I haven't heard the true definition of "Spiritual Law", in reference to this banishment (I'll ask my friend), although I seem to place it with the Spiritual Laws, such as Law of Intent, Law of Attraction, Law of Deliberate Creation, Law of Allowing, etc. http://www.abraham-hicks.com

My thoughts are that God made these Spiritual Laws AND I am willing to redefine this *belief* as I gain more knowledge about God, Heaven (Astral), our true spiritual nature, etc. ... perhaps we contributed to the creation of these laws.

Thanks for sharing your experience ... there are many possibilities as to *who* or *what* it is.  From you description, it could be an Earth-bound Spirit (dead person who hasn't *passed on* ... Hawaiian Kahunas called these things "Eating Companions").

I've encountered various Astral Wildlife while out and used a couple of methods for removal, one of which a good friend told me about.

In one experience, I had a *ghost* cloudy aparition attach to my neck.  I tugged I pulled, it held on and stretched.  Finally, I asked Arch Angel Michael for assitance and it promptly vanished POOF! ... it was gone.  This is one option ... ask for angelic assistance ... BE SPECIFIC with what you want!

In another experience, I was OBE at my Father-in-Law's.  I became aware of two pale white 2-foot long X 4-inch diameter "eels" attached to my back on the Lat muscles.  I reached around, grabbing each one in a hand, tugged, they were securely attached.  So, I used the following BANISHMENT RITUAL taught to me by a friend ...

"According to SPIRITUAL LAW, I BANISH you from my presence, to NEVER EVER RETURN."  THIS IS REPEATED 3 TIMES (3's have some significance in the Astral ... I don't know why).

After repeating the banishment 3 times, the eels simply disappeared with a POOF! and were gone.  I've used this banishment at other times.

What do you all think about the following IDEA?

Next time an entity attaches to you, immediately GO TO FOCUS 27.  If the entity is an Earth-bound Spirit, then you should be performing a Soul-Retrieval for them, doing them a favor.  If the entity is *something* else, then I would think that the guardians at Focus 27 wouldn't allow the entity entrance ... of course, they might not allow you entrance because of the attachment ... perhaps Frank can shed some light on this?!

Lastly, twelve years ago, I was attacked 3 times, in my sleep, by *something* and, looking back, I now realize that I was OBE during those experiences.  I'm still uncertain what this/these *attackers* were ... they weren't *passive* in their attack mode ... they were highly agressive.  Each time *it* attacked, I MENTALLY REBUKED IT in the name and authority of Christ, doing so with intense emotion and focused intent, and ... each time *it* retreated from attack.  After the 3rd time, I asked God for protection ... and received a Guardian in my dream, who was there with me and for me.  Nothing has ever tried attacking me *that way* since then.  This is food for thought.

So true, Windamier, so true!  I haven't made it a priority to *contact* my wife while Projecting, and with the *responses* I get from *her* in the Astral, I am about 75% sure that I'm not *wishing* a *facsimilie* of her to appear.  Mostly, my INTENT in projecting is the contact a best friend, who knows that I project.  Other times, I'm INTENT on visiting Focus 27.

I'm sure as I progress along this "Road less travelled" and gain higher mental awareness and controlled emotional output, as well as focused Intent while OBE, I'll be able to make much better *contact* with my wife, as well as with others ... of course, then there are those whom I would prefer to avoid *contact* with in the Astral.

Yes, I reviewed your other thread ideas on *being* multi-dimensional.  Interesting and from experiences I've had so far, I have to agree.  I've interacted with my wife and our neighbor in the Astral, multiple times, with *clues* that the experiences ARE more REAL than dreams.  It just dawned on me that those experiences tell me a whole lot more about my wife's and my neighbor's inner selves, than they show on the outside (especially the neighbor).

I also agree with you on the INTENT factor.

I would really love for my wife to become Lucid during one of these experiences, or get her Consciously REMEMBER the experience when she wakes up!  In order for me to *really do that* I need to gain better control and awareness during my projections ... on a consistent basis.

The closest I've come to physical proof, thus far is this.  I attempt to visit a friend's house 3-1/2 blocks away, when projecting in the RTZ ... I've never made it there ... yet!

What I have discovered, is the while heading across the neighbor's back yard, one morning at 5:30am, I noticed the flicker of a TV screen thru her backroom window.  During the OBE, I thought this to be odd and that it was an OBE/Dream fluctuation ... that it WASN'T TRUE ... because (1)  This was here bedroom ... (2) It was 5:30am and she doesn't seem to get up early as she is a night owl ... and (3) I've never seen a TV screen flicker from that window since she moved in ... and (4) that the previous owner used to have a TV flicker through that window ... so I thought I was CREATING the experience of seeing a TV screen flicker.

Long-story-short, I have since confirmed, by visiting her house ... that the rear room is a *Den* or *Family Room* ... not a bedroom ... and that it has a TV in it.  I've also been able to confirm, multiple times, that she watches TV at 5:00am-6:00am in the morning, while I am outside exercising at this time of the morning.  Lastly, from my wife talking with her, I've discovered that she is somewhat of an insomniac, having sleeping problems, which is probably why she is up watch TV then.

So, that's the most physical proof I have!

On a side note, I wonder if she has OBE abilities.  One morning when projecting, I perceived a small black-haired *girl* standing in her back yard, looking at me as I was trying to *get it together* as I floated sporadically around my back yard.  My neighbor is a small petite 22-yr old with short black hair.  Also, she has on multiple occasions *shown up* in my dreams and *acted* in ways that make one wonder if that was *more than a dream*.

Here's my 2-cents worth on guides ... it's not much, but it's a start.  A couple of months back, I verbally set the intent of "meeting my guide for the purpose of introductions and that the meeting would occur in a neutral place (for both of us)."  That's it, pretty much verbatim.

So, I'm dreaming I am inside some house, become aware that I am dreaming and *stretch* my arms up through the ceiling, grabbing hold of the rafters, pulling my self up into the attic of this house.  I then am instantly travelling through *black space* at warp speeds and then stop in what appears to be an indoor shopping mall.  Walking around are all of my old highschool classmates ... I'm now 29 ... everyone looking young.  Then, this 50's looking petite lady walks up.  She's wearing a cream/kahki robe.  She has salt-n-pepper hair (black,white,grey) that is somewhat ancient Egyptian-cut and just above shoulder length.  She introduces herself as "Tambrina" (best I can recall) and proceeds to chat with me, I listening attentively (automatically), like listening to a "teacher".  She tells me that she is appointed to me and that Satan http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_evil.gif" border=0> has someone appointed to me as well (that's interesting!?).  She proceeds to hand me a bracelet made of leather string and small purpleish stones/crystals ... it's for protection.  After that, I end up interacting with my old classmates in this mall.

Besides that *experience*, in a dream, I met a young, friendly, energetic and happy lady by the name of "Berea."  She was probably in her 20's.  Had long sandy-blonde/light brown hair that went to the middle of her back.  She was dressed in a late 1800's or early 1900's white dress and had her hair pulled back in a pretty hair style where the sides are pulled back and twisted, then placed in a barrett that allows all the hair to flow down the back.  I don't know if she is a guide or what, but the dream stuck out as important.

For what it's worth, when I VERBALLY set the intent to *meet my guide*, I did so with powerful emotions of wanting to meet ... I think that helped fuel the fire of my INTENT to meet.

Yes, I agree with this!  My first two spontaneous OBEs (last Christmas) occured after taking an pain killer/muscle relaxer, which I WON'T mention due to it's addictive properties.  Unlike most people, I don't get the sleepy side effects of this *drug* ... it just relaxes me A LOT.  Anyways, I relaxed to the point that I had the Body Asleep Mind Awake state ... and it was Lucid Dreams and then OBEs from there!

I'm currently reading an Edgar Cayce book on the Dead Sea Scrolls.  Edgar Cayce has a pretty interesting Life Story.  Long story short, he became known as the Sleeping Prophet, because while asleep, he would *travel* to the Hall of Records (The Library, The Akashic Records, etc.) and would channel information thru his physical body to those who asked questions.  For years, he used this gift to help people with phyiscal ailments ... giving *readings* that contained medical details and cures ... until someone asked about past lives ... and a whole new era of information sharing was born!

That's an interesting question ... which was debated clear back in the 1st century, by early Christians.  Apparently, there were some Christians who thought that, since they have forgiveness in Christ, that it was a "free pass" to just go ahead and sin ... because after all, they're forgiven, so what's the difference?  These Christians were abusing their "freedom" and totally missed Jesus point of "Do unto others what you would have them do unto you" ... which is basically Karmic Law (what goes around, comes around).

I've learned first hand, that if you continue to commit acts that hurt others (specific others), that eventually, they won't be very willing to forgive you ... because your actions speak louder than words.

I also agree with David about BELIEFS.  They form the boundaries by which you differentiate amongst all things.  Because of BELIEFS, and EACH INDIVIDUAL having them, the *things* in Life aren't so CUT-AND-DRY.  If you look around you, you'll quickly see how both individual and group BELIEFS affect the world, both positively and negatively ... depending on belief and cultural acceptance of that belief.

That is a truly beautiful experience you describe ... makes me jealous and joyous at the same time!

I started having OBE's last year, during the Christmas break ... and all I can say is "WOW! WOW! WOW!" and "Holy Cow!" What an experience it was to first unintentionally enter (not planned at all) into a Wake Induced Lucid Dream ... then another WILD ... then suddenly appear to be looking at the ceiling, as if I was laying on my back, when I was physically on my left side, in fetal position ... all the while being fully conscious of this 'discrepancy'. So, I focus on the ceiling, thinking I'm Lucid Dreaming (no OBE vibes at all) ... and suddenly I float up and bump-stop with my nose to the ceiling. It's at this point I realize that I'm Out of Body. Shortly there after, I'm back 'inside' my body in 'no man's land' with zero visual ... complete blackness ... this leads up to my next OBE, which piggy-backed the first one.

So, I now *feel like* I'm positioned face down (still physically in fetal position) so I 'will' myself up and away from my body. As I 'go up and away' my body is represented by a dim gold starburst " * " that's far off and away. I know that my wife is lying beside me, so I move to my left ... no visual ... I move farther left ... there's her starburst " * " far below. So, I will myself down to her and occupy the SAME SPACE. That was an interesting feeling, a feeling of merging our two bodies into one 'mass' ... kind of like a Star Trek transporter that mixed our patterns as one, during a malfunction!

These simple experiences have had a profound impact on me spiritually ... interesting how God works that way, eh?!

My heart chakra reacts similarly to negativity, anger, rage, fear, etc ... to the point that I feel *physical/emotional pain* in my heart area.

Perhaps the Crown Pull would help you to alleviate that build-up in your Crown Chakra.  If you're interested, I can post up detailed instructions on performing it.

Yes, I have used the SIT-UP technique a couple of times.  One time I did it, I came out with such force, it was like I shot up and out of my body.  http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_shock.gif" border=0>  It was actually quite funny to review the experience afterwards ... because I had hang time about 5 feet up and was in a position similar to what a track & field long jumper would be in in mid air ... legs parallel to ground, hands outstretched toward toes all ben forward (torso over legs).  With the "hang time" it was like gravity was almost null ... so now I know what it's like to be an astronaut in Zero-G! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>  It was a way cool experience.  I finally "struggled" to *upright* myself and get my feet on the ground ... since I am not used to that sort of thing! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_tongue.gif" border=0>

Come to think of it, I used this technique THREE times.  The third time was even more odd!  I sat up in bed and as I did, I pivoted/twisted at the waist so that I was sitting up, but now was sideways to my body.  I was still sitting so that my Astral Body was intersecting my Physical body at the waist.  I was turned and looking at my wife.  Again, this time, I sat up with such force and speed, that I could feel the centrifugal forces on my Astral Body!http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>

All three times were done from an sleep-induced OBE state ... I.E. ... I would become aware from a sleeping state that I was *ready* for OBE.
