I remember a show where they opened the human skull and activated parts of the body while the person was awake to show how fast the person reacted and it showed the person reacted faster than the nerves could react thus giving way to the notion that our minds operate in the future.

at the age of 18 I was secluded from my family and miles away, I was surrounded by people who didnt know me nor knew my first name just a nick name. I was laying down and clear as day heard my first name and asked around if anyone had said it and the answer was no so I shrugged it off as just misinterpretation of someone said. A few days later I had gotten word that my grandmother had passed and I immediately thought of the day I heard my name. I had said my good byes to her a couple days earlier and felt I had closer. A couple months had passed and the same scenario occurred and right away called my mother to find out my other grandmother had just passed away in the early morning. Ever since I have studied and became a believer in magick and the supernatural.

I just wanted to give an experience of mine so that others could see a first hand account of how a simple name could be so life changing. Not all supernatural things are big and bad.

My mentor when I first started projecting described himself as being bound and chained sometimes from causing mischief on the astral plain. I dont believe I have caused any mischief but I feel as if I am under so much pressure I can barely move. Its like lifting 400 lbs on your back. I have the confidence and can get to the astral plane quit easy its just takes so much effort to even lift a arm that i get tired

I have successfully astral traveled many times years ago including past lives, spirits interactions and deities connections. And one day I was walking about and it started getting very hard to walk and than move and bam back into my body. I than went back into the astral plane and jumped out of bed and got down the hallway and than the strain of moving got to hard and pushed back into my body I did this 3 times with getting lesser and lesser from my body to finally only being able to roll from my body into a black free fall for several (astral) minutes till I hit bottom and ever since I havent been able to even push my self up once achieving astral projection. I need help. Is there anyone with suggestions
