Something to consider-

Both perspectives are necessary to learning the expansiveness and adaptability of our consciousness. The Physical-based perspective tells us that a conscious, controlled exit is the preferred method to learn. But a semi-conscious or subconscious Lucid Dream exit is also very, if not equally, important. The Lucid Dream method requires submitting to the sleep and dream process, then subliminally recognizing and gaining sufficient awareness/lucidity to take control and convert the dream into an OBE and moving on from there. This is advancement from an NP perspective.

Think about which perspective is ultimately more important.

Our consciousness/awareness is, we begin to realize, at least, a two-sided thing: the Physical and the Non-Physical. Any advancement in one is beneficial to the other.

Both need exercise to move forward in greater numbers of dimensions.

Stillwater-

Fire. Yes! My body was heated up and charged intensely, but my eyes! It just felt like a wonderful fire pouring forth from them!

The Upanishadic Hindu aspect. Yes, that left me perplexed for many years because Tomas left his job only a few weeks later and I never had the chance to find out more. I didn't see him again until 12 years later; we promised each other to get together and discuss it over a beer, but that never occurred either. Like Kzaal wrote, with some of these people we only get the one experience and then they move on beyond our local world.

...a galaxy far away...my little tongue-in-cheek play on a certain movie, but your point on pure symbols and abstractions is an interesting insight.

Kzaal-

...Your neck turns red and you are in sweat but the atmosphere gets insanely powerful...Yeah, you got it! Talk about waking up the energy body!

That is an interesting point about the throat chakra activating and the nearly subconscious following/repetition of his words. I remember that now! At certain points, even though I didn't know or understand the words, I was not simply repeating but was almost in unison with him.

And yes, only this one experience between us, then we lost contact; as if Life had put us together for this one moment to share and learn.

Thanks to both of you for the comments!

The process of moving towards a good, fairly conscious exit can involve many small steps. It can become recognizably frustrating and slow to a point where you seriously begin to question whether it is actually progressing at all. This is probably a series of tests; I can't fully explain it, you simply have to persevere; keep trying different methods. This teaches us many things.

Middle of the day attempts can introduce its own peculiarities, different from other times.

My best advice at this point is that whatever is presented to you, simply go with it and don't resist anything. Simple resistance is a big, early test. There is the first test, then the other part may be finding your natural inclination to certain energetic pathways. And even when you find a good one, it will change and evolve over time.

If you felt like you could have "fallen out of your body and fallen over backwards" then that was the perfect sensation to have let yourself experience. That would have been a successful exit. You take it however you get it. Just trust that no matter what is going on, you are safe and protected. There are so many possible exit experiences that we cannot explain them all. This is our uniqueness...! This is the wonder of the search! The value of the discovery! Would we have it any other way? Do we want it handed to us like a spoiled dessert?

You are at your own personal edge of Infinity...the next move is yours...

Also, you must begin to think of your Intention...what do you want to do when you are "out"? This is a very significant idea at this point.

One possibility may be that the name was a dream trigger, designed to make you question its validity within the dream, realize you were dreaming and thus, gain greater awareness. It appeared within your last dream of the night and was strong enough that you questioned it upon awakening.

Have you been trying for greater  NP or dream awareness lately?

I have had many remarkable experiences in the Non-Physical realities. I have detailed some of them on this forum.

I have also had several that took place in my everyday Physical experience. I have seen a ghost; I have encountered a UFO close-up and there are a few other occurrences that I will delay comment on. This is one where I encountered an energy that was simply undeniable.

A long time ago, in a galaxy that seems far away now, in my early twenties, I worked for a new car sales and repair facility. Every December, a number of us volunteered to perform a physical audit of the parts department, which consisted of counting some 20,000 parts and reconciling this count with the computer-generated Master list. Spark plugs, brake pads, clutches, light bulbs, hoses...that sort of thing. This audit process would take most of the day and involved about 15-18 of us working mostly in pairs.

In the morning, we chose partners and I pretty quickly realized that one individual was being ignored by the others, kind of the 'last one picked for the team' type of issue. He was a recently hired mechanic who spoke Spanish and only very broken English. I had only barely met the guy and figured he was from somewhere in South America. As it narrowed down to the final pairings, I spoke up and said that I would work with 'Tomas'. He nodded at me and we got our parts list and set to work. We didn't talk much except to call out part numbers and confirm the counts.

As a bit of personal history, I was already familiar with some Theosophical and Kabbalistic theory; also Robert Monroe's first two books (the third not yet written) and a few of the other then-current OBE books. Also, beginning when I was sixteen, I had started reading the works of Carlos Castaneda which described his ongoing training under the direction of a Latin American shaman, Don Juan. In this training, various techniques in sorcery were discussed including the Arts of Stalking, Dreaming and Seeing, and Cultivating a Warrior's Attitude and developing the Second Attention. It has long been debated as to whether Castaneda actually had these experiences or simply created the stories as works of entertaining fiction. If it was purely fiction, then he did a remarkable job of synthesizing some of the most remarkable subtle aspects of consciousness and perception, and possibly drawn these from one or more disciplines.

Of course, Tomas had no prior knowledge of my metaphysical interests.

So it came as a bit of a surprise a couple hours later when he paused, very intensely looked at me, smiled and said, "You see."

I instantly suspected the meaning of what he was telling me and responded, "If I understand what you mean, then I wish that was the case, but I don't have much of that ability."

Nodding his head and smiling, he said, "No, I can tell. You 'see'. We talk later."

At noon, the teams broke for lunch. I invited Tomas into an empty office to continue our discussion. I honestly cannot remember much of the conversation. For one thing, his English was so hard for me to follow and he was obviously having difficulty choosing words to describe the concepts he was trying to convey. Basically, he described 'seeing' as the sensing of a things' inner nature, its energy, its vibration, its essence. Then he began speaking of the energy of Love and how it radiated from the Divine Source/God and how it permeated everything in existence, ultimately uniting our consciousness with that of the Divine.

I was having to concentrate very hard, focusing on his words. I began to notice the cadence. As I did so, I began to realize that he was purposely creating this cadence and rhythm with his speech. I realized that it was having a hypnotic effect on me and I chose to let it take me deeper. I also realized that I was noticing his breathing. He said, "Good. You have noticed my breathing. Relax your mind, follow my words. 'See' my breath. This is Prana. Energy comes from breath (he pronounced it brauth). He continued talking and I followed his breathing. It looked like he was putting a great deal of focus and concentration into the effort. Each breath originated from the area of his abdomen and slowly, rhythmically traveled upward, expanding into his chest, pulsing upward through his neck and was released or set forth through his open mouth. He wasn't speaking as much now, but when he did, I couldn't even understand a word; I'm not sure I was even supposed to understand at this point. The reason may have been my depth of trance or his changing vocalization or perhaps some of both. The strange, subtle cadence was still there but all the words ran together like a single lengthy phrase or mantra. I could feel my trance moving still deeper.

His breathing slowly progressed, not in speed but in the volume of air he seemed to push through his system. His abdomen seemed to expand even more as his chest did; and the 'pulse' of air that worked it's way upward became larger than humanly possible. His neck visibly bulged on one side as the 'pulse' of air moved through it; this was not a small bulge, I'm talking of his neck volume increasing 30-45 percent as the bulge moved through it. For a minute or so, this had the effect of making me almost nauseous, but I was able to move beyond the effect and recover my composure. This has always been a strange, unexplained aspect of the experience.

I had lost all sense of time. Eventually, I realized that he was no longer speaking and his breathing had relaxed more towards normal. Suddenly, I realized that the environment of the office had changed considerably: It was like the heat had been turned up to 120 degrees F. And yet, it wasn't heat, it was something else. Words barely begin to describe it.

The energy was totally overwhelming...and yet it was and wasn't...it is there in any second you choose to look for it...

Loving, supporting, comforting...and totally beyond all that. All around me and WITHIN me. I was floating within it and soaked through by it. The loving warmth, the support, the acceptance, the un-demanding, un-asking, completely-yielding, YET un-deniable, un-questionable, Impossiblity of Otherness, Simple Oneness that is...

For probably twenty minutes, I caught that waveform, and hung with it; I can tell you that YES, it is there...

That's the best I can give you: the rest is only details...

I looked at Tomas and asked, "What is this energy? How did you do this?" He smiled and said, "I did not do this myself. You and I did this together. This is Love, God's Love. Is it not wonderful?!"

We sat  in silence for a time and just soaked it in. There was nothing more to be said or done. I was in a state of being...

Pure Unconditional Love

                                      ______________________________________________________________

Outside in the corridor, we could hear people starting back to work and we realized the entire lunch hour had elapsed. As we left the office, Tomas looked into my eyes, grinned and said, "Your eyes are on fire with Love!"

He walked back into the Parts department and I wandered up the hallway; I wasn't even sure where I was going; I was still pretty heavily 'tranced' and charged up with incredible energy. As I walked past the cashier's booth, there was a person in a clown's costume (this was a Saturday and we often employed a clown to entertain the children); The clown teasingly asked me if I knew her..."Don't you know me.?" It was a girl I had worked with in a previous job, a few years before. I had actually introduced her to the OBE concept a few years before. We had had several partnered projections.

She looked close into my eyes and said, "Your eyes are simply blazing!!

I pretty much lost the rest of the afternoon....

Dreaming is a great technique that can be working for you on a subconscious level on a nightly basis. Remind yourself to remember your dreams every night and your desire to become lucid in them. Suggest to yourself to notice dream triggers, obvious incongruities that can signal you to realize you are dreaming. Keep a dream journal as this has many benefits to it.

Simple affirmations can be very helpful in programming your mind for all these things. Keep them short, simple, positive and present tense, as if the thing already exists, such as "I remember my dreams every night."
"I recognize dream triggers and become fully aware."

Try each one for a week or two, repeat them 3 times every night and see if that helps to prime the pump.

Projecting through your dreams (DILD -Dream Induced Lucid Dream) is a perfectly valid form and will provide you with other information which will help you with employing other techniques.

Early on I looked for Guides and any kind of communication, and got nothing. Finally, in 2010, I got something unexpected.

When I visited my dad shortly after his passing, there was a young guy within the periphery of my vision, sitting on a desk, just observing...I think he probably assisted me in getting to that level to visit my dad; it was foggy enough and my awareness was so noticeably stretched that I know I didn't get there all by myself. Somebody did me a favor to get there.

In my Fieldtrip experience, someone obviously telepathically communicated with me several times, explaining some of what I was seeing, then put me into a simulation/experience, then pulled me out when I became too deeply immersed and was losing control. That was a great experience with a Guide.

In my Back to School experience, I met them straight up and had some excellent interaction. I understood these were Helpers/Instructors/Guides of some sort.

In the Grass,Gravel and an old Friend experience, I accepted the situation at face-value and didn't understand, until Szaxx pointed it out to me, that this was another simulation/test...then it was quickly obvious to me; and apparently I did pretty well operating on a very instinctive level that they put me into. Also, in retrospect, the design and construct of this simulation by some outside force (Guidance) was incredibly apparent.

They definitely seem to engage us through different methodologies. It just adds to the wonderment of it all!

Hello norby12,
Welcome to the Pulse!

I will try and give you some ideas.

The dream you had technically qualifies as a type of OBE/AP...it's a Non-Physical environment where you recognize a certain degree of awareness; you are focused somewhere other than your physical. The key here is to learn to increase your level of awareness, in whatever environment you find yourself. And you did this to a pretty good degree: you gained enough awareness to recognize where you were, then you tried to fly and accomplished that to some degree (I have to admit to flapping my arms a few times, early on lol), then you recognized the constraints of the room you were within (this was a test and you figured out part of it, the next part is to figure how to get out of the room) and another thing is to realize how well you were operating on an instinctive level. Nicely done!

Seeing astrals and finding your friend may have to wait awhile; but who knows? If you can ask in the proper manner, the visit may be granted to you. Otherwise, there are a lot of preliminaries we have to work through before we get the grander adventures.

Why you are having problems transitioning into the Non-Physical can be like a hundred different things; we are all pretty different and unique. Take the time to read through the various methods that are "stickies" at the top of each board; something may resonate with you.

The toughest method is to expect to just lay down at anytime and consciously project 20 minutes later. Instead, my advice is to look for opportunities where your body is tired, but not SO tired that it will drag your consciousness down with it. Therefore, make an attempt after 3 or 4 hours of sleep...or try setting the alarm for 1.5 or 2 hours before your normal wake time, or an afternoon nap...you have to be on the lookout for that perfect balance between a certain physical tiredness and your consciousness' readiness to stay awake and aware. When you find that moment of balance and you feel your physical slide off into sleep while you stay aware, then just stay calm and patiently observe how the process happens...take this as far as you can for a few tries...then feel free to ask some more questions.

You are doing fine.

EV

Yes...it can be done, but seems rare. It may depend heavily on Intent or Connection or possibly the intervention of Guides. I did it early on but must admit there may have been outside forces I was unaware of.

The difficulty occurs to me that it may be a simple function of aligning frequencies, like tuning a radio to 105.3 and hearing a totally different station at 105.5...you both may get to the next dimension or general wavelength but that final tuning/alignment is still critical.

Just an idea...which is open to refinement...lol
#936
A few can do this, most cannot. With a good number of experiences, the percentage can change a little.

For the rest of us, we have to find opportunities when we may discover that the link between our awareness and our body can be consciously disconnected. This natural opportunity occurs most often in the middle of the night, early morning or daytime nap events. Early on it is often an experimental and accidental occurrence; later on, a certain ability is understood and can be applied other times to greater success.

It's not something you just try once or twice and then get bored with...for most, it takes a considerable degree of commitment; if you are unwilling to commit even a small amount of effort towards this, then just don't bother in the first place.

Welcome to the Pulse metaphysicist,

The early-morning technique you are describing is often the most productive technique even for more experienced projectors such as myself; early am is still my best time to try. I suspect it has to do with the energetic balance between the wakefulness of the conscious mind, the tiredness of the physical body and the trick to separating the two in order to facilitate an OBE is a subtle thing to learn, but that's what you need to aim for.

Some few people can just lay down in the evening and a few minutes later, phase into another dimension. God bless them, I can't do that; except when conditions are exactly right. In the evening, my body is simply too tired that it just drags my consciousness down along with it, into the depths of sleep; I think that applies to most of us. If that is the case, then the rest of us have to be on the lookout for opportunities, and the best of these are middle of the night, early morning or daytime naps. The key is to get yourself ready to notice the opportunities.

Yes, remembering to try for an OBE in the early morning can be a frustrating thing; but it always happens with a kind of ironic smile for me.  :-D. This is part of your subconscious programming actually working...well done! It's also a challenge to your seriousness to this undertaking. You are being questioned and tested at many levels. All at the same time, it's fun, exciting and serious and demanding.

Pre-sleep affirmations would work well for you like they already are. Experiment with this. Keep it simple and just state what you want. The journal is priceless! This is all inner communication with your subconscious and higher self. Dreams merging into projections are perfectly fine, go with whatever presents itself. Here's a small mind-blower: you are being introduced to different entrance methods to the Non-Physical Realities...have fun thinking about that!
#938
DarkHorizon, can you describe in some detail what Hypnagogia you are experiencing? The term covers a pretty broad range of visuals/audios/sensations.

Like soarin and BFP have said, you have to experience it enough times in order to move deep enough to move past it to the next stage, but if we can have a little more specificity we might be in a better position to suggest what you should next look for.
#939
Is AP a necessity or dangerous to your growth? That really depends on the person. If you are emotionally unbalanced, immature, of an obsessive nature, selfish, power-seeking, paranoid...then no, psychic pursuits such as AP would not be beneficial and could lead to mental anguish just as any other obsessive/unbalanced behavior can.

Is it dangerous out there? I'm not sure there is a guaranteed answer here. All I can speak from is my own experience which began when I was six or seven. I did have some scary experiences, but in retrospect that was likely due to my misunderstanding of what environment I was in, not any entities trying to hurt me, save an alien encounter or two. But I had no one in my family who could explain any of this so I was on my own until I came across Monroe's book and some Theosophical books in my teens. I've read the RB literature on Negs but honestly, I've never had one issue like that. Between learning about Hypnagogia, Sleep Paralysis and coming to understand some of the nature of thought forms I can see where a lot of the scary crap can be generated; but you have to understand that this is mostly self-generated "noise" sometimes combined with aspects of a Non-Physical environment that we don't fully understand until we gain more experience.

So I compare the Non-Physical environments to hiking in the woods. Is it as dangerous as hiking in the jungles of Africa? Or the Amazon? Or Grizzly/wolf country in Alaska? I don't think it's anywhere near that. Is it similar to your local woods that might hold a few poisonous snakes, some nasty insects and other minor dangers that you need to be aware of? Maybe...but I think it's actually safer than that. In the NP you probably CAN find trouble, but it occurs to me that you really have to actively go looking for it. Do you normally walk into the most crime ridden section of the city at 2am and start hollering? If so, then maybe exploring the NP isn't recommended.

Meditation is great anytime as long as it is positively directed towards growth.

Personally, I see AP as benefiting the growth and development of my spiritual and psychical senses; within my experiences I can detect the emergence of new sensibilities that, like a new muscle group, require awakening and exercising and open new awareness and understanding to the worlds around me. And all of this helps me to find my way back to Home/God/Source.

Again this is just from my experience; you must decide for yourself. Have you tried meditating and asking your Higher Self for advice?
#940
Whatever you are doing, I think it is working for you. This sounds like good progress.

There is no technique to try at this point, this IS the technique!

The random "movies" are part of what occurs during Phasing. The fact that this is happening may indicate that an OBE achieved through a Phasing technique of "Noticing" may be more natural for you to pursue. If this is the case, then don't be expecting the more traditional and physical feeling of separating and floating out of your body. With Phasing, at a certain point you will simply transition instantly into the scene.

For me, I just passively notice/observe the short movies which get progressively longer and lose that jumpy, random quality; they go from black and white to full color, then to High Definition. If you just remain patient and observe, eventually the movie slows and stabilizes to such a degree that the idea will occur to you to somehow mentally "step into" the scene. This will likely take you a few tries to find exactly how to do it, but once you succeed, you will have "phased" into an OBE. Stay patient, no mental chatter, don't get too excited, just observe the process.

All your work is beginning to pay off. Well done! You are close!
#941
Soki raises several good points and Xanth invites you to look for possibilities through other experiences.

Nobody can point you to the exact point of Non-Physical experiential penetration that you may find yourself within; no one except you: it may be a straight out OBE or Phase, or through a Lucid Dream; each of these is roughly the same thing, they just have their individual particularities.

Most often, these first experiences happen somewhat by accident; or at least, they feel that way. You are very close. A lot of this is occurring at a subconscious level within you, so understand that this has to take time and work in stages. Most of us have felt this level of frustration.

Positive affirmations might do a great deal to help right now; reinforce what's already going on. You are getting there, the steps are just shorter steps than you expect; but I can see they are advancing you.
#942
This is an interesting concept that I can safely say that I have long expertise from the negative side; most of my life has been dealing from a perspective of moderate to deep depression. From deep within that vantage point, it is quite difficult to figure out the degree of cause and effect emanating from your current psyche and thinking. It is like a drowning episode where I manage to get my head above water for a few seconds and get a breath, before I sink back under; I get a moment of clarity and then it's hours of darkness and negativity.

It started when I was about seven, when a sibling was badly injured, then by ten, when I realized my parents were divorcing...up to that point I was considered a "happy" child, but from there I went silent, trying to deal with the changes that were so far beyond my control. The teen years got worse, like it does for so many of us, as we try and figure how to get through this world. I should have been a late-teen suicide, but I finally decided that tomorrow couldn't be any worse than today, so I might as well stick around and see what happened. And so it went, day by day for a few years, and at certain points I somehow strung together two or three days in a row, of minor successes. And that's when I started to learn the Law of Attraction or the Power of Positive Thinking. I still don't fully understand it, I can lose it completely for weeks or months...

The Law of Momentum seems to be a big factor, I certainly know that when everything is going wrong or negative...getting the momentum slowed, stopped and turned in the other direction, and kept in that direction has been my battle.

Xanth has it defined in a nutshell, but the intricacies of the mechanics of learning it are one of the keys to Life.

LightBeam points out a key significance of the difference in time between when we experience a reaction/manifestation to our Intent/thinking.

Soarin12 recognizes the subtle nuance of a "happy, loving knowing" of when it is going to work successfully versus when you have to "contend" for it and that it's a knowing from the heart level.

Lost soul said it very eloquently that your heart can be either your worst enemy or your closest ally. That really resonated with my history. Thanks for that insight LS.

Hello Grey,

Yes hindsight is 20/20 and it's a far different thing when the clock is running down and you don't want to burn your final timeout. A little further analysis I found indicates that the quick pass over the center is a common short-yardage play that the Seahawks have in their play book, so from that perspective it was a more reasonable call; trouble was the Patriots knew about that play and had practiced for it, so much so that the rookie recognized the play set-up and was able to jump the route in spectacular fashion. Credit to him and to the coaching.

I think it was Hank Stramm who said something like -When you put the ball in the air there are only three things that can happen and two of them are bad.

Be well,
EV

In my experience and reading, pleasurable flying dreams indicate interpretations of somewhat subconsciously-driven OBEs; the experience of flying free is so incredible and liberating! It's hard not to get caught up in the fascination and sensation of the event; you get lost in the sensation.

What you are doing with your hands may indicate a subconscious Dream Trigger is trying to get your attention.

Ask for the experience again and prep yourself to "notice" your hands next time; you may find an opportunity to become aware within the event.
#945
RTZ -If you are thinking that this is the Physical dimension that most of us currently and usually inhabit, and that by projecting, you can roam around within the "Physical", then this is probably a mistaken belief.

Certain projectors such as Sylvan Muldoon (1920's) and Robert Monroe (1950's-1970's) reported many experiences that appeared to describe very Physical Reality environment events. These experiences contained sufficient anomalies that a certain individual perceptual variance was considered normal and eventually the term RTZ emerged within the OBE community. I can't speak about Muldoon, but the literature is pretty clear about Monroe and that he was a projector of extraordinary abilities. If, early on, he could match his frequency with that of the denser Physical levels and get a "truer" read then that speaks to his natural ability. For the rest of us, the anomalies of the RTZ multiply greatly and lead to many false reads on what we are experiencing, so this leads to frustration in our attempts to validate our experiences. In fact, many of us fairly quickly move beyond RTZ experiences without ever having any good number of gratifying, confirmational moments.

With that said, my best RTZ confirmation came in the form of a Remote Viewing experiment with a playing card left downstairs on my living room coffee table. I awoke early and visualized sending my Non-Physical awareness downstairs to inspect the card. The first read was "red" so I went with that, then I got "face card", then "male", then "diamonds". Now I was down to the King or Jack of Diamonds...a visual came to me of two eyes staring back at me, so I figured that had to be the King of Diamonds. When I went to look it was the Jack of Diamonds, with two eyes...I hadn't ever realized that the cards were divided the way they are, with King of Diamonds being single-eyed, the other Kings twin-eyed and the Jacks being two of each.

Not perfect but close enough for me.

Sorry that I missed commenting on this earlier; we try to give an opinion when appropriate, but some slip past unseen.

That may have been a guide introducing himself without actually saying it outright. My first encounter was much like this; I'm still unsure years later. I wouldn't be surprised if they do change forms, but you will likely encounter several, if not many as your experiences progress. My recent guidance has been from an invisible presence.

Your experience reminds me of what was for me a breakout moment. Like yours, I exited and returned several times with a variety of sensations, visited several different environments with different encounters, including chasing the girls!lol

This is my opinion only, but this was a series of tests you were put through; you were likely placed into these environments to test your reactions and see how you operate under various conditions, and have a little fun.

You will need to get control of the sexual urge; it's a perfectly normal difficulty many of us reluctantly admit to having to learn to control. But until you do exhibit control, they won't let you get into the higher levels. They won't allow a bunch of us roaming around imposing our sexual impulses on everyone. Not the mark of a mature individual.

You noticed how pliable, malleable and fluid the stuff of the environment was. You also noticed similar characteristics with the people you met. You even recognized the similarity to the stuff your dreams are made of. That was an excellent insight because that's what it is. Part of why this material is so fluid may have to do with your awareness needing increasing and strengthening. With more experiences this will improve quickly. When it goes beyond Blue-Ray you'll be astonished!

There are varying opinions but most agree that our dreams take place in the Astral. Personally, I also currently hold the idea that for many of our early experiences, until we've demonstrated a minimum amount of control and ability, we are restricted to our personal Dreamspace or what some call the Personal Astral. Later, with their approval, more parts of the Astral Proper open up to us.

Hope that gives some ideas to think over. Great experience!

Without doing an entire reread of the thread, 2-3 attempts a day is simply too much. You might try a 2 week layoff...completely. Sometimes that is what is needed, even after a good number of experiences, anytime you get stalled out. It can be very difficult and a very personal thing to figure out.

Another thought, if it hasn't been recommended before, is affirmations. With simple, positive statements, reinforce the idea, give yourself permission to, have an Out of Body Experience. Ask permission, give permission, state that your fears are erased...this is a very personal conversation that only you can unlock.

Then let it go...give it time to percolate, like tea or coffee.

Keep trying, it's worth the effort.
#950
Skeptic -good description; often early on it is the act of simply letting go once certain levels are achieved, certain sensory levels are reached; thanks for adding to this knowledge base.

Szaxx -glad you're in tune again...what did you do, buy a Magnavox receiver and rabbit ears? Coming my way, huh? Bring it on, I've got you scoped from two klicks out...lol

(Did I really say that? No, no, no...must have been NPRK hacking...)

All the best my friend :-D
