatic in the extreme when it does occur.

Have you ever wondered why there are no realized Western masters who follow and adhere to popular newage Western spiritual beliefs?  Some people claim this, but close examination reveals they have feet of clay and or are merely legends in their own minds. But there seem to be a number of realized Eastern masters, who generally adhere to very strict beliefs, disciplines and practices.  Why is this so?

I think the main problem here is twofold:   Eastern beliefs and practices do not translate well.  Also, the higher levels of these are pretty much kept secret and only passed on by word of mouth, from master to student, as necessary.  Added to this we have the Western way of taking the interesting bits and pieces that make sense to us, and grafting this onto our existing beliefs, eg, Christianity and etc. The end result is a poor mish mash of conflicting beliefs and practices that does not contain enough truth to promote the necessary balance that is needed for higher spiritual development.

In closing, if someone has raised kundali once, they can do it again with far less effort and or discomfort.  But this will still take much time, as the required state takes quite a long time to get into.  A minimum of a couple of hours full trance meditation, plus energy work, is required for repeat development work. Note that early k raising attempts usually require several hours of full trance work and E work.

Anway, I fear I have reached new heights in waffling......

Take care, Robert.

ps, JohnY-- thanks for the reference help!

G'day!

Water fasting is dealt with in my new book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense.

But, basically, for a water fast you only take water and vitamin pills for a set period of time, say 3 days. You need to drink lots of water.

Take care, Robert.

G'day ralphm!

So if chakra energy is related, can kundalini rise through chakra stimulation or do you have to try directly for kundalini?

Kundalini is raised by stimulating the chakras, particularly the base chakra. One must stimulate all chakras, over and over, constantly returning to the base and raising lots of energy up the legs to the base.

Chakras are like leaky electronic capacitors, one has to fill a chakra with energy until it reaches critical mass and 'strobes'.  It is this strobe, in the base centre, that releases kundalini.  Sounds easy, but it can take several hours of intense effort to reach critical mass.

If the brow centre strobes, a brilliant minds eye flash of intense white light will be seen. This is as if a powerful camera flash has gone off in one's minds eyes.  It is accompanied by a feeling of mild concussion over the whole facial area.

Did you read Gopi Krishna's book- I think it was the standard kundalini book back in the eastern guru invasion?

No, I have not read it yet. I've only read a couple of books on kundalini, and these only recently.  I've skimmed through a few over the years, but did not find anything helpful. However, I plan to read as much as I can on kundalini over the next year or so, as part of my preparation for my planned book. This will be mainly to see what has been said so far, so I can give my opinion.

I skimmed through a book a few years ago by some author who's name escapes me at the moment, that recommended people to give their kundalini a pet name, eg, froggy, and to talk to it and coax it into life. I was quite shocked, as this is an absolutely ridiculous thing to suggest.

Oh by the way- i vote for the astral navigation book next. Astral Dynamics is great for techniques but i would love to read about your actual travels in the astral, which would give us neophytes something to ponder.

I'll keep this in mind.  I plan to do research for 'Astral Missions' at the same time as I do the hands on research for 'Kundalini Dynamics'. Raised kundalini may allow extremely powerful projections, probably will, but I have yet to try this out.  If it works, I can kill two birds with one stone.

I plan to journal my kundalini experiments, and will post them online.  I hope to begin this work around the end of this year.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

Kundalini is a specific phenomenon, involving a snakelike movement of energy up through the body, 3.5 turns clockwise and then out through the head. This is an extremely physical, visceral sensation; often painful.  Chakra stimulation and activation and energy movement of any type can loosely be said to be kundalini related. But I dislike this term as it is confusing to relate too many things to a specific phenomenon.  This is like saying that flashlights, car batteries, electric lights, and all electrical devices, are all lightning related phenomena. This 'could' be said to be a true statement, but you must admit that this would cause great confusion if it were generally used.

At the time I first raised my kundalini, I had only read a couple of pages on kundalini, from some old spiritualist book.  But I've read a couple of books on this recently. One I would recommend is called "Kundalini: psychosis or transcendence".  I forget the author's name, re the book is out on loan at the moment. Its a very deep, informative book on the psychology of kundalini.

Where did I get my information...well, I worked most of it out for myself by doing and experiencing it for myself, and then thinking deeply on it.  Given the widespread misinformation and confusion surrounding kundalini today, I think this is probably the best way to come to grips with and make sense out of this phenomenon.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

Anyone, without exception, can visualize perfectly.

Visualization is just another word for imagination.  And everyone can imagine detailed fantasies, and regularly do so in their minds eye.  Visualization, with training, however, can be come a visual minds eye ability, eg, you can actually see what you visualize.Simple imagination can also be this powerful.

Trained visualization can aptly be described as 'constructive imagination'.

All the queries in this topic can be resolved with a little common sense and imagination.  The minds eye imagary used for CIR (core image removal) work can be any size one wants, big or small.  Post card size, as suggested in PPSD, does not suit everyone. Some want it smaller and some bigger.  Simply apply a little imagination and make it whatever size is desired. CIR will work regardless of this size.

The image used with CIR is usually blurry and indistinct.  Sometimes clear images and visions will appear, but the basic structure is generally blurry. This does not detract from the effectiveness of this technique.

I would not recommend combining CIR with any occult ritual.  One needs to be fully focused on a ritual, and CIR would be very distracting. CIR also needs full focus.  So these things are best done separately.

*One way to reinforce CIR is to write a detailed description of a trauma memory, and then burn this document slowly, watching it burn and imagining the effects of the trauma burning away and going up in smoke.  This can be repeated, as repeatedly writing about a problem (or talking about it) can help resolve it.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

First, please note that in my previous rather-lengthy post, I was not criticising anyone or pointing fingers over previous posts. I was just clarifying the position of PPSD. Forgive me if I came across this way.

Yes, some people will most definitely use the concept of Neg attack and interference as a psychological crutch. Caution is always advised when dealing with people who do so, so their paranoia is not added to.

The countermeasures given in PPSD can, by large, often be be applied without causing too much psychological disturbance to others. But it is impossible to deal with these matters, with adults especially, without triggering their curiosity and imagination.  I have desensationalized PPSD as much as humanly possible.  But the only way to not disturb some people would have been to not write the book in the first place.  I had to weigh up the needs of people in genuine need, and those who are just looking for a scapegoat for their problems. I give advise in PPSD to steer overly impressionable people towards professional psychological help.  This is about all I can do for such people.

I can only hope that PPSD's worth will far outweigh any potential paranoia it may generate in some people.

PPSD is aimed at the average person with no metaphysical knowledge or skill. -- at the average mom and dad who suddenly find they have a strange problem on their hands.

You would not believe the number of people who need what is in PPSD. Yesterday, my son (aged 22) went to visit his chiropractor.  He was carrying a copy of PPSD to read in the waiting room.  The receptionist spotted the book and they got talking.  After skimming through PPSD, she 'begged' my son for the book, and paid for his treatment in exchange.  Apparently, she has some major Neg related problems concerning her children, including night terrors, peculiar behavior, and supernatural phenomena.  One of the case histories she read was, according to her, a perfect description of her situation.

From what my son told me of her situation, the following basic changes will probably solve her main problems.

1. spring clean the house.
2. fumigate the house, then make it smell nice with essential oils.
3. stronger night lights, and music, for children's bedrooms.
4. less TV and more active family activities
5. listening to and discussing problems with children.
6. supporting children so they don't feel isolated, and taking action.
7. taking children into parents bed on bad nights.
8. checking on children as they sleep
9. breaking night terrors when they occur.
10. running water countermeasures applied as necessary.
11. etc, etc, etc....

Can anyone see anything above that seems overly strange, illogical, or that might trigger paranoia?

Take care, Robert.

G'day Patty!

Since so few people have raised kundalini and since it is a profound experience, do you (or did you) grapple with the question "Who is the crazy one here?"  Any thoughts on what constitutes 'crazy?'

The definition of crazy is very subjective.  For many years I have been considered as a crazy mad scientist type person. But now I am just considered a little strange:)

more technical questions:

How long did it take for the fist-sized serpent to work it's way from the perineum to your head?

The actual serpent phenomenon only takes about ten seconds or so to rise.

Were the 'results' of kundalini (genius, etc) an effect during the experience or did they come about later?

The first time I did this my mind expanded, but I would not say I experienced realization.  The second time, about a week later, my mind was again expanded. This expansion process continued until I experienced the full 'medusa' and 'Aummm' effects, where I then experienced full abstract realization.

Abstract realization means exactly what it says.  At such a time one knows everything in the abstract, but cannot put it into words after the realized state passes. After this, bits and pieces of knowledge will surface now and zen, especially during trance meditation and when using the writing process.  Basically, one becomes very creative, intuitive and insightful.

Another side effect of raised kundalini was greatly enhanced empathy, intuition and psychic abilities. At this level these are quite troublesome and disturbing.  After raising kundalini a dozen or so times, I took a year off from everything, to give my mind and senses time to adapt.  If I had not done so I would have gone mad.

Kundalini is a two-edged sword.  While it greatly expands mind and abilities, it also opens one to an onslaught of impressions that are very hard to live with.  I was very lucky to survive what I did, and would not recommend anyone copy me.  A great deal more training and preparation is advised.

I do not yet know the full extent of the realization process, but suspect it can be developed into a profound state of knowing.

How long were you meditating beforehand, and were you seeking to raise kundalini?  how many attempts (or what time frame beforehand were you attempting this) before the 1987 success?

From start to finish, it took me about a month.  I started with an eleven day water fast, then moved to one three-day water fast per week.  I made a kundalini raising attempt on the third day of each fast, when my energy levels peaked.  The first time, I had been trance meditating and raising energy for about seven hours without a break. Yes, I was intending to raise kundalini.

During the serpent of fire path, were you willing to have the process continue? Or did you want it to stop but once initiated it couldn't?

I stopped the first major even, which was a massive kundalini spike up my spine.  After a few minutes, I did it again and released the serpent. Once released I could not have stopped it if I had tried, it was way too powerful and just took control over me.

Note that the first time was very shocking and painful.  I think I died at this time and had a NDE type of experience.  Then I came back to earth and was physically ok, but very shaken.

The next time I did it, about a week later, it was only a little painful and etc, but still just as powerful, with no NDE or OBE or etc.

Each time I did it, the experienced grew less stressful and more profound.

On a separate note, are there any photos of you that I could use to 'check' against one of my novice projections?

You will find a picture of me on my website, under 'About Robert Bruce'. But please read the warning before viewing, re nudity offends some people.

Note, I still raise kundalini occasionally, infrequently, but I gave up my high level mystical and kundalini work several years ago, to devote my full time and energy to writing.  I also did not have the facilities to continue, and have had to limit myself to trance meditation and OBE and etc. But I plan to get back into my more serious work later this year, when I have the time and facilities, and will then explore the kundalini phenomenon thoroughly.

By facilities, all I need is a soundproof air conditioned room where I will not be disturbed for several hours at a time.  Being a single father with children, cooking and cleaning and and writing and etc,  has not allowed me the simple luxury of this seemingly fundamental facility. However, life is changing for me and I can now forsee changes where I will have all I need to continue my work.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

In case you don't know, I raised my kundalini to its highest level (full serpent path with full medusa effect), in 1987, and many times since. So, I know a bit about kundalini through personal experience.  I have only seen a couple of posts on this topic in this thread that contain some kind of sense. This is no slight on the posters, re there is widespread misunderstanding in the Western world concerning kundalini.

I am currently writing a 'Treatise on Kundalini', and hope to have it ready in about a week.  This will help eliminate some misconceptions.

If anyone is game, and wants to receive emails and compile kundalini related questions into a single post, Q's and A's, I will gladly reply to all your concerns. (Someone give me an email to let me know if this happens, or email Adrian at forum admin)

A few statements on kundalini.....

Kundalini is not a raise once and its done kind of thing.

Kundalini can raise in 5 well known ways, with its highest path being the serpent of fire path.

K's primary pathway involves the serpent of fire. This feels like a real physical snake the size of a man's wrist is forcing its way up through your body (starting at the perrineum), 3.5 coils through your body and then up through your neck and head.  This is a 'very' noticeable sensation. You will feel your organs and intestines being moved (sloshing about) as this happens, as they are moved out of the way.

The internal kundalini sensations are caused by an internal manifestation (very strong and solid), of ectoplasm.

But today, most of the literature I see on kundalini says that the 'serpent of fire' is a symbolic thing, with various meanings given. This is bs, as its what k actually feels like.

Kundalini can be very painful and burning in the early stages. This gets easier to handle and less painful each time you do it.  This is possible only if you do not lose your mind through poor preparation.

The moment kundalini rises, your body will experience full physical shock. Your bowels will let go, re the need for cleansing practices like fasting and enemas to avoid this.

Kundalini, fully raised, comes with abstract realization.

Kundalini, especially the first time, will often come with a deity or initiation experience containing deities. This seems affected by the beliefs of the person raising kundalini.

Kundalini needs to be developed. It is energy dependent, just like the OBE or Vision Screen states.

It is not, as said, a raise once and its done kinda thing. This is total bs.

If you cannot do a full wake induced real time OBE, with full reentry, it is highly unlikely you will be able to induce a full kundalini rising. OBE is far, far easier.  If you disagree with this; dream on.........

When kundalini is fully raised a few times, and some development is in hand, the full 'Aummmm' effect will be experienced, as will the 'Medusa Effect'.

My next major book, after MAP (Mastering Astral Projection, which is well underway) will probably be 'Kundalini Dynamics'.

The secrecy surrounding kundalini today is an enigma.  I know thousands of people and, being an author, have respect and credibility.  But, you know what, I have yet to meet anyone who has actually 'raised' kundalini.  I have been introduced to a number of yoga masters who have claimed for many years to have raised kundalini and be 'realized', but, you know what, they don't want to talk with me.

I have raised kundalini many times and yes, it does change you greatly.  How do you think I went from a dirt poor cripple with no education (I left school afer grade 8) to a famous author with such incredible insight???

Kundalini releases the genious with, and increases your potential dramatically.

And, if you have good advise and survive the process, physically and mentally, you 'will' be changed profoundly and all that jazz.

I worked out kundalini for myself, with no instruction.  I should have died, but I did not.  Now, I walk with angels and think at levels even I do not understand.

God bless you all, Robert.

G'day!

Please send me a scan of the pic in question. the colour is unusual, but does not mean anything in itself.

robert@astralpulse.com

I suggest you fumigate your basement, as per the instructions given in my new book, Practial Psychic Self-Defense.  (Fry some hot chilli peppers and black mustard seeds in a little oil till they give off fumes, and set this in your basement). After this and the air is clear, use nice essential oils to attract good spirits.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

I have seen some good points on the forum from both sides of the fence. I have heard comments from those who are unsuspecting; from those in denial; from those who are becoming aware of unquiet possibilities; and from those who know only too well the iron heel of Neg interference in human lives, sometimes in their own hard life experience.

I frequently use the term 'hard life experience'.  By this, I mean not only my own, but that of the many people I have helped along my life's path.  You would not believe how many poor souls I have helped on my journey thus far...

I do not intend in any way to steer people from their heartfelt beliefs, nor into obsessing about Neg related possibilities -- far from it. But forewarned is forearmed, and I will arm all who listen with what I have to give.  And what I have to offer can make a significant difference, should the proverbial supernatural merde' ever hit the fan in your neck of the pond.

I admit that I tread on delicate turf, and that most people would prefer that I did not do anything to rock the proverbial boat.  I can even be accused of rushing in where angels fear to tread.  This point is taken in an understanding social context, but I offer no apologies -- given the state of the world today.  Please understand that I have lived through everything I write about (and then some), and have therefore (as per my new book, PPSD), suffered far more than most, and thankfully learned far more than most and lived to tell the tale.  If it were not for this, then I would most assuredly not have written such a book as PPSD. Everything that I have experienced has been time and time again verified by the hard life experience of others who have come to me or consulted with me. I can keep quiet no longer.  Dream your dreams, believe in whatever you please, but mark what I say in case you ever have need of what I have to say. I can do no more than this.

Whatever you conceive Negs, demons, or evil spirits, to be is a moot point. You can believe that they are negative thought patterns, thought forms, archetypical beings, figments of the collective consciousness, or whatever you like.  Its all a moot point when you have to deal with them first hand.

My book, PPSD, is only a small start.  I suffered dearly to write that book. I know that most people do not understand what I say here, but please respect my experience in these matters and give me the benefit of the doubt.  However, feel free to offer any 'experiential' based arguments. Theoretical debates on such matters only result in circular arguments, which I have neither the time nor energy nor interest to deal with; and they are thus not of any worth to anyone. I have argued my points with some of the finest minds, including many quite-famous published authors and editors.  But on such a field I have either won every time on experiential knowledge and logic, or have agreed to differ over purely religious, theoretical and/or theosophical differences. So, please, if you want to engage me in a debate, do so from experience and logic. I have no time or energy to waste on anything else.

Would my critics have me write them encouraging stories and books, reassuring everyone that they are totally protected from birth by default, regardless of whatever they do with their lives?  Should I say that even if persons break every rule in the proverbial spiritual, metaphysical, human book, that all they have to do is say sorry and visualize a bit of white light around them and they will be saved and forgiven and protected forever thereafter by sword wielding angels, amen?  I wish this were so, I really do.

But what would my critics have me do and say? Should I threaten eternal damnation and torment and become a fire and brimstone preacher to get my point across? Should I avoid all the hard questions?  Should I highlight Hell and Damnation as I know it? I've been there, and trust me when I say that you don't want any part or knowledge of it. Hell can be lived in the here and now (as many people know all too well), or in the afterlife, or both, forever and ever, amen.

Instead, I write the truth as I see it, warts and all, according to my hard life experience. Some of it (if you take the time to look at my written works) is absolutely wonderful and full of great spiritual truth and promise. I can do no more or no less. For me, life would not be worth living were it otherwise. And truth is a most powerful shield, my friends. To overcome truth takes a powerful energy, and lots of luck.  Reach inside and feel my words.  They may be uncomfortable for the moment, but do they ring out as untruths? I think not.

Anyway, I fear I have digressed from the one para reply I intendedJ  So back we go to the apparent question at hand.  The chances of encountering serious Neg-related problems is probably quite a bit higher than are the dangers involved with crossing the road or driving a car. As with these, the risks increase the more often you cross roads and rive cars, of course.  The vast majority of people who suffer Neg related problems simply discard it as imagination, and get on with their lives as best they can, often putting up with incredible torment in the process.  This is natural, but this also means that statistical the evidence I have at hand, or can gather, is severely blunted.

I can only give a very rough estimate, based on my experience.  In a few years time, I hope to be able to give more accurate statistics.  For example: in one small town I lived in (14,000 population), in a two-year period I was approached by twelve families that were having serious Neg-related problems, and frequently experiencing quite severe supernatural phenomena, including strong possession in adults and children; sometimes severe in the extreme.  This is your average small town, as found all over the world. Cities are probably much worse, but I am not a city dweller so can only guess.  I was almost killed a couple of times during this period, physically and metaphysically.  Keep in mind that at this time I was totally unknown, and I generally keep to myself, so all referrals were by way of word of mouth. I did not run any kind of practice, did not advertise, and did not go looking for these people. They were generally somehow just led to me, including a couple of door knockers trying to sell me stuff.

On average, about 10% of people seem to have very strong natural psychic shields (some form of natural immunity that is worth investigating?), and so are generally immune to all but the very highest levels of Neg influences and attacks. No person is 'totally' immune to all levels of Neg penetration.  You can take this type of person into a seriously disturbed house where absolute Hell is breaking loose, and they will attract no apparent Neg attention and will thus feel nothing at all. They will of course see and hear noticeable phenomena, as this does not depend upon psychic sensitivity. But whether they believe their own senses is quite another thing.

About 80% of people will at some time in their lives experience some kind of Neg related psychic influence or interference.  This is generally mild and usually goes unnoticed, and is of course discounted as totally normal or imaginary.  Included in this group are such things as spontaneous losing control during a night out with friends and alcohol and etc, shop lifting (where a normally honest person is Neg influenced to steal something, and cannot understand why they did it), and other types of reckless behavior such as reckless driving, having risky affairs, and damaging themselves, their relationships and families, in some way or other and in ways that are not like them and seem beyond their control at the time, eg, "I am not myself today", or "I can't believe I did that". All of this group will, unbeknownst to them, frequently fall under many spontaneous subtle influences throughout their lives, which contribute to all of the above possibilities. I know, this is the majority of humanity, what we call 'normal human life'.

About 10% of people will experience more significant interference and influence and heavier supernatural phenomena at some time in their lives. This is most noticeable in childhood where periods of night terrors and nightmares often take place; most especially between the ages of 2 to 6, but this can happen at any age. Again, most of this is discounted as being reasonably normal for life.

Note that about 3% of people (that we know of) experience regular nightmares and night terrors throughout their lives, as children and adults, with no history that might explain such nocturnal problems.  Hard psychological statistics are fairly well in line with my rough estimates here. If one reads through the scientific data on this, it is clear that science is really stretched to explain such phenomena. Here I am talking about really normal people with no other clinical symptoms of psychological problems but nocturnal disturbances that come and go mysteriously. So, this is usually glossed over and ignored by all professionals concerned as mild mental disturbance.  The available data on such cases is understandably minimal, and this is cited in the psychological documentation. No serious studies have been done on things such as night terrors and nightmares, etc.

(Please note that if you wish to verify my stats in this article, its easy, but you will need access to a university library and some knowledge of psychology and research. I do not plan to start providing formal bibliographies with my informal forum posts; not just yet:)  You will, however, find ample referencing  in my new book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense.

About 1% of people will experience more significant and noticeable psychic attack and Neg related problems than the above group, including varying degrees of possession and Neg related inner turmoil and mental problems. This will usually cause some degree of mental or emotional disturbance, varying from minor to severe, short or long term. Lives are damaged in varying degrees, and some are destroyed in the process. Compulsions are more severe, eg, reckless behavior, affairs and etc. Science is stretched to explain the case histories of this group.

About .1% (one in a thousand), will experience far more extreme Neg related problems, including strong psychic attack, influence and noticeable supernatural phenomena, and stronger degrees of possession. Childhood experiences will be more traumatic and the after-effects more lasting.  More severe mental and emotional disturbances are more likely amongst this group.  Science is stretched way beyond its design limits to explain.

If you take a country with say a 250 million population, and divide it by .1%, you end up with 2.5million people severely affected by Negs.

And scattered throughout the population (percentage unknown and/or unguessed) are those people who will experience very strong Neg related attacks and influences indeed, including becoming fully possessed at times (virtual puppetry).  They are often ruined as human beings, or forced to destroy themselves or their lives (and/or those they love) in some way or other (including all manner of compulsion addictions). I also include in this group those who develop serious mental illnesses and obsessions. I also include life-threatening diseases, as strong Neg interference and attachment inflicts not only spiritual pollution but also physical disease. The statistics involved with this are unknown, but could be significant, probably are -- I know they are.

And lastly, there are the more rare and noticeable types of Neg influences persons, who suddenly suicide or become crazed psycho killers (going postal), with no previous backgrounds of violence or depression or mental illness to explain their sudden, heavy-handed violent actions. These people are usually quickly locked away and heavily medicated, with no explanation given, barring the sudden onset of severe mental illness. (Note that brain tumors and chemical imbalances, as quoted by science by way of explanation, can be natural or caused by Neg related attachments; usually the latter in my experience, but this is unprovable at this time.  Which comes first, the chicken of the egg?).

In closing, I think back on all the children I have known who have experienced strong Neg related interference on a regular basis, who dread the coming of night and going to bed more than anything else.  Parents, knowing no better, tell them over and over that its all in their little heads, and to think happy thoughts and it will all be OK, eg, think of butterflies.  (Think of great big, huge, enormous butterflies that carry M16's and have the power to dispel all evil nocturnal visitors). But this does not work if serious Negs are involved.  Often, such parents themselves suffered painful Neg related nocturnal disturbances in childhood, and so are merely repeating what their own parents told them. In time, such children grow up into disturbed, unhappy adults who struggle with 'unquiet' inner realities that are discounted by 'normal people' and by science, as mere undiagnosed mental disorders. But it is so easy to circumvent such things, by using good parenting and a few 'basic' psychic countermeasures. To do otherwise, in my opinion, is a crime against humanity and all we hold dear.

Please feel free to disagree or disbelieve in what I say.  Burn my book if it disturbs you.  I really do not care either way, society being what it is.  But trust me when I say that the world will be a better place if it listens to people like myself, and takes on the heart of action. We are not cattle, to be milked and abused by unseen and unfriendly assailants.  We are human beings, and we have the right to be here and grow up and live and evolve as individuals, and as a race, without the unkind ministrations of common Neg manipulations and abuses.

If you have no conception or experience with serious Neg related problems, give thanks and count yourself lucky.  But for the grace of God, when you see a spiritually troubled person passing you by on your life's path, there go you. We are one another. How could it be otherwise?

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

I have made some extensive posts on the Sai Baba matter, under another forum topics.  But I can't find it.  Maybe someone can provide a friendly pointer to these posts?

Basically:  A number of allegations have been laid against Sai Baba over the years, including him being involved in multiple murder, fraud, extortion and even the sexual abuse of young male students (not children).  But no formal charges have ever been laid, and nothing has ever been proven.  The documents relating to this presented on some websites are almost impossible to verify for authenticity.  So all this must be put down to heresay, no matter how convincingly some websites may present these allegations.

Do not believe everything you read on the net.

I contacted the Sai Baba organization (a US branch), and inquired as to why no defense is offered against these allgations.  All Sai Baba followers have been given strict instructions to ignore these allegations and not to enter into discussions over same.  I have only found two  quotes by Sai Baba concerning this matter:

1. "Swami is pure."

2. "when you dig a big hole, you always end up with a big pile of dirt next to it."

Sai Baba prefers to turn the other cheek and ignore the dirt.

See other posts on same.

I would like to add that Sai Baba materializes before me, I know him and am a follower of his teachings and have great respect for him, we are one him and me.  I do not believe that any person capable of such a powerful materialization could be involved with any unspiritual activities.  This defies logic and experience regardless of the accusations laid against him. The wonderful man who appears before me, my spiritual friend could never be involved in such base human activities.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Forum Folks!

Just thought I'd drop in and throw a few pennies for thought...

I have had this debate with many people, and it is circular.  I am still waiting for anyone to present solid evidence based on experience and not belief and wishful thinking.

First, I would like to preface this post by suggesting that all who take offense to these PPSD related pages, and who accuse others of wallowing in darkness, catching fleas from dogs, and of creating evil beings because they dare to consider and discuss such matters, to avoid this section of the forums. These pages are for discussion of PPSD related matters, including evil spirits and etc.  They are also a place where people troubled by Negative spirit type problems can find help and advice. Open debate on these matters is always welcome, or course, but please ease up on the heresy charges and finger pointing, just because the subject matter herein does not fit in with personal beliefs on how the spiritual universe works.

If one follows the newage love and light approach too far, by refusing to acknowledge Negative entities and their activities, because you are afraid of creating and or attracting same into your life, you end up like a spiritual ostrich with its head firmly in the sand. This is both illogical and dogmatic, where open and progressive thought is required.  In time, if enough people followed the love and light approach to the exclusion of hard life experience and other viewpoints, all knowledge of the forces of darkness and their Neg minions would disappear, as would the few methods we have of avoiding and or defending against same.  But this would not stop the spread of darkness.  Nothing is ever learned about a subject if it is ignored and avoided.

Should we have the bible and other holy texts and spiritual books revised to remove all mention of hell and demons and darkness? Do you really think this would remove all evil spiritual beings from involvement with human life?  We know so little about these things, and even less about what can be done to help those afflicted with dark spiritual problems.  And our knowlege on these matters will not increase by avoiding the subject or burying it under an unworkable paradigm.  Sure, love and light do play a big part in spiritual existence, but this is not the be all and end all of everything.

This relates to the saying ' that the greatest thing the devil ever did was to convince humankind that he did not exist'.  Denying the existence of darkness simply gives it the freedom to do whatever it likes, and removes all hindrance to the spread of darkness.

It might seem like one could remove all evil spirits from this world, if one followed the love and light paradigm closely, and by ridding the world of everything that reminds us of evil, or that teaches us about same, so no one could ever think about it. But have you considered what this would do to the world if this paradigm were faulty? Note that I strongly believe this to be a faulty and unrealistic paradigm. Out of sight and out of mind does not necessarily make something disappear.  This just makes it easier to live with something one finds difficult to accept.

The belief that all Negative entities and evil spirits are insubstantial thought forms, created by some people having bad thoughts and unspiritual lives, is a totally unworkable paradigm.  However, this neatly fits in with the love and light paradigm, and seems to have been invented to cover up serious flaws in same. This is because the evidence of the existence and activities of Negative spirit entities cannot be denied without generous doses of wishful thinking and irrational denial.

As to the 'getting fleas by sleeping with dogs' thing, well, this is partly true.  Sure, if you associate with bad company you are more at risk of attracting Negative attention. But what about the numerous cases where people come under Neg attack for no discernable reason. They just happen.  Sure, you can say that all these are caused by 'other people's beliefs' creating and feeding Negs, but this theory does not hold water in the real world.  We need practical solutions, not high-minded spiritual theories best suited to the heavens and other exalted states of being.

It is very clear to me that Negative spirit beings are heavily involved in the karmic equation, with the application of same.  These beings are drawn to inflict negative karma on humans (suffering), just as all of humanity is involved in the application of karma to all other individuals. If this is correct, then it would be impossible to remove Negative entities through high-minded wishful thinking.  This would also be contrary to the laws of applied karma, and contrary to the purpose behind physical incarnation.  As I said in PPSD, if God wanted us to live lives of spiritual purity and security, He would not have put us down here in the physical universe in the first place. Did God make a mistake?  He would, instead, have put is in some lovely heavenly place where everyone is loving and nothing could ever hurt us. But the fact is that He chose to put us here in the dimension of hard life experience, Negs and all.  There must be a good reason for this.

I think it is much more realistic to work with what we have down here, rather than to rely on wishful thinking to fix everything about life that we don't like or can't accept.

Please keep in mind that I did not write PPSD just becaue I thought it would be a neat book to write, or because I dabbled and experimented with dark forces.  The content of PPSD evolved during a lifetime of ceaseless spiritual attack, that began when I was about 3 or 4 years old. I am not the only one who has lived such a life.  Read the books by Whitley Streiber, eg, 'Transformation' and 'Communion', where he speaks of similar things, albeit from a different perspective.  But it is very clear to me that Whitley and I are talking about exactly the same thing.  What he calls 'visitors', I call 'Negs'. They are one and the same.  I would also like to point out that most of the great saints in history also lived lives of strong spiritual attack.  This even includes the dear departed 'Mother Teresa', who struggled against darkness all her life, and underwent a number of church exorcisms.

Any person who makes a strong spiritual statement with their life (or has potential to do same) will immediately attract the forces of darkness in some way or other.  This will often happen many years before such a life statement is even conceived, often in early childhood.  The reasons for this are two fold:  one can be likened to how positive and negative attract, how natural enemies (or predator and prey) gravitate towards each other.  The other reason is that to succeed in making significant spiritual progress, resistence is necessary. Neg forces provide the necessary resistence that allows a person to go beyond their normal mortal limits, to reach new heights of spiritual awareness and accomplishment, eg, spiritual evolution.

If my past were changed, so that all dark spiritual attacks were removed, I would not be the same person I am today. I would certainly not have written any significant books or even be writing this post today. The difficulties and torment involved with my life, including dark spiritual attacks, have not only driven me in a particular direction, but have driven me to learn, to adapt, to grow stronger and wiser, and to overcome same.

Take care, Robert.

G'day!

Demons and other strong types of evil spirit are master psycholgists, telepaths and hypnotists. Hypnotic power (which is mind to mind domination) is how they exert influences.  They know the human mind and its weaknesses like the backs of their hands. One of their greatest advantages is human belief that they do not exist, that its all in the mind of the human concerned. Because of this, they will usually back off during a confrontation so the victim will not become aware of them. This is what normally happens when a person says they have defeated a demon or whatever mind to mind.  But, its a completely different picture when the Neg is deliberately attacking a human who knows they exist. The gloves come off then, so to speak.

Also, there are many types and levels of Neg, and some are quite weak. Some of these will pretend to be big, scary demons, but are easily vanquished.  Its very difficult to tell what you are up against unless you have the psychic abilities and experience to tell what is what.

Even a low order demon, say a common legionaire, has a stronger mind and level of consciousness than a human. This type can be compared with a low order angel.  Any human who is actually stronger, unaided mind to mind, than this type of being, demon or angel, cannot be human because all humans have their limitations.

But this is not to say that such evil beings cannot be defeated.  They can be beaten, but not unaided.

How strong Negs possess and torture humans is scientifically explainable.

Human nerves respond to thought, normally the thoughts of the person involved.  Thoughts create subtle EM fields that affect nerves, which in turn generate biochemical signals that cause other nerves to respond. In this way, complex movements and other bodily functions are caused by the human brain/mind.

A stronger mind, such as a demon or similar, can generate stronger and more focused thoughts than a human, especially an untrained human mind. The stronger thought overcomes the weaker thought and causes nerves to react in different ways, or to perform independently without the host mind's directions. In this way, a strong Neg mind can influence, control, even possess, a human being, depending on the Neg's strength and skill.  Pain can also be caused in this way, as well as physical movement, through direct nerve induction.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

My new book contains a great deal of information about how to avoid psychic attack and Neg related problems. It also contains quite a number of my personal encounters with Negs, as well as some case histories involving other people I've known and or helped. It also provides a fair bit of insight into my life and why I do what I do and how I came to be who I am.

PPSD also contains a fair bit of totally knew knowledge, (new discoveries that are previously unheard of).  For example, you would be forgiven for buying PPSD solely for cosmetic reasons, as it provides a previously unknown method for removing skin blemishes, eg, moles and nevus and etc, with nothing more than a ballpoint pen.

Putting the book in a glass case is just a metaphor, meaning if you don't like what you read, you can keep it under glass until you have need of it.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

Just how running water affects negs is unclear.  But it is known that the quality and movement of water have an effect. This either hurts them or drains them of energy.

More testing is needed on all these things. But this is difficult to do as one has to seek real life opportunities, often in life or death situations.

As for the building and its water pipes in question, I suggest you get a map of the building and stick coloured pins in it showing sightings. You may find the pins collect in certain areas, maybe areas free of running water as your earlier letter suggests. You should find some areas that are totally free of sightings. These would be worth examining.

The ghost 'Carl' may move about by hitching rides with humans.

As said, this is a cloudy area as not enough is known about spirit types and their individual methods and limitations. But we now at least have 'something' to work with, in that negative type spirits do indeed have some physical limitations.

Negs are known to attack other Negs, eg, like where a demon is used to attack and remove another demon, which is a common magical practice. It is known, and quite obvious, that Negs of any type do not work well in groups; thank goodness.

Neg motivations are very difficult to ascertain, as is their psychology.  Their minds and motivations are vastly different from humans, experience tells me. But they have advanced human psychology skills and abilities, that much is very clear, especially the more advanced types.

As for what happens during a direct mind to mind confrontation with a demon, well, its not a pretty picture.  Your willpower is quickly reduced to zero, and your mind is quickly polluted by terrible thoughts that are not your own. The pressure is relentless, like a hurricane wind. This can also be very painful, as it can cause very strong cramps all through the body. By strong, I mean cramps that tear muscles and flesh. Terrible head pain and pressure is also quite common.

I hope to learn more about all these matters in the future, hopefully in less dramatic and less painful ways than has so far been my lot in life.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

Glad to hear the new book is getting around and making an impression.

Please note that, as per my introduction, I did not write PPSD to be a popular book. It is designed to help real people with real problems. Much of its content is contraversial because of this. But everything in the book works and can be supported.  Some things you might have expected to find within its pages have not been included, either because they do not work, or because they are unsuitable for the average person.

Some people have suggested that PPSD be kept under glass, like a fire axe, with bold red words across it saying 'In case of psychic attack, break glass'. This is a fair comment.

As for personal spiritual security, well, this is a difficult subject for many to discuss at any depth, and I have made my views on this clear in the book.  Spiritual protection is highly variable, dependent on many factors, and is not given by default at birth to every human child as is commonly believed.

A good way of looking at unseen Neg problems is to consider the wilderness or the ocean.  As above, so below, is very apt. Both contain many predators that can at times attack, damage and even kill humans. But humans learn fast and work out ways to avoid or defend against such predators.  This is no different with unseen spiritual predators and antagonists.  But once they are recognized, ways can be found to circumvent their detrimental anti-human activities. I sincerely hope that my book adds to the pool of human knowledge on this subject, so more and more ways can be found to increase spiritual security for the human race.

Negs seem to serve a purpose in life.  They provide natural resistance to spiritual evolution, without which progress would be impossible.  They also seem to be part of the natural selection process, in that they tend to weed out the weaker elements amongst us.

Some of this may be very uncomfortable to consider for many, but I refuse to fall prey to wishful thinking, propagate error, and make up feel-good stories to mask the truth. I really wish I could make people feel more comfortable about these matters, but while I have done my best to desensationalize much of the nastier stuff, the truth is the truth and I will not deny it.

Take care, Robert.

I suggest you look very carefully at the rituals you have been doing for defense.  These may give you a clue to what happened.  You seem to have experienced a type of possession, a good type given the circumstances. Humans can be possessed by both good and bad spirits, demons and angels, etc.  The same subtle mechanisms are employed by both types.

I suggest that a high order good spirit or angel possessed you during your OBE and banished the woman.  This woman is most probably a witch, with long links to dark witchcraft down the ages (past life stuff), and so is a powerful enemy.  Do not underestimate her.  She may not know a great deal in this life, but she obviously has dark connections that are empowering her. Be on your guard.

I suggest you break off all contact with this woman (this is rule #1 with all forms of psychic attack where the attacker can be identified).

I also suggest you do some core image work to remove the 'connection' that is most probably in place.

You might like to get a copy of my new book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense, which has just been 'released', and is now available on Amazon.com and etc.

You might also like to run this by my friend Nita (see Nita's articles and contact details on my website). Nita specializes in this kind of thing and her work is very effective.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

I have never seen the entity in question (dare we call him... Freddy?), but given its wide spread, I posit this is some kind of arch type form. This means that any number of spiritual entities, good and bad and all the range between, could take this form.

The description seems typical of early christian ministers in the USA, a hundred or more years ago.

Given the mysterious and somewhat sinister and intimidating nature of this form, I would not think any entity using it would have totally good intentions. I suggest this form be banished until such time as it proves its orientation (good or bad) and good intentions.

Good spirits, in my experience, do not use such mysterious forms, and they will definitely not intimidate new projectors by appearing near them during an OBE exit.  When this happens, I suggest 'Freddy' be treated as a 'dweller on the threshold' type entity, and confronted, banished or ignored.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

As said, I have read just about everything on the net concerning the allegations against Sathya Sai Baba, and have commented on this in another post. I have yet to see one shred of credible evidence.  There are also, as previously said, serious flaws in many of the allegations and  'expose' stories online, and although some 'seem' like they contain real-life formal compaints to the authorities, it would be extremely difficult for anyone to verify if these are actually real documents or not.  So, in all fairness, everything on the net posted against Baba must be considered unsubstantiated hearsay.

I have contacted the Sathya Sai Baba in the USA, and had some conversations with officials, concerning what they consider to be the ongoing anti Baba propaganda war.  They will not openly comment on the allgations because they have a direct order from Sathya Sai Baba to ignore the slander, which has been in force for several years at least.

Sathya Sai Baba's two main comments when queried about this are:

1. Swami is pure.

2. When you did a big hole, you will always get a big pile of dirt next to it.

I would have to say that the action of 'turning the other cheek', which is recommended by Sathya Sai Baba to all his supporters and devotees when faced with such allegations, does not sound like the action of an international criminal or sexual deviate.

In closing this conversation, I would also have to say that the experience I had with Sathya Sai Baba, where he materialized before me (I was awake and my eyes were wide open) does not support said allegations to be real.  The ability to do such a thing is a highly advanced spiritual act.  I would have put it down to wishful-thinking causing a desire-based hallucination, if I had been a devotee. But I was not then, nor am I now or have ever been, a Baba devotee. At the time of this experience, I had barely even heard of Baba.  (A friend of mine had shown me a book and some pictures, and a video, of Baba, several months earlier, that's all).  In matters like this, I must follow my personal experience and my heart.  So, I choose not to believe that the slander leveled against Baba has any truth behind it. It just does not fit the personality and aura of the wonderful being who materialized before me that day.

Take care, Robert.

G'day SteppenWolf!

You may be surprised to hear that I have never actually investigated past lives, mine or anyone elses.

Did you know that the Deli Lama does not remember any past lives...

I suggest you read my online article 'Reincarnation, not so simple', as this gives my view on past lives, which is an extremely complex issue to say the least.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Ashfo!

Thanks for your help.

I don't think that writing to Baba's critics will do much good.  But it will be interesting to see if you get any replies, and if they do reply their comments can be used.

My plan is to gather as much information and truth as I can, and then create a counter Baba expose' website.  This will clearly offer the alternative viewpoint, and all the counter information, to present the truth as best we can find.  I will list this under the same key words the expose sites use, so when the subject is searched the counter site will appear high in the search result list. This is the very least we can do.  And who knows where this will lead.

Take care, Robert.

G'day Folks!

Thanks Ashfo, as I am snowed under with work and life's little problems and distractions, I would greatly appreciate any help with the research, which  would amount to a counter expose' or the Baba expose'.

If anyone has the url of an official Baba site, or better a contact email for one of his representatives on the net, please fwd it to me.  I would like to find out 'their' side of the story as well.

Take care, Robert.
